Our tickets were part of a combo or we probably would’ve skipped this. The 6 minute film is nothing more than a long ad. Overall, very little history. It would have been great to see more of the old equipment. We have more of that on display in the lobby of our local bottling company.
Pretty bad overall. Steep price for less than you used to get 4-5 years ago. Also used AI during one section to take our faces without any consent or warning prior. Less flavors to try at the drink stop as well. Pretty typical corpo slop.
The exhibits were great. Come earlier so there will be smaller crowds and best experience.
Entertaining, informative and engaging! We had a wonderful time. I lived in Atlanta 41 years ago and never had the opportunity to visit. If there was a facility to visit.
Pass on this one! Very crowded . Expensive for what is there. Good place to get your kids sugared up . Floors sticky in some areas. Big pass
A good look at the history of Coca-Cola and in a large building don’t doesn’t feel cramped with all the visitors. The opening video you see has more sugar in it that their drinks but thankfully that’s the only over the top moment. Tasting the different drinks from around the world is fun and there are good photo opportunities throughout.
Love taste tasting the new flavors. Coke is such a great visit every tine
Loved it! Would do it again. Add this tour to your list if you are looking for something to do in Atlanta. Plus pick a weekday less people.
Good tour and some interesting facts. We went for something to do and it was fun and if you are a real coke fan then this is for you
We did the self-guided tour. My big kids really enjoyed the interactive experiences and history. Plus, the 2 tasting locations were so much fun!
Such a fun experience! The exhibits were informative, interactive, & enjoyable. We arrived at the opening and the crowds were minimal. We stayed approximately 2 hours. The Coke Polar Bear was an absolute delight! Photo opportunity by an employee. We made great memories and I highly recommend if you’re looking for something uplifting.
This was a fun experience. If you love Coca-Cola, this is definitely the place for you, as it gives you the history and education of the product. The admission fee was comparable to the experience, which can take a half day if you hit every area. It’s Coca-Cola, so obviously the atmosphere is fun, especially in the tasting room. It can get pretty crowded. which can cause a little bit of a weight for some of the exhibits/activities, but we timed accordingly and were in no hurry. Didn’t really have contact with staff, but there were more than enough people on site if assistance was needed.
Oy! One giant vacuous advertisement for Coca-Cola. We were herded along many roped lines to finally enter. Why? Then, we waited in a large welcoming area decorated with lots of Coca-Cola memorabilia from around the world. After, we entered a large theater to watch a 6-minute-long heartwarming blatant advertisement for the brand. We got dumped in a crowded tasting room. I had fun sipping Tab again. Our Tour Guide encouraged us to try sour plum soda. I liked the Vault display about the drink’s mysterious recipe. Yet, the words on the walls kept disappearing. Why? The museum area showed Coke’s influence on pop culture with some nice gems. I often felt cramped in and claustrophobic as I moved through the experience. Finally, we found the sour plum soda. My husband felt it was icky, while I could swallow that flavor. Of course, we exited through an enormous gift shop. It was also insanely cranked up. Save your money, Google the history of Coca-Cola, and buy a 6 pack at the grocery store.
What a ripoff!! There's nothing inside! $28 to be told, over and over, how great Coke is. It's just old advertisements, old bottles, and a YouTube movie of families smiling. Blech! The tasting rooms are people fighting over soda dispensers and the stickiest floor I've ever stood on. Save your money! Go to the Museum of Civil Rights and the Aquarium. Those are great.
Great for a quick pop in. Can go at your pace and a lot of cool exhibits to see
We went here as a family. My husband and I and our 3 teen daughters. We enjoyed the heart warming video in the beginning. The tastes from around the world were great. We did not buy pictures there but there were various opportunities to do so. We would definitely go back. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
It was informative and interactive. A great trip with children as well as adults. Also a great trip for all generations who have grown up with coca-cola.
It’s a big commercial for coke! Several interesting things about ads overtime but not worth the cost.
Don't set your expectations too high. There isn't really much to see except may be at the Coca Cola shop. I would rather like to see a short clip on the actual manufacturing process for the various products
It is never too late to share a wonderful travel experience! This was my second visit after 2015 to the World of Coca-Cola, and this time it was even more special because I visited with my lovely twin nephews. We stopped in Atlanta while returning from Helen to Savannah, and I was happy to experience this unique attraction again with them. Knowing that the ticket counter can get crowded, I purchased our tickets online in advance, which made our visit much easier. We arrived only about 30 minutes before closing, so I definitely recommend allowing more time if you want to enjoy everything without rushing. We parked in a nearby parking garage, which was very convenient, although the parking was not cheap. If you are visiting Atlanta, I highly recommend adding the World of Coca-Cola to your itinerary. It offers a unique experience that is difficult to find anywhere else. One of our favorite parts was Taste It!, where we sampled Coca-Cola beverages from different regions of the world. Some were delicious, while a few made us say, “Uff… that is definitely a different taste!” That was part of the fun, and we enjoyed comparing our reactions. The story surrounding Coca-Cola’s famous secret formula was also fascinating and added a sense of mystery to the experience. Another highlight was the Coca-Cola Theater, one of the first stops during the visit. We watched the short film “Moments of Happiness,” featuring joyful moments from everyday life, family, adventure, and celebrations across different cultures. It was simple, positive, and heartwarming. Don’t miss it! Even though our visit was shorter than we would have liked, we had a memorable time together. Highly recommended for families, first-time Atlanta visitors, and anyone looking for a fun and unique experience in the city!
