Itinerary
The Generalife was the summer palace and country estate of the Nasrid sultans, rulers of the Emirate of Granada during the 13th and 14th centuries. Designed as a place of rest and retreat from the formal life of the Alhambra palace, the Generalife combines elegant Islamic architecture with lush, terraced gardens that overlook the city and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The Palace of Charles V is one of the most striking buildings within the Alhambra complex in Granada, Spain. It stands out for its Renaissance architecture, which contrasts beautifully with the surrounding Nasrid palaces of Islamic design.
The Alcazaba is the oldest part of the Alhambra complex and the original military fortress that defended the Nasrid citadel of Granada. Its name comes from the Arabic al-qasaba, meaning fortified enclosure. Built in the 13th century under Mohammed I, founder of the Nasrid dynasty, it served as both a defensive stronghold and a royal residence during the early years of the Alhambra.

We visited this beautiful place with my 2 children. Experience greatly enhanced by our guide Andy, who passes from one language to another with ease, who knows extremely well the history of the monument, the city, the Andalusian culture, who took nice photos of us. The Generalife, the Nasrid palaces are sublime. We absolutely do not regret, the game is really worth it
