Lautaro was awesome! Lots of information and lots of fun! He was also very cautious and supportive with the Segway, which was appreciated. I was a little nervous of using a Segway, as I have never used one before. He was great at instructing us on how to use it, and I felt safe the entire time. Taking the Segway also allow us to cover a lot more ground and see a lot more. He took us to cool spots and give us some time to take in the views, and take pictures.

Amazing! TJ was so friendly and knowledgeable about Granada, the culture, the history, and all the different ways it has survived, plus the significance of its location, and the list just goes on with extraordinary insight into its significance. He was always smiling and willing to accommodate with rests and beautiful viewpoints! I highly recommend!!

Booked the Segway tour for three of us. Mario, our guide, was wonderful, can't recommend him highly enough! The whole experience was great, booking was straightforward, communication with the company was very good. The tour itself was terrific. Mario was great with my daughter, who hadn't been on a Segway before, and with my father who needed a bit of time to get used to it. Mario's' knowledge of the area was brilliant, and there were just enough stops to be interesting whilst giving us plenty of time on the Segway. Will definitely do this again on our next visit to Granada. Thanks Mario!

It was a fun way to see Granada and get some great views of the city. Miya (I think her name) was careful to make sure we were safe (there were no problems). I would highly recommend.

After a wobbly 2 minutes practice on the machine, riding it was a breeze. Mia, our guide, took us to a number of interesting places and the Segways made short work of the steep hills. Nb the location given is WRONG. it’s not number 3 or number 11 but is the alley next to the tourist office.

This is our 3rd city tour on Segway. We loved it as you get to go into streets alleys that you would not see otherwise. Also you get to see more than on foot in less time. Safety is a no. 1 concern then a pleasant tour for clients. Our guide Mia was very knowledgeable and with a very positive attitude.

We chose this tour because our E-bike tour was cancelled. We had the best time and saw the most amazing views. I don’t know how we would have got to the same places on a bike tour.

An easy way to get up the steep hills. Interesting guide and would recommend. There was a short familiarisation with the Segway and then we started in a snakelike fashion around Abaicin and Sacremento

Great fun on Segway and amazing views on Alhambra during Gold hour was the perfect choice. Our guide Carlos take care about safety and provided interesting history from Granada, Andalusia and Spain history.

We had a really good time on the tour. The views were amazing and Mario, our guide, was very friendly and informative. The segways were a little scary at first and take a bit of confidence and getting used to but Mario was very helpful and got us up and going very quickly. During some of the downhill elements which made us particularly nervous, Mario was great at relaxing us and helping us through. This made for an overall fantastic experience and we highly recommend this if you ever have the chance!

Loved the views and the cave homes, Mario was great! Two friends had never been on a Segway and were nervous but they had a great time! We felt safe on the road, and weren’t even around cars most of the time.

Mario was our tour guide in Granada and he patiently and expertly showed us how to use the segways and then led us on an adventure up the hills. Despite the terrible weather, we all thought this was a highlight of our visit to Granada (the Viator booking says they'll cancel if the weather is bad - the actual operator will not cancel or refund, even if it's 40 degrees and actively raining).

A great way to see Granada with an excellent tour guide. We had already been in Granada 4 days so thought we would t see anything new but our guide took us to areas we wouldn’t have thought of going.

Fantastic way to see the Albayzin and Sacromonte areas of Granada. Did the tour with Mario who was excellent- managed to somehow encourage my very nervous wife to do the tour and made it fun and informative. Views are amazing. My teenage daughters also loved the tour. Forget about the walking tours, this is the best way to go! (and it is much easier than you may imagine to use a Segway)

For a couple in our 40s and with moderate physical fitness levels, the Segway tour was great to tackle the steep hills to get to key vantage points to enjoy panoramic and scenic views. We felt that it suited us as we had so little time in Granada that this tour covered the best bits of the city (e.g. a visit into a cave home, St Nicholas church) bar the Alhambra. We had so much fun and it was an added bonus that there was only the 2 of us for the tour that day. We appreciated the fact that the company still went ahead with the tour!

