Eurostars Puerta Real Hotel

Disappointing experience for a four-star hotel. We stayed for two nights in September and unfortunately found the property disappointing, particularly given that it is marketed as a four-star hotel. The room had a number of maintenance/cleanliness issues on arrival, including a dirty toilet seat, a chipped washbasin, rust and debris in the bathroom, and chips/damage to the shower tray and bedroom flooring. These issues were reported during our stay. The hotel facilities were also more limited than we expected. There is no pool and no bar, and the in-room refreshments consisted of a kettle and instant coffee rather than a coffee machine. The rooftop terrace was one of the things we would have particularly liked to use during our stay, but we discovered that it is only open Wednesday to Sunday. As we stayed Monday and Tuesday, it wasn't available to us at all. The location is good and the staff were extremely informative about how to get to the Alhambra and how to make the best of a short stay in Granada , but overall we didn't feel the property delivered the standard or facilities we would expect from a four-star hotel.

Room is so comfortable and the staff is so helpful. Location is perfect but underground parking is terrible . This is not hotel' s fault. They pay the parking fee for you if you have a SUV. Their lot is not suitable for SUV cars. I could hardly park my SUV in that underground parking place. But I don't have any problem about the hotel. Thank you.

A brilliant choice in Granada! The most friendly staff, beautiful rooms and the food was excellent! Far more important than all this was the feeling the staff managed to give me - it is rare to feel cared for like this in a hotel. Thank you, and I hope I can come back soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for us. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was typical, it was okay. Good self serve coffee at breakfast. They have decaf options at the self serve coffee that was good. The eggs could definitely be better. The room was very clean. I hate the attached hangers.
