This was an awesome hotel. Location was close to the main Square. Walkable at maybe a mile, but there are shuttle busses right at the front door if needed, but I'd suggest walking. Especially for us Americans. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were very nice. Granada was a highlight on our Spain tour. Side note: be a good tourist and make an attempt to learn a little of the local language. It goes a long way everywhere.
amazing location - easy walk from the train station, and just opposite a large supermarket. bus stop to the city center is right at the steps of the hotel. staff were friendly, and our room was clean, spacious, and quiet.
stayed there twice now. booked again for the near future. All the staff are very welcoming and very helpful. rooms are clean and comfortable. food is good breakfast and evening buffet also the gastro bar. thanks guys
Garbage hotel, go across the street. Killed a bug in bathroom. Bed is very hard. They advertise air conditioning but it is only on at the disscretion of the hotel. The room was so abnormally warm that we were sweating in it. We were told by maintenance there is no air conditioning, even during the day, because it is cool over night and you can open a window. The window only opens 11 cm at a slant. The fan won't run with window open. So if you stay you best avoid it during the day and pray for a strong breeze at night. We are on the second floor, I can only imagine higher floors are even warmer. They clearly purchased google reviews because trip advisor gave them (correctly) poor reviews. Wish I have more weight to Trip Advisor.
This hotel was vert close to the train station and very reasonably priced. They had all the facilities we needed, a restaurant with great service and helpful staff. Reception staff were exceptional and helped me print rickets as well. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling to/from the station in granada.
