Hotel Los Angeles, Granada

This is not a 4 star hotel. 2 stars max. You pay 160 euro for a worn out room, with dirty walls, where you have nothing inside. The hotel phone was not working, as well as the locker. Rooms are absolutely empty. No slippers, no forks/spoons, no kettle, no tea or coffee. A bed, a fridge and 2 of of 4 lights working. That's it. And the price is 160 euro. Staff doesn't want to work at all. This is a nightmare and the price for this service must be 50 euro

Wonderful hotel, nice staff, lovely facilities, plenty of room around the pool, no one reserving sunbed unless they were actually there. We made use of the pool side bar. Plenty of places to eat a short distance from the hotel. Great position to explore Alhambra with the bus service leaving from behind the hotel.

This is a little gem of a place & location. This hotel could so easily be 5/5 with some TLC: reasons I gave 3/5: 1. Staff are super & can't do enough to help you. 2. Park is a challenge - & not much of it! 3. Pool is lovely (not heated). The surrounding area could do with a clean. A lot of dirt & feet get blackened quickly. 4. Bar food & drinks good & at a reasonable price. 5. Rooms: Bed is good but the condition of the room is tired, needing multiple repairs. (See room comments) 6. Breakfast was 2/5. We went out for breakfast after day 1. (See food comments) So close to being a great hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying 4 nights in this hotel. The view of the Sierra Nevada mountain was spectacular and the room service was very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the town center but a nice walk. The breakfast was very good with many varieties. The rooms were very clean and the service was good. The WiFi was a bit slow, but we managed. Overall it was a great hotel and we highly recommend.
