Firstly very misleading pricing on Viator. The £2.99 charge is to download the app - you have to pay a further £5 for the actual guide. It is in the details but well hidden. Also you cannot cancel the day before you book which is ridiculous as it’s just an app download. The actual tour worked ok. Light on history but mildly entertaining. Suspect we should have chosen a different tour.
In your advertisement where you sold this product you said that it was an audio guide. We did not think that meant downloading the guide on your cellphone and using mobile data to activate that guide. We could not make use of this service, because we did not have mobile data, so it was a waste of money for us.
Funny and informative audioguide which took me around the innercity of Ghent. Would reccommend very strongly if you want to explore the inner city and if you're not really a guided tour kind of person like me or if you are short on time and don't want the hassle of making an appointment with a guide, waiting for the group to be complete,... Briefly: without wasting too much time.

What a tour this was, een unforgettabele moment. I laughed a lot and learned a lot! It’s perfect combination between culture and comedy.
Fun date in the centre of Ghent. Able to stop at a bar whenever you want and start for part 2 whenever you want. We enjoyed it a lot.
Audio book was promptly delivered. We had a map accompanied by a funny audio guide. We could easily follow the route on google maps and having fun listening to the funny description

I am originally from Ghent, but after the tour I was immediately stimulated to explore Ghent further, both the beautiful historic buildings and the cozy restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!
Honestly, I couldn't recommend this tour more. I've been backpacking around for the past half year and it tends to get tedious reading the same dull tourisric stuff in my Lonely Planet all the time. This tour was informing, humourous and to the point, and a perfect replacement for free city tour guides. Loved the funny jokes from time to time :)
This tour was amazing! Me and my girlfriend, together with another couple started the tour together. We had a lot of fun. Suddenly, we met other people that were doing the same tour with Audioguide. We finished the tour together and agreed this was definitely the best tour we ever did. This is a totally different experience than with a boring old guide. The content was funny and we discovered nice hidden gems.

My partner and I were looking for something fun to do in our day-trip to ghent but for most activities we had to make reservations etc. We did this audioguide not really knowing what to expect but man was it fun! You get to know the city center & some history and a lot of laughs very quickly. We could not keep the smile of our faces. The guide is very passionate and has a funny belgian english accent! I wish we would have the same in other towns!
