The location and staff were amazing. The team communicated well and gave clear instructions, making it easy to find the place. The area was also great, with plenty of restaurants and ice cream spots nearby. The only issues were at the beginning. We were first placed in a top-floor apartment with no AC, and it was extremely hot. They moved us to a cooler apartment, but it had a bad smell, and finally moved us to a clean and comfortable one. I also wish they were a little more generous with basic supplies like toilet paper and coffee creamer, especially for a three- or four-day stay. Overall, great staff and location, but the stay could have started more smoothly.

Fabulous apartment in central Granada. Communication with staff was great. Christian was very friendly and helpful. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with the Alhambra view. Place very spacious for 3 people. Beds / mattresses were so comfy. Coffee machine, kettle with tea bags and complimentary bottle of water. Cathedral around the corner and lots of eateries. Great atmosphere. All in all fabulous place and would definitely stay here when we return.

Conveniently located in Plaza Nueva. We stayed in a beautifully decorated studio. Kitchen had dishes, pots/pans,utensils, coffee machine with coffee pods and sugar. Bathroom a bit small, but clean and functional. Air conditioning worked very well. Good soundproofing on the third floor. We reserved the private parking, it was a bit hard to find, but with help from friendly restaurant employee we found the parking. Reception employees were nice and helpful.
