True Crime Of Savannah Tour

A good bit of walking, so wear good shoes. The overall experience was good. We learned some interesting history about places in downtown Savannah. Our guide was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Nice evening walk around Savannah at night discussing true crime. Guide was not confident with the script and confused characters and facts. Quiet spoken with little engagement or enthusiasm. Awkward silence moments. Guide brought her dog which was cute but a distraction. Guide ended the tour at the Colonial Park cemetery and shorted us by not covering and the last location and topic on the list the Aiken murder/suicide. Tour had potential to be amazing but ended up leaving a mediocre feel and ghosting us at the dark cemetery to find our way back instead of the itinerary endpoint on Oglethorpe. At the end, the guide mentioned tips are acceptable and stood there as if prompting before ghosting us. Recommend trying a different tour.

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions and to address any concerns that we had. She even indulged us going off topic on several occasions 😂 If you are a fan of factual, accurate true crime stories then I highly recommend you take this tour.

Our tour guide was amazing. Very insightful. Her cute dog Hamilton was with her who was also a great tour guide. We booked last minute and she was able to accommodate. Our tour guide was a true crime fanatic like us.

After several ghost and historical tours that we have taken in Savannah we were surprised with the number of true crime stories that we had not heard of before. Our tour guide, Daria was such a sweet person who was so interesting and informative. It was a small group which allowed for a more intimate experience and more time to delve deeper into each crime. It was a great experience and one of our favorites.

There was so much good information and the stories were very interesting. I wished the tour guide talked while we walked. We walked to each place before information was given. We were confused about why we walked to the first location instead of meeting there. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but she often paused like she had forgotten what she was saying.

Darriea was an amazing tour guide, she was very detailed and amusing in her story telling. She still has me scared about 2 locations! She made sure that the entire group saw her materials and was able to answer questions. I never knew Savannah so much true crime!

There is one part of the trip they stop at a restaurant/ bar but at this time it’s more a bar so if that’s not your thing I would just stay outside.

Darriea was an excellent tour guide! Very personalized tour. She was very knowledgeable about the local area. Showed us extra things that were not on the official tour based on her extensive knowledge of the area. She was very friendly! Highly recommend this tour kind of neat to learn about some of the local crime and lore….

The guide really knows her history! She was informative and kind. Her pace was casual & engaging. She was also able to recommend a few other activities and must-do's in area. Highly recommend!

Went in knowing a few of the stories already, so was very interested in the guides info. Dariah ( sorry if spelled wrong ) was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient with my group of people. Highly recommend any of the Afterlife tours! Ryan and Kim put a lot of time and love into making these experiences great. The only thing i would say is the guides need to be a bit louder, only because of the Savannah nightlife. Will do again!