Wasn't impressed if it had been free
Fun, quirky museum which details the history of the Coca Cola product, brand, and ongoing development. there are taste tests for new products, which the kids loved, and a tasting room at the end to try products from all over the world made by coca cola company. history was interesting. We spent about 3 hours here and enjoyed it. No heavy lifting (like civil rights) or super long walks (like aquarium). It was a good, light afternoon of entertainment.
I have been on many tours & museum but the price of admission was not worth the tour. Good information & nicely do
Cute experience, only a few hours max. As a huge diet coke lover, I was disappointed to see no mention of it except in the store or to taste. It did give a nice history of Coke. We loved the samples upstairs.
the opening movie was so not relevant to anything other than crowd manipulation. world soda room was cute. the scents were hard/ awkward to reach/smell. small building but how much can you do with pop? For $30 entry you should have at least given away a free tshirt or ball cap or visor. ... having already 1 gift on hand might already inspire more purchasing for others.
The World of Coke museum was fun and a nice break from the August Atlanta heat. The history of the company and the story behind the recipe was interesting. The tasting room was fun too. However, tons of people and overpriced gift shop items.
Be prepared to be enlightened by the information and history of Coca Cola. It is so amazing to know that the soft drink we take so much for granted has such a diverse background.
Was a very welcoming and fun place for what it is, a museum!! Well done and very informative!! The tasting was a nice but interesting touch!! Go if you wanna get outta the heat!!
It’s worth it. We stayed in downtown hotel so it was walking distance to Coca Cola
The experience was ok, but nothing spectacular. Without the TripAdvisor points, I would consider it overly expensive. We were there for 1.5-2.0 hours. There were lots of people there, and a lot of children. It is an attraction that does a nice attempt to give that 8-12 y/o group something interesting and interactive. I was blown away to learn about how many subsidiary products the company has acquired. The tastings were fun and interesting, and obviously a huge draw for the kids. It’s fun and informative, but for the ticket price, I left underwhelmed.
We always have fun when we go but this was the first time we went on a weekend during the summer. Not suggested. It was so busy that it was not enjoyable. However, when we’ve gone during the week we enjoyed all the exhibits and ew REAlly enjoyed the tasting room. The lab was so busy we didn’t even bother. Anyway so many unique flavors! Who would have guessed.
Great Experience, lots of cool information.
Learned so much and very nostalgic! Great time for any audience and really good time for families young and old.
I was very disappointed with my visit to the World of Coca-Cola. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt more like waiting in line at an overcrowded amusement park than visiting a museum. The process of simply entering the building was frustrating. After purchasing online tickets, we were directed through long, winding queues that seemed designed to herd guests from one area to the next. Once we finally reached the entrance, we were held in a room for about 8 minutes before being moved into a second holding area where guests were packed shoulder-to-shoulder with very little personal space. An employee attempted to keep everyone occupied by encouraging us to look at the decorations on the walls and ceiling while we waited. Next, we were moved into a theater where everyone watched what amounted to a six-minute Coca-Cola commercial before finally being allowed into the museum itself. Unfortunately, the museum was just as crowded. There were often 50 or more people gathered around many of the exhibits, making it difficult to read displays, interact with exhibits, or enjoy the experience at your own pace. Instead of exploring, we spent much of our time trying to find something that wasn't surrounded by a large crowd. One exhibit I had looked forward to was the opportunity to create your own beverage. In reality, it was essentially a touchscreen soda fountain similar to those found in many restaurants. The museum seemed to use flavorings without sugar and every combination we tried tasted bland or bitter. The visit concluded in the gift shop, where many items were priced significantly higher than comparable Coca-Cola merchandise available online or in retail stores. Overall, I found the museum uninteresting, overcrowded, and not worth the admission price. Rather than enjoying the exhibits, I spent most of my visit waiting, navigating crowds, and looking forward to leaving. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it and would not visit again.
Parking is very close & convenient. The building is very interesting and colorful. We enjoyed being able to see the history and mostly the actual older prices of Coca Cola items. We hated that we were only allowed a very short time in the movie waiting room. That is where so many vintage pieces were located. Those are the things I came to see. About the movie. The screen is way too big and close to you and the pictures move fast. Every person in our group had to look away off and on because it gave them motion sickness. Also, it should have been about the history. It was not at all what I expected or cared to use my time watching. The labs and tasting rooms were fun. There are many interactive displays for kids & younger adults. We really did enjoy our visit. I just wanted more. The employees were welcoming & did a good job. Everything was clean. There is a large outdoor area to use. The admission price was a bit too high. The store was filled with MANY items. Hope you enjoy your experience there.
