I never leave bad reviews but this time I had to because this was a disappointing stay. Unfortunately the photos here don't represent the reality at all (!), and it can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 stars at best... There were many shady/strange people (youngsters) hanging both around and inside the hotel which felt very unsafe. The only staff we met was the receptionist which was quite friendly. There's a 5€ parking fee which is fine, but access between it and the lobby is not convenient at all, and you must walk through the same path as the cars which seemed dangerous. We booked a standard room for 2 people but instead got a room with 5 beds, including a foldable guest bed.. Cleanliness was not up to standard all. I've been to 2-star bnbs with better hygiene rating. Overall dismal experience unfortunately, thankfully only for one night.

I had an extremely disappointing and honestly unsettling experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking a stay here. To start, the overall cleanliness of the place was shockingly poor. There were visible stains everywhere—on the walls, the sheets, the floors—you name it. It gave the impression that nothing had been properly cleaned in a long time. The bedding was especially concerning; it didn’t feel fresh at all, and I genuinely question whether the sheets are even washed between guests. The room itself was incredibly uncomfortable. It was excessively humid with little to no ventilation, making the air feel thick and stale the entire time. Sleeping was nearly impossible, not only because of the air quality but also because the walls are paper-thin. I could hear every conversation, movement, and noise from neighboring rooms as if they were happening right next to me. The bathroom situation was another disaster. The shower leaked water everywhere, flooding the floor after every use. Combined with the already poor cleanliness, this just made things feel even more unsanitary and neglected. To make matters worse, there were bugs—far too many. Seeing insects crawling around the room completely ruined any sense of comfort or safety. It’s unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point. Basic amenities were either missing or poorly maintained. There were no trash cans in the room, which is just baffling. The key cards barely worked and constantly needed to be reset, which became incredibly frustrating. It also seemed like the hotel was severely understaffed, which likely contributes to the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The staff experience was also uncomfortable. While not overtly rude, their behavior felt off and at times even a bit creepy, which added to the overall unease of the stay. All in all, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the dirtiness, maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, and uncomfortable atmosphere, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
In no way this can be a 4 star hotel. Good things: staff is friendly, housekeeping outstanding. Bad things: lots of immigrants (they were all friendly though! But not something you would expect when vacationing) we had a junior suite, it came with one tiny trash can (that was broken), there’s no coffee/tea, no mini fridge and for cups they provided plastic single use ones. Rooms are not sound proof, it was very noisy due to guests entering/exiting rooms, flushing toilets etc. Everything seems really outdated. We almost booked something else after being in our room for 5 minutes and take the loss of no refund..if this hotel was advertised as 2 or 3 star, and we did not pay €170 per night this would all have been acceptable, lucky us for only booking 1 night prior to going to the airport.
Stayed here for 2 nights in August. Hotel is lovely, the staff were lovely. The pool was decent, there was lots of flys around there which was annoying, but not the hotels fault. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel charges for parking but we just parked on the street outside for free and there was plenty of space. The only downside is, it's pretty much in the middle of nowhere on what appeared to be an industrial estate. So I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to be close to the center. We had breakfast here one morning, which was decent dlr the cost! I would probably stay here again on our travels around Spain, for the cost it was excellent value for money!
if i could give this hotel a 0 star rating i would. we stayed here for a school trip for one night, and had to leave the next day due to how bad the rooms were. the rooms had bugs found in them, the bathrooms had a bunch of mold in them, and in our room there was a pee mark on the floor that was not cleaned up. in addition, the shower was broken, there were ants in the bathroom, and with everything that was going on in the bathrooms, we were told to fix it ourselves. there was also a suspicious stain in our wall, and there was a weird liquid spot in the safe. not found in my personal room, there was vomit in one of the bidets, and there were maggots in one of the rooms. after experiencing all of this, the hotel could not do anything to fix this, whether it be cleaning the room or replacing the room, because when we requested to switch rooms they just offered to move us to another room that people had previously moved out of, which were in the same or worse condition. the next morning, i woke up with some sort of red bumps on myself that were raised and itchy, and this was not specific to me, but many others on the same trip reported this after staying here for even only one night. they also reported that hair was found over their mirrors, and in their beds. overall, this hotel was actually so bad and don't waste your money here.
