Alhambra Day Or Night Private Tour

My wife and I did a private tour with Katia and it was one of the best tours we have been on ( we do lots of tour). It was a history lesson as well as a tour. Katia is a very knowledgeable person. She is engaging, professional and asked if we had questions throughout the tour and gave thoughtful responses. Our tour with Katia was a high point of the four cities we visited in Spain and I strongly recommend taking her tour.

Great experience! The guide was very knowledgeable, speaks English very well. Alhambra is the great place to visit!

Great experience with Katya. She showed us Alhambra in and told us a lot about history. She is very knowledgeable. We had a big group and she was very accommodating. It was a pleasure to visit Alhambra and learn all of the stories and see this great site with such a great guide!

Katya was great and exceeded our expectations. She did a great job of setting the context of the place and then showing us the specifics. She shared photos on her phone to make connects to other places and art work. She was approachable, patient and added some fun stories along with tons of great info. She was responsive to our interests and took time to answer our questions. We were so happy we hired her for the four of us as we had a fabulous tour!

This is a great way to see the Alhambra with a private, knowledgeable guide. I would not have the total appreciation of the monument without her explanation.Katya, has encyclopedic knowledge of the landmark and his expert at navigating through the crowds. I love the history and explanation, and my wife likes a brief right to the point evaluation. Katya was able to navigate both of our personalities.

We had a wonderful tour with Katya. She was knowledgeable about the General Life and the Alhambra took time to provide historical context as well as details about what we saw on our tour. The tour was paced well and we had plenty of time for questions and photos. Katya was very responsive for communication. She worked with us to schedule our tour so that it fit in to our time constraints in Granada. Additionally, she was very helpful in advice on getting the appropriate tickets for the Alhambra as they were in short supply for our time in Granada. I would wholeheartedly recommend scheduling a private tour with her.

Katya was so patient with me, as I was trying to figure out the ticket buying experience- I very much appreciated that!! I would say, if you have extensive knowledge of Alhambra, this specific tour may not be sufficient. Katya has great knowledge and inside connections of the spaces, however my husband (who is Arab), found it to not go as "deep" with the history that he was expecting. If you are hard of hearing, you may also want to consider a different option. All in all, Katya is a kind human and patient.

Absolutely wonderful. Our tour guide was terrific. She was well versed in all things Alhambra. Very accommodating to our taking pictures

Such an excellent tour. Katya is a fountain of knowledge. I’d book her again!

We had a really nice time with Katya, whose knowledge of the history of the Alhambra was vast. We managed to nimbly skirt around big tour groups and enjoy the best positions to take photos. All we could have wanted from a guided tour. Thank you Katya

Katya and her four-legged companion Boris are outstanding guides! The tour is comprehensive yet relaxed. Katya had a way of avoiding the crowds and consistently getting us the best spots.

Wonderful guide, and excellent communication. Katerina is a professional and knowledgeable guide. We had a great time and learned a lot.

Our decision to book a private tour with Katya was a great one. She was so helpful as we struggled to book our Granada Cards online (Use Paypal!), and gave us the gift of her knowledge and insights as we experienced this spectacular historic landmark. The luxury of experiencing the Alhambra as a small group was well worth it! We highly recommend Katya, and booking your tickets well in advance!

Katya was an outstanding Alhambra guide! She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and details that make the site so special. She made everything easy to understand and provided context that truly brought the architecture to life. It was an unforgettable experience and her dog Boris is absolutely adorable. Highly reccommend!

Katya shared with us her wealth of knowledge of Alhambra. Her passion for the history of the location really shined through. We asked questions and she always knew the answer, a side story or inside detail. Highly recommend her tours. She was fantastic.

Katya was amazing! She explained everything so thoroughly and so well. She knew all the right places to take us and helped us avoid huge crowds of people. Highly recommend!

Katya is an absolutely fantastic private guide! Her reverence for Alhambra is so evident and manifested in every element of Katya's tour. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful manner in which Katya set the historical and cultural frames, as she deftly directed our attention to the myriad marvels and magic of Alhambra.

My septuagenarian wife and I went on a tour of the Alhambra and Generallife gatdens with Ekaterina. She is very knowledgeable and we passed several lovely hours with her. We especially liked her focus on the culture and history and her clear appreciation of the Moors and their architecture. She graciously answered the many questions we posed.

We had a great day touring the Alhambra with Katya. She was very communicative from the moment we booked, offering helpful tips on how to plan for our trip. During the tour she provided historical facts interspersed with folklore about the palace. She also clearly delineated the differences in the Spanish and Islamic influences in the art and architecture. I highly recommend booking Katya for a family tour.

Katya was amazing! She was communicative, fun and brought her cute dog Boris. Loved her pacing, knowledge and outline of the tour. Would absolutely recommend. And she brought treats for the Alhambra cats 😋

Katya brought Generalife and Alhambra's history to life for our family of four. She is very experienced with the logistics of the complex and that knowldge, coupled with her excellent communication, enabled us to enjoy the experience without hitting any snags along the way. Having this private guide made a major difference in the engagement of my children as well and would highly recommend for families.

Katya was the perfect guide starting with a solid flow of communication leading up to our date to ensure things went smoothly and ease our minds that they would. So much knowledge & history was shared in her peaceful style along with secret spots to avoid crowds or get a good snapshot. Not merely an academic, her love for the Alhambra was evident in her every caring step including bringing treats for the palace cats! I highly recommend Katya for the perfect personal tour.