Cool experience and plenty of activities to keep you entertained!!!
I am a lifelong Coca-Cola enthusiast and was excited to visit the World of Coca-Coca. The place was a massive disappointment that felt more like a marketing gimmick built for social media rather than a tribute to one of America's most iconic companies. At $30 per adult, the admission fee is an outrageous rip-off that feels like a shameless cash-grab. There is surprisingly little actual history about the company's journey, I was hoping for more exhibits about the invention (was there really cocaine in it?), the evolution of the iconic bottle design, the company's marketing milestones, and it's global cultural reach. Instead, I saw superficial displays that barely scratch the surface of Coke’s story. Ooo, look here's a giant vault door where we (supposedly) keep the secret recipe. Here's a gallery of Coke branded items signed by celebrities. Stop and smell some flavors we use in the sodas (with almost no explanations.) The worst part was the "movie." You're sat in a theatre like you're going to view a documentary, but you are shown a ten minute commercial. And it's not even a good one. It's just a montage of culturally diverse groups connecting during special moments with a Coke in their hands. For a brand that's built on creating memorable experiences, this attraction fails to deliver that same magic. The one redeeming feature is the samples - you get to try New Coke, and later end up in a tasting room where you can sample various Coca-Cola products from around the world. While enjoyable, this single feature doesn't justify the exorbitant admission price or the lackluster experience throughout the rest of the attraction. As if they didn't steal enough money from you at the beginning, you are funneled out through a huge gift shop (expected, of course). Some of the items are cute and unique, but cost way too much after feeling like Coke just stole $30 from me. Save your money. As someone who genuinely loves Coca-Cola, I left feeling let down and ripped off. The World of Coca-Cola is a missed opportunity to create something truly special for fans of the brand. Instead, it's a commercial with an admission fee that fails to deliver a fun time.
Unimpressive. You get to taste a few different drinks from around the world, and you learn the history of Coke. It's NOT worth $30 per person. It's not worth $10 per person. It's a waste of money.
Ummmm, enjoyed this, it’s next door to human rights museum and what a contrast it is, it was interesting to see how Coca Cola started, I liked tasting different flavours that different countries drink. It’s a good visit
When I think museums I mostly think of reading text images, artifacts, and videos, but this World of Coke goes into taste and smell. They had text and videos as well but, sampling different types of products, from around the world, was the highlight.
Okay experience. Pricy for what’s there.
Compared to some other beverage museums I've visited I thought Coca-Cola world was a little underwhelming. For example I thought the movie in the theater would be about the history of Coke but it was just a 6 minute long Coke commercial that you're forced to watch.
So kuch to do! I wish there was some puzzle solving with the secret formula and more intrractive things. The AI photos were hilarious! My kids liked the old tymey village.
Interesting to hear about the history of Coke. Very bright and hands on, well done exhibit
If you visited World of Coca-Cola years ago and are thinking of going back, temper your expectations. What used to be a genuine experience tied to the actual product (the old tour let you watch the bottling line and take home a bottle you saw filled, and that was the magic) has devolved into an overpriced brand showcase. Today, it's essentially a tasting room with a gift shop. You don't even get a Coke to take home with the price of admission anymore. The main attraction now is the international tasting room, which is fine for about ten minutes of novelty. But the execution is poor. The room was crowded and the floors were sticky from spilled drinks, and the cup situation made it worse. The sample cup dispensers placed throughout the tasting room floor were blocked off, in disrepair, or simply not stocked. Instead, cups were only available at the entrance, creating a traffic nightmare as people grappled for stacks of cups to carry with them through the tasting rooms. The rest of the exhibits feel gimmicky. The "history of Coke" and Vault exhibits are padded out with a literally watered-down second tasting experience where you sample individual flavor notes in soda water and sniff aroma stations. It's the kind of filler that exists to stretch a 45-minute experience into something that justifies the ticket price. It doesn't. The gift shop is genuinely nice with some cool products, though a bit expensive. You would think a discount on the markup would be in order given you already paid an entry fee just to reach the shop. Instead, you're paying full admission to be funneled into full-price retail.
Love Coca-Cola and were excited to visit and expecting a showstopper of an attraction. It’s conveniently situated in downtown Atlanta next to the aquarium. Unfortunately it’s all quite boring with little to see and not particularly informative apart from the initial introduction and the vault exhibit. Lots of merchandise withthe logo on to see in cases along with historic and novelty bottles but no real depth of information to go with them. Teenager enjoyed the taste testing area and the novelty photograph. Staff were generally cheerful and welcoming. Extensive gift shop at the end but terribly expensive. Would help to have it’s own parking that ticket holders could book, as we visited during the World Cup all parking was inflated so what should have cost us $15-20 cost $55 - not the attraction’s fault but would have been helpful.
The World of Coca-Cola was quite interesting. There was a lab-in which you could make your own drink-plus an interesting film on Coca-Cola advertising.
Wonderful and funny experience. Love all the different rooms and history. Taste testing was the highlight
Definitely worth visiting! So much history about Coca Cola that I never heard of before.
