Palacio Gran Via is likely the best hotel I had a chance to stay at. The building is absolutely beautiful which is topped up by the most incredible rooftop terrace. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is also wonderful! Best experience ever, we will be back.

The staff are all truly amazing and go over and beyond to help. Beautiful room. Gorgeous building. Beautiful hideaway in the middle of Granada. Excellent location. They were so nice to my kids as well and made them feel so special. Honestly I can’t thank you enough, those at reception, the restaurant, concierge as well as the bellboys.Thank you!
I can't say enough about Palacio Gran Via. I stayed at the end of August in 2025 for about six days, and loved my experience. The rooms are fantastic. Very well laid out, comfortable, and I had a nice Juliet balcony. The staff is tremendous. From the moment you walk in, they treat their guests like royalty (you can even pick the scent you want housekeeping to give your room). They are happy to provide recommendations, or anything else. I had a phone charger issue, and they bent over backwards to help me. Other great things are the central location, amazing rooftop (I loved going up mid afternoon to eat and look at the Alhambra), or using the indoor pool downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back!
My stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s style, cleanliness, services, and staff were all exceptional. The team was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fragrance throughout the hotel, including the rooms, was delightful, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay.
Palacio Gran Vía is honestly one of my absolute favourite places to stay. We visited for my birthday and were already welcomed with a birthday cake and champagne/prosecco in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch. From the moment we arrived, the staff — reception, concierge, bellboys — were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and personalised in their service. You really feel the boutique luxury experience here. The room itself was beautiful, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable along with the option of pillow sprays, and I loved having both a shower and massive bathtub in the bathroom. One of the best parts of the hotel for me was the spa/hammam/pool area. We went multiple times a day — either in the morning or after long days walking around the city. During the 3 days we stayed, we barely saw anyone else there, so it almost felt like having the whole hammam and pool to ourselves. We also tried the Kobido couples face massage, which was very relaxing. The rooftop bar has an amazing view. Service there felt slightly understaffed at times and the menu options were a bit limited, but we ended up discovering a really delicious white vermouth there, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant or breakfast this time, but we definitely would on a future visit. Would absolutely come back again.
