Granada: Nature, Wildlife And Authentic Villages E-bike Tour

We had an awesome bike ride with Simon! The bikes worked well and we covered a lot of ground. It was a spectacular way to spend a day in and around Granada! The entire ride was picturesque and we had several great photo opps. I would definitely recommend this to any active travelers who want to cover a lot of ground and get out in nature. The bikes are pedal assist and not throttle based, so you need to be active and capable! We would definitely do this again or use them for another route or biking experience!

The ride was great, we are both experienced riders and found the trip well within our abilities. Riding through the hills gave us a good view of the highland back country . The guide Simon was fantastic and he made the trip, he went way beyond normal and his friendly and open attitude helped make the whole experience even greater.

It was fantastic… Aa we are a bit on the older side (in our 60’s) but fit.. Simon our amazing guide adjusted the tour slightly to include a mountain biking experience without the white knuckle elements. He included a wonderful cycle tour of Granada at the end .. He was kind, friendly, informative and was a big part of the reason our tour was so much fun. The bikes were really high quality. Great tour, can’t recommend it enough . Only point I’d like to make it that it would have been really helpful to suggest parking solutions close to the meeting point. It may be ok normally but it was the Vuelta that day so we were looking for over an hour. We eventually contacted the company and they were immediately very helpful

I had an amazing experience on this tour with the guide Fares. He prepared our bikes, went sure that everyone feels comfortable and guided the tour with a lots of interesting informations. His Englisch is very good and hes an experienced biker, that made me feel safe. The whole day was amazing!! I recommend it 100%!

My son (14) and I had the best day. Truly amazing bike trip and our guide was fantastic too. The mountains are magnificent. Highlight of our holiday to Granada. I would highly recommend. During the ride we stopped for a coffee / soft drink and later for lunch at a great restaurant. My only niggle however, if you copy the whole address including the company name off of TripAdvisor onto your maps it sends you to the wrong place.

Such an amazing time! So many beautiful sights we otherwise would not have been able to see; mountains, olive fields, almond fields, and small town life. Our guide was Fares, he was so nice and fun, and also super cute. He told us of some local culture and customs toy just don’t get to learn in the city, and one of the restaurants we went too was one he used to go to as a kid! My friend and I had the whole tour to ourselves so we were able to go at our own pace without having to worry about others. Some spots were pretty rough and I would not recommend to inexperienced riders, but overall a good day and nice workout. Since we were going at our own pace and were pretty ahead of the standard, Fares let us stop in the towns and explore a bit and also go into one of the rivers, what an experience. Totally recommend.

Great bike tour through beautiful landscapes, and with the e-bikes the climbs are quite easy. Jorge was a very nice guide!

Stunning scenery, great fun and the e bikes were perfect for the terrain. Our guide Simon was excellent with a good knowledge of the area and natural history. Great restaurant for lunch and the group of 7 (including Simon) was the right size. Do take the opposite experience this tour/day in the Sierra Nevada an unforgettable experience to treasure.

We had a wonderful ebike tour with our guide Simon. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the day. The views and scenery we saw were breathtaking.Yes the hills are sometimes steep but the powerful bikes make it achievable and enjoyable for most people I would say. We can totally recommend this activity.

Had a fantastic e-bike tour outside Granada with Simon as our guide. The views were absolutely stunning — the kind you just can't get from the city itself. Simon clearly knows the area inside out and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Brilliant way to see the countryside around Granada. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed the mountain tour. Simon was an excellent guide and was able to tell us a lot about the location and history, as well as being very personable. The tour was beautiful, with plenty of stops for photos. Simon went above and beyond by ordering lunch for the group, so we could try a traditional Spanish lunch despite our limited Spanish. The adventure lasted most of the day, but it went by quickly because we had so much fun, and stoped for tapas and lunch.

The tour was amazing! Mountain vistas beautiful lakes and wonderful views of the Alhambra, and nearby villages. The bikes were well maintained and powerful, so despite the long bike ride it wasn't too strenuous. I'd highly recommend and it was one of the best parts of the trip to Granada

Simon was an amazing tour guide - he was very experienced with the route and making every feel safe while having a fun time. Really warm and friendly personality - shared his own life experiences about the area and showed off his local knowledge really well. The route itself was incredible, easily one of the most beautiful routes nice seen in Europe! The e-bikes are high quality and going through the roads and mountains was so much fun. Very relaxed pace and at every turn there an amazing view - the route cuts through forest, mountain, villages. It was lovely to experience the Mediterranean countryside with rolling fields of olive trees, pine trees with backdrop of a snow capped Sierra Nevada 10/10 experience highly recommend!!

This was a perfect way to experience the backroads of Granada at a relaxed pace and with stops for the best views of the Alhambra and the city. We also loved to stops for tapas and a drink. A relaxing way to spend a few hours and Simon was a wonderful guide!

Simon was a great tour guide! Laid back, knowledgeable, flexible and fun! We loved seeing the city on the e-bikes. So much fun if you haven’t ridden one before and necessary on their steep streets. Simon also gave us lots of great recommendations that we enjoyed! Highly recommend!

