Little information from the providers. We had to ask other firms about where to go. Alhambra is a nice place to be. Tourist bus difficult to find.

The palace itself was exceptional. The viator experience was disappointing however, I had to message several times as there was a lack of clear messaging as to start point and it was unclear about travel arrangements on the land train, which was included but no guidance included or ticket included.

We had a code and meeting time for 12.30 for ? Tourist train then tickets for palaces at 1.30 but no instructions on what to do except a meeting place at 12.30 . We were there early but no one met us and no tourist train arrived . We did use our tickets to access the palaces . I have asked for a refund for the part of our tickets that covered the tourist train but have not had a reply .

Overall our experience with viator was good but tickets were sent very last minute which meant we were late booking our transport to Granada which was risky as trains are infrequent and buses were busy. We weren't sent any tourist train tickets either - have written to viator to give us a refund for the train.

We purchased tickets from tripadvisor, but we could see the Nazrid palace because when we purchaes the ticket it was for 10:30 AM but when we received the ticket it was for 9:30 AM and therefore we were late late and they did not let us to see Nazeid palace. Buying ticket from tripadvisor is a mistake. Trip advisor does not deliver your tickets properly.

Getting tickets required so much step and the instruction was not there. Very stressful

The Alhambra was definitely a must see, but unclear why Viator charges $75 for a $22 ticket. Communication from Viator was very good although the registration process was cumbersome.

Great experience! Recommended for those who leave it for later. We were able to get tickets even though it appeared unavailable in other sites.

Do not get scammed! They charge triple the official price, yet fail to get your requested time slot for the Nasrid Palaces—and only tell you after you've paid in full. I booked 10:30 AM and explicitly noted we had a 1:00 PM train to catch. Instead, they purchased 12:30 PM tickets and ridiculously claimed we could still make our train by visiting the outer grounds at 10:30 AM and doing the palaces at 12:30 PM. Note: Only the Nasrid Palaces have strict entry times, while the rest of the complex is flexible throughout the day. Paying 3x the price here won't guarantee your schedule.

A waste of time and money. The time on the booking did not match the time on the ticket. The ticket was not send via email or whatsapp as presented. No one answered the phone number when called. After fighting with the links in tripadvisor we got the ticket after an hour by which time it was too late to get in. They lied about the time and did neither responded to commications nor sent the tickets.

Tripadvisor only sent me the reservation but not the tickets to print. At the entrance I was asked for the tickets because only the reservation was not enough. After 1 1/2 hour of confusion we were let in. Never more...

Everything was good with admission to the alhambra and nasrid palace. The problem with that was the tickets did not open in my app. I kept the email from them which had the link but if i had deleted that, i wouldnt have had any way to get in. Had no info whatsoever about the train. I messaged them and no response. We just happened to see it hours later in town but no barcode to scan. Showed them the confirmation and they then allowed us. Overall not very organized and communication was terrible.

I didn’t know that tickets for Alhbrasell out 2 months in advance. So I used TripAdvisor to get them last minute (day before). The comision compared to similar services was cheaper. Communication was good and I got my tickets timely. It was a great day at the Alhambra and Trip Advisor was key.

The tickets were delivered quickly and the communication regarding choosing the time slot went well.

We were told to meet at 12:30 PM to supposedly get our tour tickets and we didn't see anyone. Fortunately, the Alhambra guides helped us and told us not to wait, that there were no tickets to pick up.

It's a scam... they charged us for the tickets and didn't send them... two hours before the visit... they tell us they couldn't get them... we traveled to Granada and weren't able to see the Alhambra... and they still haven't returned the money... reportable.

Booked with TripAdvisor. The ticket vouchers never arrived. Neither via TripAdvisor nor via the commissioned portal Viator. Price €130, no service! No info on the meeting point or check-in. Terrible. Can only advise against booking via TripAdvisor. Will block this portal.

No problems with the visits, however no info for the little train, no tickets sent and no one to ask for information, no signage anywhere regarding the circuit, had to call Viator several times because the provider was nowhere to be found, (Viator service very professional and kind) and problems solved at the end of the afternoon after asking many people!!!! Not very professional, all of that.....

Magnificent Alhambra but I paid €65 via tripadvisor for Alhambra admission, entry assistance + train entry assistance nothing and the little train nothing!!!

I never received the tickets from viator... Tripadvisor sent me emails saying that they were the tickets, only a proof of purchase (despite the email title: here are your tickets). We could not enter the Alhambra. Fortunately, after 30 minutes, an Alhambra site manager recovered our tickets. It is better to book on the official monument websites!! We had to take a guide because without one, we no longer had access to the Nasrid Palaces given the delay... €160 for a guide who spoke poor French and who didn't teach us much, or even told us nonsense. In short, we were super disappointed

When I read the reviews, I was afraid it wouldn't turn out well. Luckily I just received my tickets. Just keep in mind that you can get a different time to go to the Nasrid Palace on the chosen day. So keep your day free for that and get up on time to go earlier if necessary. Furthermore, the train has a few stops away, ask opposite the entrance of Alhambra for the nearest stop and you can get on.

