Anis was a great guide! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable, and provided insightful descriptions on Alhambra, its cultural importance and historical significance, while being very efficient with his time management.

Our guide Ruth was absolutely lovely - charming. The tour was paced properly. Alhambra was stunning. Three hours was plenty for us.
The Alhambra site and tour were fantastic! When coupled with the Albaicin neighborhood walk in the afternoon, made for a long day and a lot of walking. But we enjoyed it. I feel the tour company could do better job communicating meeting points for the start of the tour(s). We had a very stressful time trying to make sure we were not going to miss the tour because we were not sure we were in the right place. Merely giving an address is NOT sufficient in such a big, crowded place!
Myself and a group of friends did a tour through Nhue with Hamdi Tawfiq as our guide for the day. It was an excellent experience - skipping the queues is a big benefit, and Hamdi's knowledge and enthusiasm was evident. He was always more than happy to answer questions and explain as much as he could, all done with good humour!
Great experience. Enjoyed every section of the palace. It was worth every minute. We always wanted to visit Alhambra palace , had to stay up late to find tickets but was worth it. Breath taking views and history
This was a two part tour: Alhambra in the morning and the Albaicin neighborhood in the afternoon, with a 1.5 hour break for lunch on our own. Started at 10:00 and finished at the St Nicolas vista point around 5:00. We cover a lot of ground. Our guide Mar was excellent and very well informed. We had 11 people in our group and really enjoyed the tour.
A must see if you're in Southern Spain. Beautiful and fascinating - rich in beauty and history. Incomparable.
We loved our 3h tour with a great guide that explained all details and history of this spectacular place. Very organised, excellent job, great place, the best of Granada! Unforgettable!
Our guide Marta was brilliant and so incredibly knowledgeable. She made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who is happy to be on the move for a good three hours as there isn’t a lot of time for stopping anywhere for very long......there are a lot of other groups/individuals, so it was actually a good thing to have someone take control and direct you as I feel I might have been either too exhausted to see as much as I did, or I might have missed things out! Thanks Marta!
Magnificent tour of the Alhambra y Generalife. Our guide Manuel, not only explained all the corners and wonderful places we visited but gave us a lot of interesting historical background of the city and culture of Granada. Excellent explanation and really wonderful experience. Do not miss it - it is absolutely worth it and strongly recommend it!!
This palace it’s actually breathtaking! The work involve and all the details in the tiles it’s just exquisite. The gardens and trees outside are so green and well maintain. Just a dream of a palace and a must in your to do list things in Granada City. Highly recommended! PS: Do the day your, You will appreciate more everything.
We did the tour on the morning of 21st July and our tour guide was Ana. She was very pleasant, informative and had a great sense of humour. Her timing for the tour was spot on and we reached each destination within the times allocated. There was a lot to see but she didn't go overboard on the facts that she told us, it was enough to take in. If you get Ana for your tour guide we highly recommend her, you will enjoy your tour.
The guide, Lucia Blanco, was excellent. In the personal and professional aspects. I enjoyed very much the visit and also learned a lot of historical facts. Cristina Pérez Santander Spain
We really enjoyed the tour, especially since our guide, Asir, had a fantastic knowledge of all places and a great way of passing this to us. Highly recommended
This guide is a very intelligent and friendly man, he speaks fluent English and he talks with a lot of passion about the history and culture of Andalucia. A wonderfull experience !!!
It’s easy to meet the group at the designated location. Though the agency people could have been arrived a bit earlier then we didn’t have to worry if we went to the wrong place. There are 10 people in our group. Our guide Hamdi Tawfiq is knowledgable and caring. He speaks good English. Overall a very nice experience.
Inflexible approach. Of the six people on the tour, only two could speak Spanish. So what does the guide do? He spends three hours talking Spanish, thereby not addressing the needs of his tour party. He had the temerity to say that he was only allowed to speak one language on a tour. So why didn't he speak the language that the majority spoke instead of hiding behind petty bureaucracy.

