Our Tour for 18 March was cancelled the night before at 22.30. This tour was the whole reason for coming to Granada. No option to use the tickets without the tour. Apparently the tour was cancelled due to illness but if the purchased tickets are linked to the names ( ID required to enter) why couldn't we go in without the guide??
We booked a Private Alhambra Full Tour (including the Palaces) well in advance through Get Your Guide for a 9:00 AM start (meeting time 8:45 AM). The night before the tour, at 9:00 PM, we received a call from the agency (Nazari Tours) stating they might not have the tickets for the Full Tour and asking if we could switch to a 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM slot. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had structured our multi-city itinerary around this tour, including a hotel stay directly across from the Alhambra. When we explained this, the representative continued to push for a tour without the palace or to change the time, saying this stop was “more important than the next city”—an insulting and overstepping comment. We insisted we wanted the full tour at the time we booked (9:00 AM or 10:00 AM at the latest). She said she’d try her best. Later that night, she messaged saying everything was resolved and we were confirmed for 9:00 AM. The next morning, we arrived on time at 8:45 AM—she showed up after 9:00 AM without the clearly stated blue umbrella. She then told us she still needed to go print the tickets. When we finally received the tickets, they were not for the full tour we reserved, but a modified version that did not include what we paid for. She tried to pressure us again, even offering a small amount of cash from her wallet to “make up for it.” Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We asked for a moment to discuss it among our group and decided to return the tickets. She never offered a full refund. Thankfully, Get Your Guide was helpful and honored a full refund when we reported the situation. We’re writing this to warn others: do not book with Nazari Tours. They sell tours they don’t actually have tickets for, change plans last-minute, and treat customers poorly when held accountable. Even if they offered us a free tour in the future, we would decline. The experience was that bad.
Bought the tickets for Alhambra Full Tour from this agency through Get your Guide in advance. The tour would be on May 8th at 9am. At 7pm on the day before the agency called saying they DIDNT HAVE THE TICKETS YET, that they would try to get some last minute tickets at midnight. Then, at 2am of the tour day, they sent a message saying they didn’t get the tickets and they were cancelling my purchase. I came from Brazil to Granada only for this tour and now the trip is ruined.
We were a small group in total and it was very pleasant The speed and load of information and details was great and easily comprehensible Sumaya is a lovely guide, she tells funny stories and anecdotes and brings a well of historic information to the tour. She adapted the tour to the groups needs and it was an all around very recommendable experience

The Alhambra is a great historical monument to be seen. Of course, the appropriate historical background also belongs to this monument. Our guide, Sumaya, was able to convey this background very well with an impressive knowledge. The 3 hours were very entertaining and we would have liked to have listened to her even further. On Saturday, April 20, we did the complete tour of the Alhambra with Laura. We thoroughly enjoyed it, we learned a lot, it kept the attention and fascination of two teenagers for three hours or more.
