What a wonderful place! Chahinaz (I’m sure this is the wrong spelling) at the front desk was so wonderful!! She definitely set the tone of the whole visit to be amazing. (Thankfully!, since the gentleman at the front door didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived). Rafa and a Cuban gentleman were also very kind and attentive to our questions and needs. Thank you to all three of them for being magnificent.
The room is top quality, 1A. There were many amenities, high quality hair dryer and steamer. Free salt baths for the bath. French products and free delicious small dishes to eat each night.
Great rooms, even better location, and phenomenal service staff. Rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you want. I like the lookout onto the square, the large bathrooms, and the easy access location to everything. We had to catch a super early flight, well before breakfast even opened, but the staff packed a hardy breakfast for us to pickup before our flight. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.
My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the experience it offers. We stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed every moment - from the customer service experience, to the staff, the cleanliness - all amazing. A special thanks to Sara and Robert for their exceptional service!
We had a wonderful stay at Seda Club Hotel in Granada.
From the moment we arrived, the reception and concierge team made us feel genuinely welcome and very well taken care of. The service was warm, professional and personal throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, from the elegant lobby to the rooms, the roof terrace, and even the charming coffee kiosk and terrace outside. The location is also excellent: right in the city centre, next to a lively square, yet still very convenient for walking towards the Cathedral, Carrera del Darro, the Alhambra, Albaicín and Sacromonte.
Breakfast was excellent, and many small details made the experience feel special: the turndown service, plenty of water in the room, small treats on the table, personal welcome messages, and thoughtful touches throughout.
Even the valet service stood out. Our car was returned perfectly, with the windshield wiped and a kind handwritten message from the director. These small gestures made a real difference.
Overall, Seda Club Hotel combines luxury, comfort, location and genuinely attentive service. A fantastic experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Granada.
Recently spent 3 nights at Seda Club while in Granada. Over a 2ish week trip, this was by far our favorite hotel. The amazing service started at check in with Elvira who could not have been more helpful! The room was beautiful and there was a little welcome surprise as well. The room was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was incredibly kind. The hotel also helped to arrange a private Alhambra tour which was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast and spent time at both bars. We hope to come back!!
