Duct company would not book. So we got to the site and they stated that the tour was canceled because they over booked. We are still waiting on a refund and this was 5 days ago. I will also note there were about 20 other people who were frustrated as well with the fact that their trip was canceled the night before and they came all the way from Australia. Completely unbelievable.

Itinerary
Begin your private visit inside Granada’s UNESCO-listed Alhambra complex. Your licensed guide will introduce the history of this hilltop palace-city and explain the route before leading your group through its most important areas.
Enter the most sought-after part of the Alhambra with timed access included. With a private guide just for your group, explore royal halls, peaceful courtyards, carved arches, Arabic inscriptions, and water features while asking questions along the way.
Visit the Renaissance Palace of Carlos V, a bold architectural contrast inside the Alhambra complex. Your guide will explain how its circular design and imperial style reflect Granada’s transformation after the Christian conquest.
Continue to the Generalife Gardens, once a royal retreat for Granada’s rulers. Walk through fountains, shaded paths, flowers, and quiet courtyards at a comfortable pace while your guide connects the gardens to the wider story of palace life.
Continue independently into the Alcazaba fortress area as a self-guided part of your visit. Explore one of the oldest sections of the Alhambra, known for its defensive walls, historic remains, and panoramic views over Granada.

Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Alhambra Palaces and Generalife, our guide Marta Soler was warm and friendly, she had an excellent knowledge of its history and architecture, and made the visit not only informative but entertaining.
I really enjoyed the tour! I was worried that I might be late arriving in Granada by bus, so I contacted the team beforehand. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, and helped me figure out the best way to reach the meeting point on time. Our tour guide Marta was also very kind, knowledgeable, and informative, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And of course, the Alhambra itself was simply breathtaking — absolutely worth seeing! I highly recommend this tour! 🇪🇸✨
Fernando was a amazing, kind person he has told a lot about the history.
We enjoyed our visit to the Alhambra palaces and the Generalife very much; our guide, Marta Soler, was approachable and kind, demonstrated excellent knowledge of its history and architecture, and managed to make the visit not only informative, but also enjoyable.
Good tour! Advance communication was good (our tour was postponed by an hour) and the meeting point was well displayed. Upon arrival, we met our guide: Marta Soler, a young, friendly lady who could tell you everything about the Alhambra, about the palaces, the gardens. The sound through the earpiece was good enough and there was room for questions and interactivity. Maybe as a small tip; a bit more background information on the history at the beginning (although this did come up occasionally in between). The road to the Alhambra was also quite tough (hot and stylish). Good to know this in advance so you can consider taking the bus.