Avoid at all costs! We simply lost our money… the initial booking was made with a reservation time of 5:30 PM. We therefore planned our day according to this schedule with other activities. I never received my tickets by email, no notification… on the day, in the early afternoon, I started to worry. I managed to log in to TripAdvisor and finally found the tickets here… to my amazement, the visit time was at 10:30 AM in the morning. We were not able to enjoy the Alhambra, it was too late. Furthermore, the train tickets were sent to us because I requested them at the same time I was complaining about this pathetic organization. I received them at 4:00 PM even though we could have enjoyed them all day. No compensation offered… Avoid at all costs!!!

Since there were comments saying the tickets didn't arrive properly, I ordered them with some worry, but they arrived safely the night after I placed the order. Although it was a little different from the specified time slot, since it's a very difficult ticket to get in the first place, I don't mind. I think it is one of the ways to arrange it at a relatively inexpensive price if you have some leeway beforehand. I tried the official same-day ticket cancellation waitlist late at night, but there were no cancellations at the time I went, and since the price here was acceptable even if it was higher than the official price, I arranged it here and thoroughly enjoyed the Alhambra.

Please buy in advance!!!!!!!!! so you don't have to buy from scalpers like this, 3 times the original value of the tickets.... everyone does business according to the opportunity, but the truth is the ticket is affordable, buying from these tourism agents is incredibly expensive, inside everything is beautiful, there are no complaints, everything is exceptional, but these scalpers are a separate matter.

Try not to buy this package, try to buy in advance, they charge you 3 times!!!1 the real value, it is true it is quite busy and if you want to go and there are no tickets you must opt for companies or options like these that are quite extortionate.

Very worth seeing, although it is a complete rip-off to only be able to get tickets at horrendous prices... and through unofficial channels at that.

Organize your visit well to be on time for the Nasrid Palaces because it is the only monument where they give a time to enter

For the tourist train, I had to get angry, the driver did not want to take us because the ticket was not compliant, I only received the voucher after getting on the train, and at the entrance to the Alhambra the same problem, we had to negotiate for 30 minutes before getting valid tickets. The tour of the Alhambra is extraordinary, especially the Nasrid Palace. Getting the tickets was more than complicated. The tour was scheduled for 10:30 AM on Wednesday; we received them, after several follow-ups, on Tuesday evening at 11:00 PM! We didn't think it would happen anymore! We thought it was a scam, already the price 65€/person... price on the ticket 21€! Furthermore, the time for the Nasrid palace visit had been moved up by an hour, to 9:30 AM! (It is specified on the tickets that no lateness is permitted). Result, emergency wake-up, rush to get to the Alhambra...

Good because it was last minute and they got us tickets. Bad because they got us the worst time slot. And although the ticket says assistance and train, there was none of that.

Laura and Vea advised me very well on where to go, what way, places with a lot of partying or atmosphere, and good places to see and go in Malaga. Then, on some days that I happened to stay at the hotel, I danced, I sang, and I participated in the entertainment games with some frog, rifle, ping pong, the cocktail, the sjoelen, and I don't know, some other things; I was very entertained.

Tickets via TripAdvisor were not cheap. The visit to the Alhambra went very well. Access to the train was a bigger challenge because you don't receive the correct barcode or QR code. Overall, we can manage.

That inside the Alhambra there is not much information, neither for boarding the train nor for tickets. But by asking we arrived

problems getting reservations problems at the entrance to the Alhambra because the passport numbers for entry did not match.. and then the price asked for the reservation compared to that of the entrance (€60 for €21 and €10 for the train, nearly €30 profit not bad and then documents all in English, tripadvisor, don't you know French?? that said, the site is superb

They left me without a visit to the Alhambra twelve hours before the visit, sending me a message at dawn, and without leaving me any kind of option to make the visit. They do refund your money, but it takes between 3-7 days… they were much faster at charging it. A horrible experience because they left our trip half-finished.

The exorbitant price in comparison with the actual price of the Alhambra and train tickets. The only point in their favor is that they get you tickets when they are sold out on the official website. Communication with the provider was terrible. They did not send us the tickets until the day before at 11:00 PM, when they wrote to you in a rush via WhatsApp, after we had made a complaint to the Viator headquarters. We had booked for 10:30 and they got us the Nasrid Palaces for 19:00. The train ticket only allows for one loop without getting off, whereas in the city itself you can hire the train for €9 with the right to get on and off as many times as you want.