This is the first time that I've ever taken a guided tour and to be honest I only booked it because I was too late to get an unguided ticket. However I am now a convert as the experience was so good. Our guide Edu was a really nice knowledgeable chap who was able to share his enthusiasm in an infectious way. We were able to get way more out of our trip than if we'd gone around on our own. The Albaicin was a bonus that we weren't really expecting to bother with as we thought we'd be too tired. However Edu made the area come alive and we saw and learned way more than if we'd strolled around on our own.

All other aspects such as meeting up, headsets and the pace were all very good

This is an excellent tour and both parts are very informative. In fact the tour was enhanced by way of the knowledge of the tour guide Edu. He is born and bred from Granada and was equally able at describing the history of the Alhambra and Granada but also had deep knowledge on the landscaping and flora. We had to leave slightly earlier in the evening tour and missed the final part but this was because we had travelled up to Granada for the day from the Costa Del Sol and had to get back. The tour time would had been slightly better earlier for us but had you been staying in Granada the 10 am Alhambra and 5pm Albaicin would have been perfect. I've always wanted to visit Granada and the Alhambra and this tour made it very special. Just one point of feedback and we found it confusing regarding the meeting point. Had the instruction made it clear to look out for the NHUE umbrella outside the main entrance would have made it easier for us. Great tour though.. All the key areas explored and well explained.
When I started planning a trip to Spain two months ago, on line tickets to the Alhambra were already sold out at its official website. So I booked this English tour for four people through TripAdvisor. Only to be told a month later that the supplier made a mistake and the tour was in Spanish! Had to cancel the booking. I was in desperation trying to find tickets for Alhambra at that point. Luckily our hotel managed to get Castellana Avenue tickets for us. There was no apology from either TripAdvisor or its supplier. I would never book a tour here again.
Very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Many interesting extra details over and above the expected. Highly recommended.
Now that I have seen Alhambra I think it will be hard for any other muslim heritage site to exceed this experience. I almost felt like I was transported back in time and walking through the streets of the city. This tour is a must when you are in Granada, please do yourself a favor and book the tickets early. I got my tickets through viator and paid a hefty fees for the tours. Email exchange was a bit confusing, as viator just sent us the vouchers and we weren’t entirely sure of the tour company itself. So didn’t have clear instructions about the meeting point. We had to ring to find out more the exact meeting location. It was right in front of the entrance gates. Our guide Edu was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he definitely lifted up the experience for us. We were given headphone which works from miles away we had them tested lol. The Alhambra tour lasted just over 3 hours and the Albaicin tour was just over 2 hours. A lot of walking is involved, group size was fine, we had about 20 people in our group. Edu encouraged questions and was willing to take the time to talk about local food tips. I didn’t have any cash with me that day and regret not being able to tip him. It was a good tour, the only comment I have is that they should probably give guests the choice to do the two tours on different days rather than doing them both on the same day. It is quite a bit of uphill walking on the second half. Bring water with you and wear comfortable shoes.
You go to Granada to visit the Alhambra and the Generalife. It's well-restored but the visit is made even better with a knowledgeable guide like Igone. She was able to answer questions that weren't part of the standard script. Really worthwhile.
Igone our guide was great. Her English was perfect and her knowledge, smile and good mood made this visit an unforgettable experience. For three hours she showed us everything in Alhambra and Generalife explaining all the details. Then in the afternoon she walked us around Albaicin giving us information about the life there.
This was the first tour my family has ever done with a guide and Igona, our tour guide was excellent. She was knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic. She maintained the attention of my teenagers. We learned so much about the Alhambra and appreciated it so much more. We were able to skip the lines because of the tour which is a great advantage. I tried getting tickets directly through the Alhambra website a few months before my visit and the only way I could get tickets was through this tour agency, I do not regret it at all. It was worth it!
I really enjoyed my visit to The Alhambra. Marta was an excellent, well informed guide. I usually don’t choose tours with guides because I enjoy the freedom of wandering off but Marta made it worth it! I learned a lot AND I got to see the amazing sites.
On Saturday we fulfilled a lifetimes ambition by visiting The Alhambra Palace, booked through Nhue Concierge. This really was a fantastic experience, enhanced by our superb tour guide, Blanca. For nearly 4 hours we were transported through history as we were expertly guided through this wonderful city on a hill. Blanca’s knowledge and personal relationship with The Alhambra made the visit all the more enjoyable and definitely unforgettable! Absolutely fantastic!

