Alhambra And Nasrid Palace Tickets Entry Assistance+tourist Train

I booked through Viator on 15 October, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After not receiving my ticket, I contacted the company and was instructed to collect it from their office. However, when I arrived at the address provided, I was told that although the address was correct, it belonged to a completely different local provider company. I contacted them again by phone and was assured that my ticket was available and would be sent to me. This never happened. I then contacted the local provider, who clearly failed to do his job properly and had not checked the situation. I was given only two options: a refund or rescheduling for the following day. I explained that I had a very tight schedule and was flexible enough to accept any available time that same day, but no reasonable effort was made to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they actually blocked my phone number, forcing me to contact them again using a different number. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, misleading information, failure to deliver the ticket, and extremely unprofessional attitude made what should have been an enjoyable experience incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will certainly never book with them again.

I can vouch for this. Tickets were sent in the Viator chat the night before. Bring your passport because they scan it and only if they have it on the system they let you in.

It's an expensive alternative to get last minute tickets and the provider is not transparent about what it is doing: - we booked this for 3 people (me, my husband and our 5 years old child) even thou She does not pay an entrace She needs a ticket to enter Alhambra anyways and they just sent us the adult tickets to enter the Nazarie palace at 1pm, we sent messages everyday for almost 2 weeks until they sent us a ticket to my Daughter at 11pm the Day before our tour in Alhambra and for 5pm (at a certain point we just asked for any time slot for her so we could see the gardens together) - also, the adress that they have and say for you to get your phisical ticket is not even their Office, clearly a scam, we understood that they do not have an Office anywhere near Spain. - the touristic train tickets were sent to us after we asked them to sent them twice - the voucher from Viator does not work anywhere here in Granada nor Alhambra.

We were unable to get tickets to the Alhambra but were able to get last minute tickets with Viatour. There were mixed reviews online but we had no trouble at all. They were responsive to my questions and the tickets were available the day before our booking.

Extremely disappointed, been advised to get on time to meeting point, but there was no one to contact, at the point the staff was very rude and unhelp, haven't received any QR code for tourist tran ans was not allowed to ride, lost a big chunk of payment, will not recommend to any one

It is a nice loophole to get tickets (although about 3 times as expensive) for the Nasrid palace and the Alhambra. They are really worth a visit to see the inside! Some pointers for the organization and other travelers: - the digital ticket you receive is your entrance ticket for the Alhambra visit. You do NOT have to go anywhere else to get a ticket, and you do NOT have to be anywhere one hour beforehand. At the Welcome Information Centre (address provided on the ticket) they will not give you a ticket or any other information, as they are a different organization. - DO bring your passport, because in many places in the Alhambra that is your entrance verification. - I have no clue what the train part was about. I guess it is the tourist train in Granada itself, that you have/can get tickets for with the entrance/voucher you have. There is however NO mention of it on the ticket, NOR in the email, NOR in the advertisement about HOW you should find or enter the tourist train. So for the Viator organization: please include this information, so future travelers know how to use what they bought and paid for.

The tickets arrived successfully, although the time slot for the Nasrid Palaces was slightly different from the one we selected. However, this was clearly mentioned in the description when booking. The great thing is that you can enter the Alhambra complex from the morning and spend the time exploring other areas before your scheduled entry to the Nasrid Palaces. The entire complex is huge, and you really need most of the day to see everything properly. The price was higher than on the official website, but our trip was a last-minute decision, so this was a good option for getting last-minute tickets to the Alhambra. In my opinion, the Nasrid Palaces were by far the highlight and the part most worth seeing. Without access to this attraction, I don’t think the ticket would have been worth the price.

If you missed out on getting Alhambra tickets, this is the way to go. While the price is 3.5x as much as retail, sometimes you gotta pay the resellers if you missed out. Time selection is limited so picked one that is closest to when you want to visit Alhambra. Tickets are emailed to you once available, be sure to bring your passports to be scanned as well.

We were able to get tickets for the Alhambra, including the Nasrid Palaces, through this operator on relatively short notice. The communication was very friendly, everything worked well. We then received the tickets as a PDF file one day in advance. We were happy to accept that these were a bit more expensive than via the official Alhambra website in order to be able to visit the Alhambra on short notice.

As such, it is a resale of Alhambra tickets, and yes, they provide access to the Nasrid Palaces, but as mentioned in another comment, BUY ONLY AS A LAST RESORT. The tickets cost almost 3 times the normal price and the supposed tourist train is fake. We bought the tickets because it was a last-minute trip.

The activity did not take place because only at 12:10 AM on the same day (the meeting time was at 9:30 AM) they notified us via email that the tickets were no longer available. We hope for a smooth refund.

Everything was very good. It is important to be punctual when entering the Nasrid Palaces, since access is granted at a specific time. The tourist train was also very good: it makes a circular route of approximately one hour and you can get on as many times as you want. As the only drawback, that day there were many people waiting to take it, so we had to wait in quite a long line. In general, a highly recommended experience.

Do not use Viator, which promises you a meeting point where there is no one; furthermore, I paid for a self-guided tour and especially a tourist train ride, 2 activities that do not exist Site that is very ambiguous in its excursions and programs I will never use this site again, which I personally consider dishonest

I am very upset with how they manage everything, in my opinion, very poorly. I was not able to enjoy the activity because of the time they gave me on the ticket, with a 7-hour difference from the reservation I made. My reservation was for 12:30 PM since I had my return flight at 9:00 PM, and they sent me the tickets for 7:00 PM with a 7-hour difference, which I found scandalous. Even knowing that I was not able to enjoy the tickets, they did not want to refund me at least 50% of what I paid, and I find it very unfair. I will not buy absolutely anything from you again, and I do not recommend it at all.

Since the tickets for the Alhambra were sold out weeks in advance, this was the only chance to still get tickets on short notice. The conditions were clear to us: no tour guide, significantly more expensive than regular tickets (though I find the price fair given the last-minute nature of the event), and a certain flexibility regarding entry into the Nasrid Palaces. There are completely different providers that sometimes want over €100 for admission, sometimes €250 with a tour guide. But I think something like that is a rip-off! Even though the entry time for the Nasrid Palaces ended up being significantly later for us than we had hoped, we were still happy to get in at all. The tickets arrived at midnight on the eve of admission, exactly as described, as an online ticket without pickup or anything else. We were also very pleased about that. The entire facility is, as already known, one of the most beautiful in Europe. We were mega thrilled and hope to be able to come back again sometime. We were extremely happy that we were able to get the tickets in this way in the proverbial last hours. We say thank you very, very much for this service and to everyone else, if you did not manage to secure your tickets early, here is one last opportunity to marvel at this outstanding product of human craftsmanship.
