Generalife Guided Tour, Gardens And Alcazaba (Without Nasrid Palaces)

Guide was generally uninterested with sparse information compared to other tour guides going around at the time. Tickets cost 10x the face value - which would have been worth it if guide gave any useful information. Very poor English which made it difficult to understand on this “English” tour. Also a large group of 18 people not a “small” group as advertised.

Disappointing tour in that it was advertised to last 2 hours but the actual time was 1 hour 15 minutes. Also advised that it included a guide around the Alacazaba but this section was not visited as part of the tour. More disappointingly they failed to provide details of their complaints procedure although I did obtain a refund thanks to a very efficient GetYourGuide Agent. Go to Alhambra of course but not with this tour company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful and totally recommended experience! The guided tour of the Alhambra, the Alcazaba, and the Generalife was spectacular, but without a doubt the best part was our guide, Diana. An exceptional professional, charming, approachable, and very kind, who goes far beyond her duties so that everyone enjoys the experience to the fullest. Your dedication, your knowledge, and your way of conveying history made the visit even more special. A real luxury to have her! Thank you so much, Diana, for your affection and professionalism. A 10 is not enough! ❤️

Good guide, clearly understandable with headphones, it would be nicer if the group were a bit smaller as it is a bit more personal
