What hotel and spa is closed? They charge guests a la carte to use the spa with a 90 minute timer. Andorra, Munich and baden baden include the spa with no time limits. What a poorly marketed property and nowhere does it say closed on Mondays. Don't you know how to schedule staff. Really!!!
The room was nice but I like the breakfast it was priced well and had a variety of foods to eat. I'd probably go back simply based on my enjoyment of the breakfast buffet. The staff were all nice and the hotel was nice and clean also.
The hotel itself is good. Quiet, comfortable, REALLY nice bath. It's quite basic, but that's no problem if you just want a nice bed and air-conditioned space to sleep. The staff were what really impressed me though. Very friendly overall and then, when we checked out, we realized we had forgotten some jewelry in our room. I thought for sure it'd be gone forever, but the staff responded quickly to our WhatsApp messages and said they had found the jewelry. They helped us coordinate for them to be picked up by a courier service (we had already left the city). I was very impressed by this. THANK YOU!
A real disappointment. The Spa is not included in the hotel but instead overcharged. It's a shame booking website advertise for the hotel with the Spa mentioned and pictures of spa but never talk about the fact it's not included or that it requires booking. The hotel is old, if you don't pay for the overpriced spa then you have nothing to do. Not worth it, pick another hotel.
Stayed for 3 nights, great location for all the tourist sites, restaurants/bars and shopping. We had a great view from our room (412) and it was really spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, which are refreshed daily. The flooring in our room was slightly damaged. Real bonus to have the underground parking on site. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was really enjoyable with a good selection to choose from.
