Elba Motril Beach & Business Hotel

You have to pay for a safe 2 euro a day and deposit for 10 euro for a key safe. No free bottle of water. Difficult to check inn before 3 PM. The balcony was full of dust. Unhelpful receptionist. No green salad for breakfast but full of dessert and pancakes. No value for money.

The Hotel has a great location between Mortril, Salobreña. You just need to cross the street and you reach the sea. The service and personnel and breakfast is really great. The cars can be parked for an extra of 7€/night which is handy. We had a suite and it comfortable, at the same time the couch and interior seemed a bit outdated but still good for this good price. Mortril is a special place - we stayed 4 nights which was sufficient as well.

Well first visit and surely not the last one. That hotel is so welcoming, so cosy, so clean and has got all the facilities you'll need for your trip. Concerning all staff's members, congratulations to them!All lovely, all efficient and professional. Absolutely very recommended.

I had an excellent experience at your hotel. I had a problem with my motorbike and Juanjo (?) and his female colleague at reception helped me translate to the breakdown guy. They were so helpful. The buffet was amazing. The lady who served me (Paula) was a lovely person. Very attentive with bringing drinks and I was surprised by her excellent English. She told me that she spoke Spanish (obviously) English, French and is learning Swedish! Your staff named above should be commended. They are an asset to your hotel. I would recommend anyone staying in your area to stay with you. Thank you.
