5 star building and rooms but without the experience. No room service, not many staff around, breakfast was not good - croissants were old and eggs were inedible. Rooms are huge with good amenities. Italian restaurant on site is very good.

The hotel was large and spacious. The food selection left much to be desired, especially considering it was a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not reach the rooms, it could only be used in the stairwell.
Stayed here expecting a five-star experience, but it didn’t quite deliver. There was no room service, none of the Tesla chargers worked (one of the main reasons we chose the hotel), and only one of the elevators were functioning. The spa was fully booked the entire time, and the WiFi barely worked even after they reset it for us, which is surprising for a business hotel. Overall, it looks like a five-star hotel, but the experience didn’t match. 3/5.
It is a about 20min away from the center of the town, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view of from one of the tool over looked Sierra Nevada, but the problem with the hotel is lack of service. They are obviously understaffed, so you find one person at the reception, and if you have one person in front of you, it can take 15min to get to you, for a simple checkout.
Hotel in an amazing location close to Granada Plaza Carmen and the mountains. Sadly during our visit, the spa had complications and we were just staying for the one night. The hospitality reviewed our accommodations and compensated with a free breakfast (we made our stay without paid breakfast). In the evening there is a choice of hotel eateries and we had a pleasant dinner. Victor hosted and did so with professionalism and knowledge of the local area. We will gladly return. A hotel worthy of its star🤩 rating
