He was incredibly sincere, passionate, and deeply knowledgeable about the rich history and architecture of the Alhambra. Instead of just rattling off dates and facts, Pablo brought the stories of the palaces and gardens to life, answering all of our questions with genuine enthusiasm. Having a private tour allowed us to move at our own pace and truly appreciate the beauty of the site without feeling rushed. We visited the Alhambra with our two boys, aged 11 and 7, and had a wonderful guided tour with Gema. She took us on a fascinating historical journey through the Alhambra, making it engaging and enjoyable for both children and adults. She struck the perfect balance between sharing interesting stories, allowing time to rest, and giving the kids plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Gema was incredibly attentive, patient, and enthusiastic, always taking the children’s curiosity into account. It was a truly memorable experience for the whole family. Tour with Ana was fantastic. She is the perfect balance of history and context. It is clear she loves the palace and sharing it with visitors. Plus when it was close to getting back to the bus for our trip back to the cruise ship she called a cab for us to ensure we got back timely 10/10. Make sure you allow for three hours for the tour.

We had a wonderful morning at the Alhambra! Estefania was a fantastic guide with tons of knowledge and great recommendations. We had grandparents and children in our group, and she was able to manage all of us. I highly recommend doing the tour in the morning when the temperature is still pleasant and it is less crowded. The Alhambra itself exceeded all of our expectations.

What an amazing few hours we spent with Pablo walking through the entirety of the Alhambra. We are so grateful we made it to this incredibly beautiful and historical space, Pablo’s knowledge of the Alhambra is extensive and impressive, he kept our three children engaged for almost three hours. We had a wonderful day in Granada with my wife, mother, eldest daughter and her boyfriend, and this private tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was perfectly organised from start to finish. Our guide, Ana, met us at our hotel right on time and immediately made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of Granada, its history and culture was exceptional, and she brought the city to life with fascinating stories and insights throughout the day. The visit to the Alhambra was outstanding. Ana expertly guided us through the complex, helping us appreciate not only the incredible architecture and gardens but also the rich history behind this UNESCO World Heritage site. Having a knowledgeable private guide made the experience far more meaningful than simply wandering around on our own. After the Alhambra, we enjoyed the beautiful views across the city before heading to Restaurante Carmen de las Tomasas for lunch. The setting was spectacular, with breathtaking views of the Alhambra, and it provided a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy excellent food. The evening was equally memorable. We finished the day with dinner and a flamenco show at Cueva La Rocío in Sacromonte. The cave setting created an intimate atmosphere, and the performance was passionate, authentic and captivating. It was a fantastic way to experience Andalusian culture and a fitting finale to a wonderful day. The private transfers were comfortable and punctual throughout, making the whole experience completely stress-free. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Granada. It combines history, culture, stunning scenery, great food and authentic flamenco into a truly unforgettable experience. Our guide, Paola Ruiz, was very charming and vivacious. She came in last placement for our original guide who go sick. She was very knowledgeable about Alhambra everything and explained things with lots of interesting stories. She kept going for hours even pass the time limit. She was an amazing guide and we learned so much and had a great time!

Excellent expierence. We learned a lot. Very easy to book and with good communication. Also got a reminder and clear instructions on what’s app the day before where to meet. Tour was 5.5 hours and it went by super fast. We learned a lot from the local guide not just about history and the sights but also about living in Granada particularly during the town tour after the Alhambra. Hi, We had an excellent and fun experience with Gemma during our trip in Alhambra on 9 Jan 2026. She gave detailed explanation and story telling about the historical parts of Alhambra. She is fun, lovable and friendly. She even extended her tour time to honour and accompany us to visit other interesting places including halal foods there. Best for small group who intends to get more detailed explanation about AlHambra.

We had a wonderful experience with Paula. She was so accommodating and understanding. We were travelling and touring with a large family which included two babies and four kids under the age of six years old. We couldn’t have been more accommodated and taken care of. She went above and beyond, and even played with our kids and engaged them to be present throughout the tour, which is a hard task.

Our family had a great tour. Paola is a lovely and extremely knowledgeable guide, and we appreciated learning the history of the Alhambra from her. She is an expert on the Alhambra and kept our teens engaged throughout the 3 hour tour. We got much more out of the experience with Paola than we ever could have gotten on our own. Pablo was one of the best tour guides we have had. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and very articulate in explaining the culture. We had a family of 4 with two teens. He was very engaging and considerate. Truly an amazing knowledge of history.