Katya is a friendly and knowledgeable guide who is able to give detailed history in many areas, making her tours interesting and relevant. She is also able to emphasize what you are more interested in, making it more of a curated experience for you. Highly recommended!

Katya was very nice and informative! She explained Alhambra very nicely and the preparation for the tour was great. Thank you!

Really memorable experience. Comfortable, relaxed and informative, I'd encourage you to book Katya for your tour. Well versed in the history of the Alhambra and something of an animal lover. Not only will she take you to perfect picture locations but will be on the look out for frogs, squirrels and cats. A pleasure.

We had wonderful daytime tour of the Alhambra with Katya. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kept our large group (teens and adults) interested . Her stories were the perfect amount of information to bring the Alhambra to life but not make it overwhelming. She was so kind to take many pictures of our group. I absolutely recommend booking with Katya!

Katya was knowledgeable and passionate about Alhambra. We skirted past the big tour groups and gained a solid understanding of the monument’s fascinating history and art.

Katya was amazing! She was friendly and welcoming and had great knowledge of Alhambra. She also gave us tips on other things to do and see. We actually ran into her walking her dog the next morning so she’s definitely a local!

Katya is an amazing tour guide and we came away from the visit with a deeper appreciation and knowledge of Alhambra. She started off with the history of who, when and why and then connected all together during the tour. We truly enjoyed her sense of humor and the seriousness of the tour. We highly recommend using Kayla as your tour guide to Alhambra.

Katya’s tours were perfect for our group. She tailored the information and pace of our tour to our interests. She gave really great depth to talks and answered our questions, She was also able to help with great tips on places to eat afterwards.

The Alhambra is an amazing place to visit, and my family and I are so glad we invested in Katya’s private tour. Katya was a fantastic guide and shared her extensive historical and cultural knowledge to make our day memorable. We never would have had such an in-depth experience had we tried to do it on our own. I would highly recommend Katya’s private tour to anyone wishing to maximise their Alhambra experience.

We did a three-hour tour of Granada and the Alhambra with Katya, and she was amazing. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history. She made everything so interesting without overwhelming us. You could tell she really cares about what she does. My whole family loved it, and I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting.

Very interesting tour of the Alhambra with Katya. She was very professional, knew the history perfectly and asked all our questions. She was polite and reliable. Totally recommended

The tour with Katya was interesting, enjoyable, and well-paced. Katya is knowledgeable in history of both Christian and Islamic art, as well as history of Spain. She recommended other monuments in Granada worth visiting. She is considered, and without being asked, she suggested alternative routes, so my 87-year-old mother would have fewer steps to climb. The tour surpassed our expectations.

Our group loved this tour with Katya. She was a wealth of knowledge and the history that she shared meant that we left with a much deeper appreciation for this amazing place. Katya was friendly and very easy to spend time with - she brought Boris along which added another special dimension to our morning! We were very grateful to Katya for the lovely photos she took of our group and for the tips she provided.

We absolutely loved of tour of the Alhambra with Katya! She was an amazing tour guide. She knew so much about the history, culture, and architecture, but explained it in a really accessible way. Throughout the rest of our trip we even kept referencing things she had taught us! Even though the Alhambra is crowded, she knew the best times to go, places to stand for amazing views, and we really just had a wonderful experience. Having a small group tour makes such a difference and we can't recommend Katya enough!!

The Alhambra is the highlight of our Spain trip so far. Katya was a superb guide, not only in her excellent knowledge of Alhambra and it's rich history, but also on her patience and consideration in taking care of a couple of us who have arthritic knees. It was the right choice on our part to choose a private tour so we don't inconvenience other travelers. Travelers with some mobility issues, shouldn't be deterred to visit beautiful Alhambra. Choosing a private tour with excellent guides such as Katya is the way to go!

Katya was a fantastic guide. She shared so many interesting facts beyond what you read in a guidebook, and always knew how to avoid the crowds at the most popular places to take pictures. Do not hesitate to book a tour with her!

Katya was friendly, informative and also flexible as our driver was delayed. She could not have been more accommodating! She made our day at the Alhambra quite enjoyable and we left with a great understanding of the history of the palace and what transpired there. Highly recommend her as your next tour guide!

Highly recommend booking a tour with Katya. She was professional, kind, accommodating, and so informative. She also was great to offer to take photos of us at various important points of the Alhambra. We loved our time learning with her and are so glad we chose to invest in a guided tour. It was also lovely to have a private tour as it allowed us to go at our own pace. I cannot recommend Katya more highly. It made our experience of the Alhambra something we will remember (and treasure) forever. Thank you so much, Katya!

Fantastic tour from a well informed and accommodating guide. Katya provided extremely wise tips before our trip which allowed us to arrive early and enjoy a less busy time at the Alhambra. Having only our small group on this tour was ideal. Highly recommend this whole experience!!

Katya was fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable and her passion for Granada and history is obvious. Katya was very patient and engaging with our entire family and adapted the tour according to our interests and the flow of the crowds. Put simply, our tour was amazing. I highly recommend Katya.

Katya provided excellent historical details and anecdotes, descriptions of the significance of what we were seeing - I can’t imagine walking through this amazing site without her insight.

Very knowledgeable, articulate, and well-organized. This tour made our visit enjoyable and informative. When signing up, we were a little uncertain that we could get the date/time we wanted with Katya. But once you have your tix to the Alhambra, with a timed entrance, Katya will meet you then. A great experience
