Itinerary
You will meet your guide in Plaza Nueva, next to the fountain. The first part of the tour will be the "Christian" area, where we will talk about the Royal Chapel, the burial place of the Catholic Monarchs, we will also pass by the Cathedral or the statue of Columbus. These monuments are visited from the outside.
The Albaicin is considered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Spain. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and its narrow streets, white houses and spectacular views will make you want to live here forever. We will walk through its streets unhurriedly, enjoying its viewpoints and magical corners.
Sacromonte, the sacred mountain, the gypsy quarter of Granada and one of the birthplaces of flamenco. You cannot leave Granada without visiting one of the lesser known but interesting neighborhoods of the city. The buildings are the famous caves, where many people still maintain a traditional lifestyle, and on this tour, we will enter one of these caves to learn about its architecture and how, with little money, one of the most artistic and folkloric communities in Andalucia was created on this hill.

We loved this personalised experience & enjoyed seeing parts of Granada we would not have found on our own Eduardo was a fantastic guide who gave us some options for the tour given the weather was extremely warm which was much appreciated
Jennifer was an amazing guide! She was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. The walk was not difficult for us, but could be challenging for anyone who may have some limitations due to the many stairs involved. We learned a lot of interesting history and the three hours flew by!
Marcel was extremely knowledgeable and gave us tons of interesting information about Granada’s long and diverse past. He also adapted the tour somewhat to skip things we’d already seen so that we could focus on what was new. A terrific tour!
This tour with Mirian gave us a comprehensive view into the cultures that make Granada a must visit city in Spain. The pace and activities were tailored to our interests and the use of the time was efficient but never rushed. Highly recommend this tour!
We did this tour with Jenny. She was amazing - knowledgeable and answered all our questions. So many steps but worth it for all that we saw and learnt! We learnt so much about the history of the area, especially regarding the churches, how mosques were taken over to be Christian churches. Jenny gave us a great recommendation for lunch - a restaurant away from the main square. We had a very short wait which was great after all the walking on the tour! Matias from Yannat was great too - great communication which we found very welcoming.
The in-depth walking tour of Granada was amazing. There was so much to see and so much to learn. Carlos was an informed, enthusiastic and generous tour guide.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Jennifer. She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and brought the experience of Albaicin to life for us, with her explanations. We went to the viewpoint of San Nicolas where we were able to see the Alhambra in all its glory! We walked by the river, saw the lovely street Paseo de los Tristes, and many, many other significant sites. The climb up the hill is quite a slog but is well worth the effort. We took a much easier route back down and Jennifer gave us her insider's knowledge of a great place for lunch!!! A fabulous tour in every way.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the cultural evolution of Granada from centuries BC to the current times. Our tour guide, Rut, exceeded our expectations with her knowledge of Granada’s and her charm. We have taken many tours and this one is up there as one of the beast to date.
We really enjoyed our private tour with JJ! He is from Granada and passionate about his city and seemed to really enjoy sharing it with us. We didn’t go inside any attractions, but we walked around many neighborhoods in the city, saw beautiful vistas, and were able to ask him questions about history and city life today. We saw where he went to primary school as well as some quieter streets and off-the-beaten path areas that we were very grateful to visit. Definitely a great way to be introduced to the city and highly recommended!
Ruth is an amazing tour guide. When she realized that we had some overlap from a previous tour she improvised a special tour for us that explored the multiple cultures in Granada in more detail. She is very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful, informative tour.
My husband and I had a wonderful time walking around Granada with Marcello. He was personable and enthusiastic, and he was informative without overwhelming us with details. Highly recommended!! Note: This tour does require a certain level of physical fitness as well as stamina.
We loved Gabriela! She was easy to understand and had great knowledge of Alhambra. Alhambra is not to be missed! It was so great having this private tour so we really got a good understanding about the details and we were able to ask many questions along the way, which Gabriela was able to answer. Yannat is a quality tour company and was great at reaching out to confirm details and ask for feedback. We used them for other tours since we were so happy with their organization.
Pedro, our tour guide was amazing. Made the whole experience worth while. His knowledge of the city was incredible. Great way to learn about the history of a city
Pedro was absolutely amazing, so informative and engaging. Both myself and my 21yr nephew enjoyed our time with him learning about one of the most interesting city’s I have visited. I have travelled the world and can honestly say Granada is must visit place. Cannot recommend this tour or this highly enough.
Jana was awesome! We had a great tour of the city. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly, open and funny. We didn’t want out tour to end. Highly recommend this tour especially if you get Jana. She’s also very timely and provided us with great info making us want to come back for more. Such a fun time!
Wonderful tour of Granada - through the center to Albyacin to Sacramonte. Nacho was knowledgable, kind and warm! We walked a lot and loved every minute. My tween was also very happy.
Edu was an amazing guide. His knowledge of not just Granada but of so much general history helped answer all of our many questions along the tour route. The tour itself was great and varied with some wonderful photo opportunities. After the tour Edu suggested several places to see during our visit to Granada. I would definitely recommend this tour and Edu as your guide.
Ruth was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the history of the 4 cultures of Granada, passionate about sharing Granadas history and culture with us. She has a warm and welcoming personality and we enjoyed every minute! Thank you
We had a great tour of the oldest part of the city. Jenni our guide, asked us if there were anything I particular we wanted to see. She took us to some special places we had missed out on our own. Her knowledge of Granada's history was amazing. We learnes a lot.
