The Alhambra was amazing. I would not go in July or August as even June there were plenty of crowds to deal with. We stayed the the Alhambra Palace Hotel just outside of the Alhambra and can't recommend this highly enough.10/10

Great tour. Aitana was an excellent guide. Group was not too big so manageable. We were given headsets so could clearly hear the guide and it was a well organised tour. Tickets also gave us re entry so we went back after to spend more time in the Generalife gardens as these were a little rushed.

Our guide was very well informed on the history of the Alhambra and did a great job sharing his insights. We found the information very interesting.

From start to finish, our experience was truly lovely. Georgia, our guide, struck the perfect balance of knowledgeable and approachable. Her British accent made her especially easy to understand, and her warm, personable style made the tour feel relaxed and engaging. At the beginning, there were a few unexpected distractions with other guests, but Georgia handled everything with professionalism and grace, never letting it impact the overall experience. It was clear she genuinely cared about creating a great tour for everyone. What stood out most was the pace and depth of the experience. We never felt rushed, which allowed us to fully take in the breathtaking beauty and rich history of the Alhambra. Georgia brought the stories to life in a way that made the entire visit feel meaningful, not just informational. An exceptional guide and an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this tour. We also had absolutely perfect weather which also helped!

This is a 3 hour + tour as there is so much to see at La Alhambra, but this is must-see site if visiting Granada. The tour was very informative and Antonio our tour guide was excellent. He kept the tour group engaged with fun facts and questions along the way. He was also very kind in checking in with the people on the tour group, taking pictures and calling taxis afterwards for people who did not want to walk back to the city. He also provided several restaurant recommendations in Granada.

Antonio was our guide- he is a scholar in all things related to Alhambra and the area. We had a small group of ten and he knew a few little known spots to venture into. I left the tour knowing so much more about the moorish culture and the culture of the royals who lived there. Antonio answered all questions and adjusted pace where needed. We visited all three areas with no waiting. We have been on many Viator tours but this tour and in particular, Antonio, excelled others.

We booked at short notice, so probably could.have found a cheaper option if that weren't the case, but we felt this was well worth the money we spent. Our guide was informative, knowledgeable and humorous as well. Even though a small group, the ear pieces made the tour far better than it otherwise might have been as you didn't have to stand right next to the guide to hear what they were telling the group. This was particularly useful in the more crowded areas.

The meeting point was difficult to find as there as so many tour operators. It would be useful for the company to have a sign so you know where to head towards. The lady who checked us in (Anna) was very abrupt and not at all welcoming. So we were extremely relieved that we were with (Irene) who was a fantastic, friendly guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tour itself is good although the architecture is pretty similar throughout. Worth a visit and I’d recommend a morning tour before it gets too hot.

This is the way to visit Alhambra. Really friendly and knowledgeable guide offering a great overview. Skipping the line makes a huge difference, plus plenty of time after the tour to enjoy the site at leisure. DONT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT. You will not be admitted without photo ID

Fabulous experience. Our guide Dante’ was great. It was very hot but that was expected. Small group enabled easy passage through a bust attraction.

The tour was absolutely excellent with Carmen. She is so knowledgeable and well organized and kept the group together even in the crowded areas. Without her wonderful commentary the Alhambra would be just a bunch of buildings without a lot of meaning. Finding the tour at the front gate gets a total zero for an absolutely ridiculous lack of organization. No instructions, no information on how to identify this company, nothing on our tickets or in an email. Other tour company guides helped us locate them. However Carmen was fabulous and the tour was really amazing.

Extremely interesting tour with excellent information from our guide Laura. However it would have been better if we had audio clips as some of our party were hard of hearing

Gardens were lovely, and all the mosaics etc throughout the Alhambra fascinating. Our guide was excellent at getting us through ahead of the crowds, thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our guide was so good. Her English was also great. She had a good command of the Alhambra its history construction. She answered every question right away and excellently. She was attentive. She was considerate not only to us but to the other people touring the monument

Skip the line was great. There was someone to meet us 30 minutes before the tour. We were assigned to Antonio's group. What a wealth of knowledge that man has. He could answer every question and he added some stories which showed connections to Dutch artists which the Dutch couple in our group appreciated. He knew exactly where to take the best photos. I would recommend this tour.

This is a beautiful place to visit. Make sure you choose a tour that takes you to the Lions Palace. The gift shop was very nice and affordable. Our guide was very knowledgeable a d shared much of the history about Alhambra.

Christian was very informed and really cared about making sure everyone in the group was educated. Very interesting history and fascinating tour. The only suggestion would be to move faster through the start - there are a lot of tours and keeping the pace up might mean enjoying the later stages while still fresh

Sold as a 10 person tour .. however 20 or maybe more in the group !! The guide Laura was excellent , but paying more tor a smaller group. ????? Go with the larger group when booking and pay lesss

The Alhambra visit requires an in-depth background history to truly appreciate this incredible attraction. Thankfully we had a knowledgeable guide who could use her wonderful story telling talents to bring us a most enjoyable experience. Laura, our guide, had an excellent command of the English language. She is a gem!

NoNo was fabulous. He took very good care of our group. He had all of the tickets ready, he provided headsets for us to hear him. He spoke very good English and had a strong understanding of the topics that were discussed. Very impressed with our tour.

This tour is a total scam. it was supposed to leave at 12 noon and we were there two minutes before 12 and some guy told us that the tour already left. We spent one hour looking for them and never found them. Booking totally refused to refund us. Stay away.

Sofía was great and very informative. She knew so many details small interesting details. It's always very hard to engage teens in history sights but our son enjoyed it.

Eduardo was excellent, willing and able to answer questions about many aspects of the Alhambra and its history. 3 hours of guided tour with the opportunity to come back on your own later that day was a good arrangement. We recommend this tour and Eduardo highly.

No señalan bien en donde será el encuentro , tardaron mucho en contestarme . La guía aburrida, pareciera tuviera prisa en terminar . Penso che non si può morire senza aver visitato la Alhambra. È stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, le fiabe delle mille e una notte rivivono in quei luoghi. Consiglio i palazzi Nasridi, altrimenti non ha senso. La guida italiana Oscar è stata eccezionale e coinvolgente.

I was lucky enough to be accompanied by a nice and prepared tour guide to discover the Alhambra ; thanks to the passion and knowledge of Maddalena Paolella I could admire this jewel.

Bad. We both have covid-19 and wanted to cancel on the period of more than 2 days before the tour and would get 50% return but alhambra disapproved. We can talk about a scam and will report it when you get home. It is in the regulations.

A fantastic experience with an attentive, friendly guide and above all knows everything about the history of the Alhambra, Granada and its surroundings perfectly (the guide I played us was called Guillermo). The tour was very extensive and detailed, the three hours of the tour were flown by (with stop to rest included), it was an entertaining and didactic experience, I advise the tour to anyone who wants to see the Alhambra a 20 out of 10.
