The setting was a cute rustic cave with great performances from the dancers. However, the host seemed a bit miserable on arrival and the main guitar player looked depressed being there. Many more flamenco shows that are better.

Poor show, performance did not have flamenco costumes, used very poor replicas not in red colors. Cast was rude to audience and not interactive
Fantastic musicianship, singing and dancing. Hypnotic. Loved the synchrony between dancers and the band.
Great music and passion. Felt very intimate being tight by the musicians and dancers. They were willing to talk with us after which was a plus!
Not what we expected. From all the pictures it looked quite good but infact it was a tiny place packed with people and only a small dance area with ladies that were in their 20's probably 30 years ago? Not very enjoyable at all. There must be better choices!
Authentic and intimate. Inside a cave in Albacin. Performed by gypsies. Live guitar and dancing. Worth the price.
I have seen tablao flamenco and I was never too excited, but this was something else. The one dancer (I think there should have been more according to the description) gave all her soul, as did everyone during the performance. This was passionate and meaningful flamenco. On the other side the drinks are not included in the price, this is not specified when asked whether to order, but the price was OK. It's just that the girl who takes the orders and brings the drinks is extremely unpleasant. So is the main guitarist. They two looked so disappointed at us.
I was truly amazed by my experience at Cueva Zincalé. The dancers were powerful and full of feeling, the guitarist was excellent, and the singing was passionate and unforgettable. It felt like a real and authentic flamenco performance. I also appreciated how punctual and well organised everything was, which made the whole evening smooth and enjoyable. For me, this was not only entertainment. It helped me understand more of Andalusia, its history, its music, and the emotion behind this art. It gave me a deeper personal connection to Granada and to Andalusian culture as a whole. I left very happy and grateful for such a special evening. I highly recommend Cueva Zincalé to anyone looking for an authentic flamenco experience in Granada.
Performers were excellent and worth going to see.
Amazing intimate flamenco show experience! So glad we made it to this show. It did not disappoint! Very talented group!
This was the most invigorating show I experienced in Andalusia. Well done to all the participants. Truly authentic and most enjoyable
It was a great experience, very good music and dancing. The real traditional cultural experience. Perfect setting.
What an interesting and authentic experience! Forget West End shows and all malarkey, this is the real deal: cramped, small, intimate actual cave, with some of the most authentic flamenco you will hear or see. A whole family doing what they’ve done for generations. Sure other places will be bigger, more comfortable, more stage show (not knocking that at all) but this is something special.
It was somewhat a disappointing experience. Apart from the two flamenco dancers who were superb, it was unfortunate to only see mostly the back of them due to where we were forced to sit even though we were the first to arrive. The singing by the lead guitarist was for me a lot of very loud shouting which used up more of the time than the dancing. Perhaps it was just not what I was expecting.
Authentic and emotional experience. Traditional flamenco supported by excellent musicians a.nd dancer.
For anyone visiting Granada and wanting to take in a legit flamenco show, look no further than Cueva Zincale. Their cave in Sacromonte had the perfect mystic and served as an unreal setting for our best evening while in Granada. The singer for the night, I believe his name was Mr. Carmona - sadly I can't remember his first name - was so kind to allow us to have our photo taken with him at the end of the show. We also exchanged some words about our common love for the great Camaron de la Isla, who as he said, "not one more like him will ever be born." Don't wait: book your visit to Cueva Zincale today.
Saw three Flamenco shows while in Spain, this was by FAR the best. Not only were the dancers and musicians amazing, but the small, intimate setting puts you right next to the performers. I could not recommend this show more! Enjoy, and Olé!
This is my very first flamenco show so I don’t claim to be an expert. But this is an account of my experience. I intentionally chose Cueva Zincale because I wanted an authentic performance in a small and intimate cave. I wanted to be close up to the performers. Zincale does not offer dinner and show - again my preference because I didn’t want to pay for mediocre food and table seating around me. They offer a 7pm, 8pm and 9 pm show. Each show lasting 50 minutes. Advanced booking through their website is recommended. We took a taxi up the hill from Albaicin and visited the Cave Museum (see my review). After visiting the museum, walked an easy 5 minutes down the road to Zincale, arriving 20 minutes before our 7pm booking. The venue seats approximately 25 people and there’s not really a bad seat, but I recommend a seat closer to the entrance as opposed to the stage. You can order a drink if you want but it’s not necessary. The show starts off with guitar music. I myself am a musician so I appreciated the quality of music. Then the male vocalist begins to sing. For my experience, I felt he was screaming so loud it was uncomfortable to the ears. Then finally the dancer. I really enjoyed this part of the show. Her passion and talent was clearly demonstrated. The show consisted of 75% music and 25% dancing. I wish it was the other way around with more dancing. I did enjoy the show and to experience a part of their culture was very interesting. But it was not completely as what I expected. In my opinion (as a flamenco noobie) the flamenco show at Cueva Zincale is very raw and authentic, but maybe not for everyone. The flamenco shows in larger venues in town are more theatrical and less ‘in your face’. I do recommend attending a Flamenco show when in Granada, just find one that suits your taste.