We walked Albaicin with Alaine. Enjoyed his tour entirely. He was personable and knowledgeable of the history and current trends of the area. Appreciate his guiding us through the maze of the Albaicin Quarter. We enjoyed the walk much more than if we doing it on our own. Loved the pace a private tour gives us.
Marta was a great guide showing us the best of Granada city with good insight into some hidden areas.
This was really a full day experience. Inma, our lovely guide made the day memorable. Ronda had long been on my bucket list, so was thrilled when my expectations were exceeded. We walked around the town, had lunch next to the bull ring, had time to shop and learned about caviar on the return drive to Granada.
If I could give this 6 stars I would! Our guide was Pedro and he was fantastic!! He took us to areas not visited by tourists. We wanted some hikes and he brought us on some great hikes! We loved the tapas he had us try also! Very patient and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend! This was our favorite tour in our 3 week trip in Spain!
Miguel took us to see Ronda. He is very nice and accommodating. It was a long drive from Granada, but we spent the time chatting about Spain and Andaluzia.
Miguel showed us all the incredible spots in Ronda. He was very nice, friendly, and accommodative (we often wanted to stop to take pictures look around etc). Although not a part of a tour, we stumbled upon la casa del ray moro which has stairs that lead all the way down to the river. If you have the time and energy, we highly recommend going for 8 euros per person! Overall it was a great day trip with a great guide. Thank you Miguel!
This was promising to be a great tour. Pedro had contacted us a couple of days ahead to make sure we knew where to meet, the name of our guide and what vehicle to look for. And the bonus of a private tour having booked a semi-private. And then we had to cancel for health reasons just at the 24 hour mark. Pedro was very cooperative and helpful giving us good advice. He went above and beyond in offering to help as much as he could and checking to make sure everything was okay, including a full refund. We can't comment on the tour itself but we can comment on the service received ahead of it - exceptional.
Miguel took us to hike Caminito del Rey and see Ronda on the same day. An ambitious itinerary. Everything worked out smoothly and we had a great time. Miguel took us to one of the great spot to take the photo of the Ronda New Bridge. We learnt about the history of the bull ring and the new bridge. It was a long day but Miguel did it with a smile. We also chatted about Spanish culture and history. Action packed day and learned a lot too.
The whole of this tour was brilliant but what we especially loved was that we saw everything we wanted to at a pace that suited us, rather than being herded around like sheep. We got asked if we wanted to see sights from various angles, how far we wanted to walk and how long we wanted to stay there. This gave us all chance to listen to our brilliant guide Michael, take as many photos as we wanted and admire the villages in a much more relaxed way. Ronda is a fabulous city with some amazing feats of engineering and just when you think you've seen it all you get to visit the mind blowing village of Setenil to finish the day. I would highly recommend this tour company and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again on any other tours.
Daniel our guide was knowledgeable and professional. He was concerned our comfort. I loved the extra dude trip to Sentinil.
Daniel was a great guide. Very polite and knowledgeable. It was along day, almost 12 hours. He packed as much as we wanted to take in, without any concern for his fatigue. We thoroughly enjoyed the day..although tired we had a memorable day. I wonder why there are not more tours of the beautiful city of Ronda planned from Granada .
I booked through Viator and received a message from the tour company that the minimum number of people is two and it was only me. They honored my reservations as they didn’t want to disappoint me. Awesome customer service and Miguel was a sweet personable guide and we shared great conversation. We weren’t able to see the “Baths” because it closed early.
Gorgeous !!! Deborah is an adorable guide, as bubbly as she is competent, she took us on a beautiful historical discovery of Granada. We loved this great experience. Many thanks to her 🫶 We will recommend +++ your organization and the professionalism, charm and kindness of Debora!!!
Pedro Caro was an absolutely FANTASTIC guide. Super knowledgeable and extremely nice....
I was in Ronda with my partner and we had a great time. The landscapes are spectacular and our guide, Miguel, told us even the smallest detail of its history. Great experience with Yannat.
I dare political experience!! Dena primeran dago antolatua eta gidak oso atseginak dira. Mila esker Pedro!!
We made the trip to Ronda with Pedro, and it was a pleasure. If Granada and Ronda are already two of the most monumental and “well-placed” Andalusian cities, this guided tour helped us to learn much more about the history of many of its corners. Fully recommended.
I went with my partner and we loved the experience. The wonderful Miguel guide and the spectacular city. We will definitely repeat the trip again soon ☺️
We were a group of friends traveling to Andalusia with several pending trips. One of them was the visit to Ronda and we preferred to take a guide to get to know her better. It was certainly a hit. We went with Miguel and we appreciate the treatment he gave us and all the recommendations to enjoy the area. We had a very complete experience, just what we were looking for. We took the extra to the visit of the winery and it is certainly recommended 100%. We weren't used to taking this kind of visit and we'll repeat again.
We booked a guided tour with yannat this April and the experience was great, we loved the wine tasting and the bullring, the guide Pedro very attentive Highly recommended
I loved the Ronda excursion, the views from the bridge are breathtaking. The guide was very friendly and was very active, it was a pleasant experience.
Round a natural paradise, very good experience, the guide very attentive and friendly recommend us good places to eat, definitely would repeat again
Very nice the excursion especially the attention of the guide, who, despite all of us who were there was attentive to the needs of all those in the group
