Good hotel, comfortable and large room with a good bathroom and very clean. Take your own conditioner as for some reason they only leave shampoo! Good location, walkable to Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral and shops and cafés. We also walked from the bus station to the hotel although that was a bit of a trek with suitcases. The hotel has a great taxi service though.
rooms were super spacious, clean and seemed newly renovated! all the staff were INCREDIBLY helpful! they gave us tips on how to tour the city, and recommendations for restaurants! the breakfast buffet was good, with a lot of options! it is a 10 minute walk from the city center, would definitely recommend staying here if visiting granada!
Had an excellent stay. The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel looks amazing. It was just a 2-minute walk to many amazing restaurants that open at 8 p.m. I'd love to visit Granada again and spend more time exploring the city.
The hotel is very good, the breakfast is good and offers nice gluten-free options (although the espresso machines do not make very good coffee). The rooms are comfortable, but the location is somewhat far from the historic center. Since I was traveling with my wife and my 13-year-old daughter, we managed to get around on foot, but older guests would likely need to use taxis whenever they wanted to explore the streets of Granada. Make sure to use the hotel bar discount voucher. It is definitely worth it and makes for an excellent place to relax after a long day of walking.
We are staying currently in room 302. Olga has served us on many occasions. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She is advised us to buy the granada card which we are grateful for as we have a reservation for the Alhambra. Thank you so much. Francisco also was helpful who sent me the link for the card. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard, very comfortable and the shower and bidet is very powerful! Wish there was complementary water in the rooms. However Olga advised we can get from the gym. I will recommend this place highly and the location is fantastic!
