Nice tour with a friendly and personable tour guide. Very informative about Ghent history and she gave tips and recommendations for my stay. This tour really helped me get my bearings in a new city. It was like walking around the city with a friend.

Tina was a very good tour guide. We were just the two of us with her so we could tailor the tour to what interested us. Its a goid toyr to take your first day here so you learn the area.
The tour moved at a good pace we were not rushed and saw the major sites. Recommended if you want a good city overview
Tour cancelled twice, no notification until just before and after the start time… wasted 1 day of my 2 day trip.
Great walking tour of historical city of Ghent. Tina our guide was super - informative & interesting and helpful with all sorts of questions. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed this tour. The guide was so informative and answered all our questions. We learned alot from her
Tina was absolutely delightful and very knowledgeable about history and culture. It was a thoroughly enjoyable tour.
We had a great walking tour of Ghent with Tina! She did an excellent job taking us around the historical area and provided lots of facts, stories and cultural insights along the way. We only had a day to spend in Ghent and she helped us plan how to spend the rest of our day based on what we wanted to learn more about and see. We appreciated the small size our tour (just the two of us) and the personalized experience!
The guide was not local and seemed to have limited knowledge of the area. Took us on a nice walk around the city centre. We have done a number of these city walking tours and this one was the weakest.
An informative guide Tina showed us around the city centre at our pace. However the tour company need to get their act together, with respect to communications. Specifically the meeting point. Being in Gent during the festival we chose to do the tour early morning before the crowds arrive. After walking in circles for 15 minutes we found our guide a block away.
Tina was very knowledgeable about Ghent! I highly recommend this tour!
I'd give this zero stars if I could. At 9:51 on the scheduled date of the walk - which was to begin 9 minutes later at 10:00 - I received a Whatsapp text asking if I would be ok with changing the start time to 12:30. My husband and I had a commitment back in Brussels at 2:30, so the later start time wasn't a workable option for us. The sender said they were "sorry to hear that" and then, at 9:54, cancelled the walk. Never mind that we'd spent money on train and tram tickets to travel to Ghent specifically for the walk. Yes, the charge for the tour is in the process of being refunded. But unless the guide had some sort of an 11th hour emergency, there's no excuse for cancelling at literally the last minute. Suggest considering other providers that offer Ghent guided walks.
The tour was casual, informative, and rightly-paced. Mila was knowledgeable, friendly, and took ours (and hers) interest into consideration when talking about the beer culture of Belgium!
The guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable ref the subject of old Ghent....took us to some very good out of the way places
Anna was an exceptional guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about Ghent, and full of fascinating stories and historical insights that brought the city to life. The tour felt less like a formal tour and more like spending the afternoon with a friend who knows all the best spots in town. We explored many of Ghent’s highlights, learned so much about the city’s history and culture, and received fantastic recommendations for local food, chocolate, and coffee. One of the coffee spots Anna recommended was honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had and is something I’ll remember long after this trip. Ghent itself is absolutely magical and was one of the highlights of my time in Belgium. If you’re visiting Belgium, I highly recommend both the city and this tour with Anna. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The lady that gave us the tour in Ghent was magnificent, her name is Anna. She know everything about Ghent, old history, new aspects of the city.
We really enjoyed our walking tour around Ghent with our guide, Anna. She knew exactly where to take to us and filled us in on all the history. The weather (wet and windy) did not stop her from making the tour interesting and she kept our spirits up the v v whole time. Thoroughly recommend.
Mila was a very knowledgeable guide and showed us many highlights. We especially liked the street art. Would do it again! Thanks Mila!
Anna was very knowledgeable and personable. She tailored her tour around what we wanted to learn. We asked a lot of questions and she could answer all of them. We learned so much! We were able to get a better understanding of culture and life in Belgium. I would highly recommend this tour with Anna!
Great historical tour of Ghent. This was my 3rd time in Ghent; we were very happy with the tour. Tour director was on time and we moved at a good pace.
We booked the 12 person tour but it ended up with just us and our wonderful guide Bee she was excellent very knowledgeable and chatty we arrived early and used the contact number to see if we could switch from the 3pm slot to the 10am which wasn't possible but as we were the only people booked on Bee met us at 1pm and gave us an amazing tour of the city. She even had some great recommendations on other things to see not part of the tour and restaurants etc. Thank you so much for a great time
Awesome city tour with a lot of unexpected stories about this lovely town!
A brilliant private tour of the city Gent. Guide pointed out good places to experience local culture.
We had a glorious experience touring Ghent with our guide Anna. Ghent is her world and she shared all she knows and experiences in daily life with such joy and enthusiasm. Not only did we see the major highlight of Ghent, including churches, castles, noble homes, charming streets and bridges, we found delicious and delightful hidden gem’s throughout the town and she coupled them with insider stories! We so enjoyed every moment!
It was nice exploring experience. Was long just enough to be able to absorb all the history moments. Atmosphere was very friendly and our guide just knew how to entertain. One wouldn’t believe that you can see so many different details in that small area. :) Gent is beautiful city!
We had a wonderful experience with Anna! Highly recommended!
Was so much fun! My guide Nathan sold the city perfectly!
