Loved this hotel, the staff is amazing. It has two rooftop areas: one was good for working (though it's quite sunny), and the other has a very romantic view of the city. I liked the design, and the rooms have everything you may need (including shoeshine :D). The lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, though they probably would have changed the room if we had wanted them to. It's very nice for couples, but I think it would also be great for a group of friends because you have plenty of places to spend time together. A little worn in some areas, but it offers excellent value for money, and the staff are truly wonderful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and functional. There is a very nice rooftop terrace. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially those we talked with - Marina and her male colleague (apologies I forgot the name). We liked that it’s ok to come with pets. We travelled as a family and it was all very family friendly. My daughter enjoyed the bed upstairs on an alcove, which we thought was a great idea to give guests who share the room some privacy. Location is great! Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, walking distance to the old centre and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The ladies manning reception are awesome: thank you Marina, Maya and Eugenia. Your smiles make the stay just a little more special ✨️ Our room was very big. We had room number 110, and for those of you who can we influenced by this, this room has no natural sunlight. The only light coming in, is if you open the shutters and have the daylight filtering in through the courtyard. It's perhaps a noisier room, as it's right on top of the breakfast area. Otherwise the hotel is very quiet! The bathroom is huge, full size bath tub and good water pressure. The beds are really comfortable. A slight minus... the parking underground is the scariest trap for cars I've ever seen... Only 3 spaces, accessible by a lift, but I'd never park there again.

What a lovely hotel this is. Rooms were clean and spacious and had a balcony to see views of the city. Each room was unique and interesting and had character. The staff were especially friendly and attentive, they were very helpful when we asked about how to travel around the city and get to the Alhambra palace. Reception staff were also very kind and always there to help. One of the receptionists booked a taxi for us one day which was very appreciated. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, the Alhambra palace and the centre of Granada. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely and varied. It felt very quiet and peaceful in the hotel each day. There were plenty of seating areas and quiet rooms to read or do work etc. overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Casual Ilbira Granada to anyone.
