We spent three days at the Princesa Ana Hotel and were very disappointed. After our stay, it’s clear to me that this hotel is not a four-star establishment; it may have been in the past, but certainly not now. Upon checking in, we were assigned a room with separate beds despite requesting a double bed. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which meant we had to go to the reception every time we wanted hot water for tea before bed. The grooming kit was also inadequate; we only found pre-assembled wall-mounted dispensers similar to those found in public restrooms and gyms, which was unacceptable. On the second day, we were offered a double bed in a different room. However, we were awakened at 8 a.m. by loud construction noise from nearby. When we returned to our room, we discovered that it had not been cleaned! We had to request new towels and bed sheets. When I inquired about why the room wasn’t cleaned, I was told they were busy and had a new housekeeper. That evening, the temperature dropped to 11 degrees, and when we tried to use the air conditioning system to heat the room for a few minutes, it didn’t work. This level of service is far below what one expects from a four-star hotel. The breakfast was mediocre and priced at 9 euros. You could easily get coffee for 2 euros and a croissant for 2.50 euros at a nearby café. Furthermore, the cushions on the bed appeared to be uncleaned for quite some time. When we checked out, no discount was offered for the inconveniences we experienced. The receptionist, Nicolas, was very apologetic about the situation, and I felt sorry for him as he had to take on multiple roles—housekeeper, bartender, hotel porter, concierge, and receptionist—simultaneously. It was ridiculous! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never return.

I've found this hotel very good, I don't understand why there's so much criticism about it. The breakfast is good, all you can eat with Spanish products for 9 euros. Rooms are relatively cheap and good. I didn't notice anything particularly wrong, the staff were helpful.
My stay at M.A. Princesa Ana Hotel was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well organized, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always available to help with any request, which made me feel truly welcomed. The hotel is well located, with easy access to public transportation and close to many important places and attractions. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and well prepared, offering a good selection to start the day. The facilities were well maintained and the overall service quality was excellent. In general, M.A. Princesa Ana Hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
Pretty average hotel. Small, weirdly shaped room, air-conditioned didn't work. Shower was broken. Really it's just a place to sleep. Save your money on the breakfast, it's not worth it. Head to one of the many cafes nearby, you'll get something better for cheaper.
This hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk from the Granada train station. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was spotless and the bathroom was large and very clean. I spent a night here prior to my 7 am train ride to Madrid. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was strong and hotel was very quiet. Breakfast is offered but during my stay it started at around 8 am, too late for me, as I had a train to catch. I'd stay here again.