This is a MUST do when in Granada! We did the private tour, just my husband and I, and had an absolute blast! Our guide, Javier was absolutely wonderful, and so much fun to spend the day with. We got to ride places we probably wouldn’t have even gone on our own, all without having to battle the steep hills on our own. We got to see the most beautiful views in the city, and learned things from a local we never would have known. We were given the chance to go into a gypsy cave, and interact with some locals who lived in the area. Our tour made us wish we had booked another day so that we could go back and explore the sacramente area on our own, and visit some of the cafes and restaurants for dinner. 10/10 recommend. My only issue was that when we arrived at the meeting place, the ticket office, there was a very, very long line and it wasn’t clear if we had to still wait, or skip it since we had tickets. After 15 mins and finally entering the office, someone walked up and began scanning tickets in line of everyone behind us. That was quite frustrating, so make sure you arrive early! They do have an office across the way with some steps you have to climb if you’d like to use the restroom, or store your belongings in a locker.

Mario was awesome! He told great stories, was patient with an over eager rider, and was careful to assure our safety. Loved every minute of it!

The guide was excellent. The path looks difficult but he made it very easy even for first timers like us Segway is a great way to see the sacramento and albyzine neughbourhoods in Granada. these are otherwise very steep to walk up and down.

Fabulous!! Mario is an excellent guide with Great knowledge and a Very pleasant person. We had no need to be nervous about using a Segway as we had tuition at the start. Granada is a beautiful city. Plan to go on another tour when we return next year.

We had a great time! Love the fact that kids can ride the Segways. I wouldn’t have wanted to tour the albaicin area any other way. Those hundreds of hills to climb were no big deal on a Segway. Our tour guide was a nice guy and very cautious.

We had an amazing time on the Segway tour. MJ was a fantastic host, very informative and lots of fun. We found the Segways easy to use, fun to ride and it’s a great way to explore the old parts of Granada. Would highly recommend!

We took the two hour Segway tour and found it to be the ideal way to visit and see the very hilly and tight-quarters of the Sacromonte and Albaycin. Our guide, Alejandro, was a good guide who explained the history of the city and its people in both an interesting and engaging manner. We would recommend this tour to friends. Our only critique would be to recommend that a few more minutes be spent ensuring visitors are proficient in the use of the Segways.

We had an AMAZING tour in English with MJ! She showed us the muslim and gypsy quarter with all to know about history and culture. We stopped at some photospots aswell. She is a really cool person and very entertaining and knowledgable. The tour was never boring and very interesting. We really enjoyed out tour. We hope to book MJ again next time when we come to see Alhambra. Thank you

We had 2 hours tour with our guide MJ through Granada. Very knowledgeable person, made us interested even more than before. We have learned much about the real history of Gypsies and Muslims in the beautiful Granada. As a person , she is very communicative and fun. Maybe the best tour guide we had ever have anywhere. We highly recommend her and next time we would love to have her again as our guide.

This was our second time on Segways, so there was very little time spent on prepping us for the tour. Mario was an exceptional guide. He gave us an extensive explanation of the history of Granada, including the multiple neighborhoods we traveled through. Would absolutely do this tour again, especially if Mario could be our guide!

An excellent tour. We are experienced on the Segway and this tour pushed us a little further whilst maintaining full safety with support assistance from David. Definitely do it even if you haven’t before ~ it’s easy. Wonderful views and areas of Granada visited with full history context explained by our guide. Probably one of the best Segway tours we have done so far.

Our guide was wonderful. We loved hearing about the history and experiencing the narrow streets and special places in the city of Granada (especially before going to the Alhambra and Generalife the next day). And we were originally going to go on a bike tour but are so grateful that we did not (some big hills!!!) You still get exercise from using your legs the entire time. This is much better than the tour buses which cannot go in many of the places the segways can go. I do wish the guide had helped us a bit more with safety instructions. He yelled things back (while on the Segways) but my daughter could not hear back in the wind. We had a couple of stumbles (our first time on Segway). I would do it again, it was easy to get to hang out and a really feel wonderful way to see the city. Our guide also pointed out some wonderful places to eat and gave us a city map after the tour.

This tour provides the best views of Granada. Walking through Sacromonte would have been tiring but on a Segway it was very enjoyable.
