No minibar in room, so we couldn't drink cold water and drinks. Breakfast must be developed for Turkish guests

Despite it’s a 4 star hotel, its a bit hard to believe how it got even 2. First of all when you enter the room, some kind of insect might be welcoming you. (Which is what happened to us) second, The lighting is terrible at the room and you barely see something at the night time. But the shower is the worst! They put the smallest showers ever made even though there is space in the bathroom. If you are a person who like to have shower every day, a hard time on this hotel is expecting you. Breakfast is poor but we have been traveling Spain for the past week, and stayed some different hotels as far as I saw they don’t really care about the breakfast too much. If you wish to use the mens room next to reception, the sink is not working properly. The hotel is located 15 km away from the city center so if you are not travveling with a vehicle, transportation might be a bit tough.

I don't know why this hotel is marketed as a 4 star. It is a 2 star. VERY clean but with some stuff that doesn't work and older furniture. Front desk personnel were amazing! Nerea helped us with all the issues we had. She is absolutely the hotel super star!!! Super helpful and very nice! No complaints for the price since I had a safe and clean place to sleep.

Cafeteria was nice for an evening sandwich. Breakfast had different options and a lot of food, however, you could get quality products buying them at the supermarket. Spain has really good products at reasonable prices, but for some reason they don't serve them at the hotels. Surprising when it's a hotel that offers wedding options and has nice common areas. Big parking area (outside and garage). Bed was nice, however, because of the unstable weather during this time of the year, they only had the heating system available and we had to sleep with the windows open (highway side) which was not pleasant because of the noise. Bathroom didn't have good ventilation system.
