The guide was very knowledgable and provided information formation that we hadn’t already read. Excellent value .

It was historically very interesting and our guide Jaime has a masters in art history specifically focused on Spanish and Islamic art.

This was an outstanding tour. Informative and humorous guide, Jaimie, kept us engaged and the group was great. Very small around 14 people so we all were able to ask questions and talk. We were sharing in the history of Alhambra, Granada and Spain. Excellent tour!

The time of day makes a difference in terms of crowds and weather. Booking well ahead is necessary in order to see the Nazrid Palace part of a tour. It is not always automatically included.Don’t bring small children; it’s too much in terms of walking and the length of tome. They won’t be interested. . The tour could last for 3 to 3.5 hours.

I booked this tour several weeks in advance, despite reading another review that started tickets were not provided as promised. The day before our tour, I got messages asking if we would be available to move our tour to another time. I responded yes, and had a question in my response, but didn't hear another word from the tour operator until the next morning, just two hours before the tour was scheduled to start. They sent a message that they were unable to obtain tickets and that the tour was cancelled. They offered a refund or a discount on their Grenada city tour. As if! First, if you can't reliably secure tickets, don't offer a tour at all, especially for such a high-demand place. It was very disappointing to miss it. Second, giving a discount on another tour was tacky. The only nice thing I have to say is that the refund was promptly sent. Avoid this company!

Excellent tour .. very informative.. on a gorgeous sunny day .. Mur ( or Mer) was a lovely and very knowledgeable guide .. we really enjoyed looking and learning about Alhambra Palace .. can recommend Book early !!

The tour was great! Our guide Jaime was very knowledgeable about the history and legends of the Alhambra. It made an amazing experience even better.

This tour was absolutely amazing. Cristina made this experience truly enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and funny. I was touched by how much she cares about these amazing places. I saw her picking up trash from the floor in more than one occasion. The tour was just the right amount of information. We were able to stop and take pictures and also to take a bathroom break when needed. Cristina you are the best!

We had a great guide, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our group was relatively small (about 10), which made the experience even more enjoyable. At the end, we stayed a little bit longer onsite and walked around again. Surprisingly it was not as busy (at 1pm) and it was great to walk around at our own pace. :)

The meeting point was easy to find just next to the main Alhambras entrance. Our guide was really nice

Amazing tour of the Alhambra with the very knowledgeable Maria Jose. Through her storytelling Maria made it all come alive for us and made our visit extra special. We were so pleased we booked a tour, as it made sure we focused on the main things and learned a lot too

Maria Jose Suarez was a great guide! She was extremely knowledgeable due to her degree in history and many years of experience as a guide. Maria started the tour by giving us a background on the time period. She kept us all engaged and had answers to all our questions. She really brought some of the characters alive by assigning roles to many of the participants. This was really effective at keeping a young boy engaged and entertained. Throughout the tour, she provided updates about some of the characters and added others.

The tour was professionally guided. A lot of background knowledge was shared. The lady was very attentive to all participants.

This was an informative and comprehensive 3 hour tour of the Alhambra including the Generalife and Nasrid palaces. Our tour guide Jaimie was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and patient, answering many questions. There was a slight delay at the start of the tour but the company reached out to everyone to let them know in advance. We had no issues with tickets for the Nasrid palaces and the entrance time was within the 3 hours of the tour. The Alhambra is an incredible place, not to be missed!

Brilliantly organised and very informative tour - would highly recommend getting a guided tour on your visit as the palace is huge and we learnt more by having a guide, otherwise it might be 3hours of wandering around without giving the palace context.

The tour was excellent, giving a marvellous introduction to the history, culture, religion, politics and horticulture of the Alhambra. Our guide was brilliant, with impeccable English for an international audience and a deep knowledge of all the topics covered by the tour.

Great tour company! The guide told us interesting facts and legends without it becoming an information overload, so the guide struck a really nice balance there. It was also nice that we had a little break and that there was enough time to take pictures at the different viewpoints, without it slowing down the tour too much. Finally, we were very pleased with the quick communication and the great help when we had a problem with the payment of our tickets, which was solved soon enough. All in all, very recommendable.

We have clearly been deceived by the agency!We booked guided tour of the Alhambra, Nasrid palaces and Generalife weeks ago and paid immediately! the evening before we got a message that the Nastidiepalast cannot be visited, because you no longer got tickets ...Today at the beginning of the tour it remained the statement and neither the German-speaking guide nor the lady from the agency cared about our concern, we could not visit the palace even though we had paid and this was also clear.Please book me through this agency!!! This is absolutely cheating yet a lady in our group felt the same way!

We book tickets to the Alhambra with nazaries palaces. 48 hours earlier we are warned that it is not possible to access the palaces because the Alhambra Board has reduced entrance fees. After contacting the board of trustees, I am informed that they have never reduced capacity on "any day, or any pass." I have already read several opinions and it seems to be a common practice. My advice: buy tickets on the official website, if you don’t want to ruin your trip

Very nice visit with a guide of Granada who knows perfectly the whole history of the Alhambra. Too bad that our visit to the Nasrid Palace was cancelled: so we could not see the most beautiful part of the Alhambra (fortunately, we had already visited it a few years ago).

Very bad experience. On the tour he had overtreated the visit to the Nazarite palaces at 10am. The same day I get my schedule changed at 19:00 in the afternoon. Having the flight back at 18:00 in the afternoon, I missed that part of the experience that is the most important. Outrageous and very very unprofessional treatment by Ana Manzano of TURIGRANADA.

I had contracted the visit to the Nazareth palaces at 10am but the same day they changed it for the afternoon. When I had the flight back to Barcelona I asked for help but they said no and I missed that part of the experience that is the most important. Very disappointed and it seemed outrageous.