Excellent tour. Guide first language was French but spoke clear English. She explained a lot. We went back to the Alhambra after the Albaicin tour and just wandered around. It is a lot of walking and the Albaicin area is uphill. Our guide explained to some folks how to use bus to get up there but they chose to walk albeit very slowly.

The two tours on the same day were too much in one day for this pensioner, therefore only giving 4 stars. For me, it would have been easier to visit the Alhambra and Generalife in the morning, as we did, and start as early as possible to beat the heat of the day, but defer the Albaicin for another day. Our Alhambra guide was outstandingly good - knowledgeable and eminently likeable - she was lovely vivacious and brought the whole tour to life.
After the Alhambra, the late afternoon tour of the Albaicin felt distinctly underwhelming interesting historically, but not all so impressive. Again, our guide was very good and instructive.
Take a modest bottle of water with you and refill it at the numerous drinking fountains in the Alhambra. Large rucksacks and pushchairs strollers are not permitted inside some of the palaces - check beforehand. Light refreshments and drinks can be bought on the way round, also, there is a Parador in the grounds, with a good quality restaurant and a terrace for lighter meals, both of which are open to non-residents.

It was an amazing 3h15 tour where we learned not only about the history of the Alhambra, but also about the nature around and curious facts. Our guide was Almudena and we loved it!!! Very friendly and professional at all times, we were impressed with everything you knew! It was definitely worth it and we are very happy, exceeded our expectations!
Superb guide to Eduardo. The must-see Nazareth palaces I highly recommend this visit to all people
An incredible experience thanks to Antonio’s guide, extraordinary knowledge... to the smallest detail, 100% recommended
Very good visit with an excellent guide Andrea speaking French perfectly and very pedagogue It was very interesting.
Fantastic visit, magical discovery, with an adorable guide. Interesting explanations, at the right pace and in a good mood.
Andrea has been super friendly and very close! A unique experience, we will repeat soon with the family. Years ago we visited without a guide and it was a totally different and less enjoyable experience. Very recommended!
A little boring and monotonous. You can get much more out of the visit. And the value for money bad
All with magic!!! the guide Sr Maldonado a professional in his field and very friendly, made us the cultural visit with all his fables of a thousand and one night
the guide Andrea made the visit very interesting and pleasant. I totally recommend it for a visit!
Visit to the Nasrid palaces is impressive both the ceilings and the carving around the doors....I really liked
The Alhambra, spectacular. The guide, Vicente, helps to understand the monument in its context, very friendly, close and didactic. His explanations further enhanced the experience. Recommended.
The tour with Fransesc was absolutely awesome. He took us back to Moorish times with his tour. Explained everything great. Fransesc is a super nice person. Has answered all questions around and Alhambra. 5 stars well deserved. You can book any tour with him without hesitation. If I should be back in Granada I will book him again. Greetings Fam. Kongur from Frankfurt
Exceptional. The perfect guide. It has shown every nook and cranny so that each site was more impressive than the last. A whole experience
Our guide Laura, explained everything very well, always with a smile, and a lot of kindness, 100% recommended.
Veronica guide very professional , attentive , speaking very good French Great. Very nice, smiling, friendly
We did the tour throughout the Alhambra and Generalife with Ruth a super competent girl whose explanations really made us see him with different eyes. We felt that at any moment we would get to have an audience with the Sultan! Apart from the wonderful tour, the facilities are among the most impressive I have seen in years, the state of preservation and all the information they have managed to restore are absolutely spectacular.
Place full of history and in a state of astonishing conservation - unmissable of Andalusia to visit imperatively with the explanations of an even better guide!
Veronica's great. She takes great pictures and explains the history of the Alhambra with anecdotes both funny and interesting
Excellent experience! We had a beautiful day and the guide Eduardo super passionate about history and his work. I highly recommend this activity. Is it one of the best places to visit in Spain and is it good with a guide who will tell you the whole context?
Everything's wonderful! Eduardo our phenomenal guide. Attentive and humorous boy. With guides like that it's nice.
Despite a mild weather. The visit was very interesting, both because of the knowledge of our guide and the rich cultural heritage of the place. A big thank you!!