We made the big tour in the mountains. The e-mountainbikes worked perfectly, and made the steep up-hills a pure joy. Plenty of breathtaking sceneries, peaceful paths. Amazing bike tour with Simon. You start right from downtown Granada at a convenient location, and then you’re almost immediately off into nature right as you pass the outer park of the Alhambra. Simon takes you to areas not frequented by tourists - you pass thru a few cute villages and fields of olive and almond trees, and finish riding along a river. Great food (tapas of course), drinks and conversation along the way. The bikes worked perfectly and make the full day of riding feel easy. Thanks Simon for an awesome tour, you’re a good dude!

Bike ride into the mountains was amazing! A little challenging on the downhill parts, but totally worth it. Views were spectacular! Our guide, Kaell, was friendly, helpful and super encouraging. Wanted to reserve again, but ran out of time. I’ll definitely go again when I return to Granada!!

My son (18) and I took the Granada nature and villages ebike tour. The ride was absolutely fantastic. It was about 27 miles total per my watch and included double track, single track and empty almost car-free roads. The views and terrain were spectacular, and the full suspension e-bikes were very capable. In fact we returned with over 50 percent of battery remaining. It was amazing to me that we could ride up straight from the city center and within a few minutes be in nature and trails that felt like we were miles and miles away. Our guide, Simon, was very knowledgeable and just a terrific kind and thoughtful person. I’ve been on many a guided bike ride and guided trips throughout Europe and Simon stands out as one of the most personable I have met. He seemed to really be interested in providing a great experience and getting to know and learn about his clients. I cannot recommend him and this trip enough- so much that part of me wanted to book the trip again before we leave!

Amazing. Incredible. Beautiful. Unique. This is a fabulous day trip -- if you have a second or third day in Granada, highly recommend. The scenery is gorgeous; you really appreciate the Spanish countryside -- olives falling from the trees, animals, almonds, hills, beautiful views, water, and, if you take the long route and go to lunch, the food is the best you will have in the Granada area, plus the terrific view. Now, how do you know if this trip is for you? The full trip is 7 hours, 5.5 of which are on the bike. The first 1/3-1/2 is the hardest -- off-road, some steep descents (you can walk the bike on the most challenging). Yes, it is an e-bike, but you need to be able to control it. I would suggest the Albaycin/Sacramonte two-hour trip as a warm-up, as it will help you get accustomed to the hills. But you need some biking skills and decent fitness (I have no problem walking 20-30 thousand steps a day, and I play tennis; I don't bike a ton, but I'm fit enough to handle it). The trip can be shortened (you will miss lunch, which again is really worth it), but you will still need to complete the most challenging off-road portion even on the shorter trip. Finally, Simon is an outstanding guide. He is fun, interesting, makes the trip very safe, no pressure, very encouraging, and he is just sunny (we rode in the cold and rain). A huge bonus to spend our day with him. On the weather: if it is hot, you'll need a backpack, plenty of water, sunglasses, and sunscreen. In the cold, I would recommend buying some cheap gloves and wearing lots of layers, as well as something to protect you from the rain. Definitely ask in advance what gear will help, and wear the right pants -- either bike shorts or something good for biking. You will have a better day. But if you love outdoor, athletic activities, this trip is a true special treat. A highlight of our time in Spain!

I had the most amazing day biking with my family and Simon who was the sickest tour guide ever!! We biked 25 miles through the Sierra Nevada’s and stopped in villages along the way for food and drinks. Saw the best views and ate the best meals all thanks to Simon!!! Would recommend!

This was our very favorite part of our entire Spain trip. Do not hesitate to book if you love outdoor activities. The tour had everything: mountain biking for beginners, stunning views, wildlife, agriculture, quaint villages, coffee and food, personable guide, thrilling downhill speeds, a great workout, and such a refreshing break from the city. Simon is a very fun and reliable guide. The bike is in good conditions and the route is beautiful. There are two or three short sharp and hilly downwards. But we all passed carefully and safely . Highly recommend!

Jorge & Fares were great guides & great company. Our group was 4 in total and they looked after each of us really well. They were really great with my 15 year old son. The bikes are good & turbo mode is insanely easy ! Lovely day had by all

My first time on and ebike...wow, makes it easy for the big mountain hills. Lovely views, fabulous late morning snack (with wine!), friendly guide, great restaurant at the end, bikes worked well and they worked out some SNAFUS that our group had. I would totally do it again and it was good to get out of the tourist area into the countryside. 2 in our group wiped out with some big scrapes on some technical places with loose gravel and steep areas. The ebike can be different when starting on big uphills on the turbo speed...I popped a wheely but it was fun cause i didn't wipe out.

Great tour with great views over 2 Damms and with some off-road downhill mountain biking, that should be doable for anyone with a little bit of sense for adventure. Especially the guide Fares was amazing and made it an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing tour with our guide Simon who was really friendly and knowledgeable. The bike ride was perfect and enjoyable for both me and my girlfriend who is a beginner mountain biker. Simon took us to a great Lunch stop which we would have never went to on our own.