We took a day trip from Malaga to visit the Alhambra. Amazing site! We had a private tour for the four of us. Our guide, Miriam, was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of the history/insights. The Alhambra is a large venue with lots to see - our tour was about 3 hours and we could have spent another 2 hours exploring. The day was hot (we were there in late June) and Miriam paced our tour perfectly so we were in shaded areas during the peak sun. She was also very helpful with lunch suggestions after the tour. If you are in the area, I highly recommend visiting the Alhambra and this tour.

We wanted to understand the history and politics of The Alhambra and the palaces within. We booked our tour with some trepidation as many tours seem to be surface deep and lacking passion. Not this one! We were so lucky to meet Laura, our guide for a hot Saturday afternoon. She was outstanding, full of knowledge and clearly loved history from all eras. Somehow they managed to have my review removed. Unfortunately I don't remember what exactly I wrote, but the gist of it is that we had a terrible guide who was rude, insulted my family's culture, and rushed us. He didn't want to take us to all the sites we were supposed to see, and was annoyed whenever we'd want to take photos. This is literally the worst private tour I've ever taken.

We can’t imagine a better tour than we d had with Cristina. It was everything a good tour should be and more- informative, compelling, easily digestible but incredibly detailed. Cristina answered all our (many) questions happily, spoke perfect English, and never rushed through anything. We’d been told that a guide was really helpful at the Alhambra, and since we travel a lot we’re very careful when we book guides. Happily I can say this experience was a 10 out of 10!

We did a 3 hour tour of the Alhambra and it was fantastic! Ana met us exactly as arranged, was warm and friendly and truly knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and she was great at answering our questions…..and also very good at pointing out photo opportunities and taking photos for our family. My friend and I were fortunate enough to get into the Alhambra even though we didn't book with enough notice. We booked this private tour and again lucked out with such a wonderful guide, Iria B. She was fabulous. We spent several hours together walking around the Alhambra and enjoying hearing about the history and the architecture and ADMIRING the absolutely gorgeous gardens. I highly recommend a tour, especially a private tour and if you get Iria B. it will be terrific!

Absolutely fantastic. We - my husband and I - arrived on Thursday afternoon. We were grateful to be able to use our City Train, Capilla Real (Royal Chapel), Cathedral, and Sacromonte Abbey tickets early, in advance of our Alhambra tour at 2:00 today. (We also really enjoyed the Sacromonte Cueva Museo which we took a local bus and then walked up a trail to see. How the gypsies lived in caves in the hills above Granada. Astounding.) Our guide - Pablo - was extraordinary. Fully fluent in English, a Masters degree in History and a History teacher here in Granada. I would highly recommend this whole experience.

Amazing tour of Alhambra! Our guide, Laura, was knowledgeable, friendly, and generally a great addition to our visit of the Alhambra. The process of pruchasing the tours was simple and easy, and the communications afterwards were uniformly great, including communicaiton on WhatsApp once we arrivei n Spain.

Jenifer was a wonderful guide. Very informative and fun personality! We had to dodge between rain showers which she was very good at getting us under shelter at the right moment. Also rain is not very typical but was welcome.

We did a tour on July 20. I highly recommend this excursion. Gema was our tour guide and she was phenomenal. We had an issue with the booking of our tickets and she was able to resolve it. The tour started right on time and she managed our time during the entire visit so we could see everything. Gema has extensive knowledge of the history of Spain not just about the Alhambra. She was able to answer all of the questions we had and we had a lot. Gema also provided several restaurants recommendations that were fantastic. I also think it’s important to note that other tour guides made it a point to say hello to Gema and also spoke very highly of her. Gema made our trip truly memorable.

We absolutely loved our private tour with Pablo. We went around with our three kids and they would have got bored without someone explaining all the fascinating details of the Alhambra as we walked. I’ve got a masters degree in history and Pablo’s knowledge was second to none - he really knew his stuff. Would hugely recommend this tour.

I do not recommend this company. They don't communicate well before the tour. Messages had a rude tone. During the tour, the guide was not good. He kept rushing us, at times clearly annoyed that we would want to stop for photos at the scenic places. If we'd just bought regular tickets, we could have gone at the pace we wanted. He told us we could wait until after the tour to go back through on our own and take photos, but in nearly 100F heat, I don't want to walk through the entire area again with my 4yo, I want to take photos during the private tour I paid for. Then, 2.5 hours after the meeting time, he told us the tour was finished, but we hadn't even gone to the third palace! This was supposed to have been a 3 hour tour. He did finally agree to take us to the third palace, and we were rushed through in 20 minutes, ending the tour 2 hours and 50 minutes after the meeting time. Maybe he had a big date after?
