It is amazing, it is an breathtaking experience. Our tour guide was David who was incredible and very knowledgeable on the history of these marvelous monuments. Thank you again David for taking us throughout the past and explain everything during the 3.5 hours.

The overall tour was excellent & value for money. While you could do the tour on your own the information provided by the guide was very good. We did the 3hr tour which was very comprehensive. At the end of the tour, we were left to explore more of the grounds which was good. There is a beautiful restaurant/cafe within the grounds, suggest going there to relax and have a drink while soaking up the surroundings, nice way to finish the tour. Only issue with the tour is that they say that your your guide will be with an orange umbrella near the entrance. Well, there are many tours with the same orange umbrella waiting outside the entrance !!!! It would be a good idea to have a board with the local operator's name so it is easy to locate your group. We had aimed to get there 20 minutes before start time but we did not anticipate the bus strike nor did we anticipate our taxi driver taking the longest possible route to get to the Alhambra. When we got there, it did not help that there were multiple orange umbrellas adding to our anxiety that we were going to miss the tour. Luckily, we had called the tour operator that morning since our tickets had not been issued, which was another issue. But the tour operator called the hotel to check if we were coming and the hotel called us. Overall it was a worthwhile tour.
The young lady was cheerful nd very knowledgeable about history. She explain us everything in an easy way. Her name is Cynthia. Adorable guide tour and very patient. We enjoy the tour very much. We highly recommend it.
Just 1 star because there is not option to put ZERO. This is a SCAM, DON'T BUY IT. I bought the tour to the Alhambra WITH TICKETS INCLUDED 1 month in advance. The day of the tour, 10 minutes before starting, the guide tells me that I don't have a ticket, that at the end they didn't found an entrance for me. Whaaat?? After planning a trip just to see the Alhambra and traveling to Granada paying hotels and transportation, they decide to cancel your plan 10 minutes before, without any other kind of notification in advance. Shame on them, not only Vitor, but also the local tour operator: Cordoba Embrujada SL. Those are not serious companies, they don't care about your time or if you lose money, their only objective is to sell even if they are not able to provide the service they promise. Will never buy on Viator again.
Excellent tour. Several other companies offered last minute La Alhambra tour bookings but this was the best priced by far.
This company had few reviews which made me nervous. When I arrived to the meeting point, no one was there. I spent money to make an international call. The woman explained she attempted to reach me to get passport information (as it’s true, it’s required to come here) but I never received a call or email. I was surprised that there was no guide with any other guests as this is consistently sold out. So I don’t really buy that they tried to reach me. I asked for a refund and at first she said no, but I persisted and they ended up issuing one. That should not have even been a follow up. Overall, they ruined my day and my one reason to come to Granada. You have to buy tickets a week in advance if on your own, because predatory tour companies will buy up the tickets otherwise.

The tour of the Alhambra with our guide Antonio was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the three hours with his detailed explanations, anecdotes, and curiosities. He gives you your time to take photos. Great experience.
We had the opportunity to count on Luis as a guide to the visit to the Alhambra that I made with my family on April 6. He visited us in English. He was very pleasant and told many anecdotes. He answered all our questions without any problems. We're out of time pretty quickly. It was a great experience.

I had booked a guided tour with CIVITATIS of the Alhambra and the Nasrid Palaces with tickets paid for more than 1 month and the visit was for 23/03/26, the day before they sent me an email to tell me "Text Words" by the Alhambra, they have undertaken a change in the confirmation of tickets which, unfortunately, has affected your reservation, it is not possible to confirm the tour on tomorrow's date, and they return my money. Not satisfied with that, on the other hand the company that makes the tours "Granada a Pie" contacts me and tells me to come there on the day of the reservation, with money and make the reservation effective and be able to make the tour, which is my surprise that I look at reviews and they are nefarious, of course I did not go. Advised by hotel staff that I stay to make the reservation directly from the Alhambra page for the next one, so as not to have surprises. I hope it's good for someone not to feel cheated as he subscribes.

On January 19th we made the full visit to the Alhambra of Granada: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife. The visit is carried out with the guide Rocio. A guide that was very professional from the beginning. We loved the way he told the story and legends of the Alhambra. It has been an incredible experience that we will never forget. Although the start was a bit bumpy: time change the night before due to illness of the initial guide, lack of coordination in the place where we should meet the guide and collection of the tour members... finally being able to enjoy a guide like Cynthia and know so many details with great doses of humor but with a deep knowledge of the culture and art that was dosing so as not to saturate the staff (in our case, it would not have mattered that I had shared more knowledge) made that despite the start, we consider this tour as excellent. As she says, you have to look for the bright side of things, and if a bumpy start led us to enjoy a guide like her, welcome!!