Unique!!! The show is impressive
Maybe not the best thing to start with, but I will start with the less positive points. The show was supposed to start at 20:00 and we arrived – as recommended – ten minutes earlier. Finally, the performance didn't start until 8:25. This waiting time was mainly used to sell (relatively expensive) drinks, in a way that did not feel particularly welcoming. In addition, the first impression of the musicians did not make it much better: the guitarist was still on the phone while the audience was already waiting and made little to no contact. He honestly came across as a bit uninterested and even a bit cranky, which makes you wonder if he really felt like it. The commercial aspect is also noticeable: the chairs are very close together, so you literally sit against strangers. That takes a bit of comfort away from the experience. But... once the show starts, everything changes. The performance starts with live music, followed by a first dance by a dancer. Although this part is quite short, it builds up nicely to the main act. And he really makes everything right. The main artist dances with so much passion, power and emotion that you are completely sucked into it. You actually forget all the negatives and are full of admiration. This is flamenco as you hope to see it: intense, sincere and impressive.
Very good artists passionate about their art. They have the ability to convey their emotions in dance, music and singing. Very nice connivance between the dancer and the singer. A lot of energy! Great!
There was surprisingly good energy and dancing in their show. And to experience flamenco in a cave was special.
What were they owner (the guitarist) and the Mrs who provided the drink cranky! Unfortunately short show (45 min), mainly focused on music. 1 dance performance by a woman and 1 by a man.
Nice show, they tried very hard. The owner may sometimes work on his customer friendliness because it is not good. Piece of grump.
The show is wonderful, the dancers are pure magic but to put a but, the entrance is a bit chaotic and even if you go with reservation and with time if a large group buys the tickets there negotiate the price is cheaper than online, they give them drinks and pass in front of you. But taking away the entrance we loved it.
If you have to see a flamenco show this is it. It is in small committees as close as possible to the artists. The emotion provided is indescribable
A must-see is Granada without visiting Sacromonte and attending a flamenco zambra in a cave.
Beautiful flamenco show a one cueva. Two guitarists, a singer and two dancers. The show lasts about 50 minutes and is a great experience. The dancers are very good.
A show impossible to forget: an intimate place, the magic of a charming performance: the gestures, the interpretation of the dance, the look of the dancers... Really professional! Not to mention the skill of the guitarists and the charm of the singer's voice. I was afraid it was a tourist show, but I felt so much passion. I recommend everyone to get caught up in the spell of this music!
I was looking for an authentic flamenco show and they recommended this cuevas. Very nice show, the talented flamenco dancer and also the boy. Super recommended
One pass!!!! Musicians on guitar a show The singer, a great voice and very kind Dancers pure art and passion And all this in a cave full of flamenco goblin. We'll be back. Greetings from Luis, lucia, lucia, Esther and Manuel
Thanks to the kind girl who offered us to enter to enjoy the cave when it was all closed and raining, we were able to enjoy a kind experience with our children in a cave with a lot of essence. We'll be back.
We priced our tickets following the report on a TF1 newspaper without even reading the reviews (which we do all the time though) and we were disappointed by the songs that were rather screams; on the other hand the guitarists were good and the dancer incredible. She gave herself without counting with all the fervor expected. We admit that after being in Seville, we expected an unforgettable spectacle, which was not the case. And the welcome is rather cold and suspicious.
The ticket price, purchased online, said that a drink (wine, sangria, beer, soda) was included in the price. Actually, it's WRONG. We were offered a drink upon arrival. We chose a glass of wine. Once served, the manager asked us 8€. We told him that the ticket said a drink was included in the ticket price. He didn't want to know that we were introducing him. We had to pay. We found the show average. We had already seen another show in Seville where the quality was far superior. We had the feeling that we were pigeonholed.
We went to see the show 4 adults and 4 children (8-11 years old). A recommended experience to see art in its purest form. The treatment for all the people who make the show great. We would certainly repeat.
Fabulous show.... Flamenco in its pure state. Power and passion to sum up 50 minutes of happiness. Must see in Granada.
Incredible experience, my husband does not like flamenco and I am amazed with the show. We repeat for sure!!! And my daughters really liked it, now they want me to aim them to dance flamenco
The flamenco show is worth it, they have a lot of art, we loved it. Cheaper than many caves in the area and the treatment of the owners exceptional, very humble, close and attentive people. We will definitely repeat and I advise everyone who comes to Granada to enjoy a flamenco show in the heart of Sacrononte
