Neil was the best! It was such a fun and informative tour full of history mixed with humor! Not to mention we got to ride around on Segways!! We took a break at the most beautiful spot overlooking the river! Would do this again!

Neil provides a safe experience with the Segways especially for beginners. He provided several stops during the tour to provide interesting history and facts about the cemetery. I highly recommend this experience. It has been the highlight of our trip to Savannah!

Comfortable shoes, bring your own helmet if you have one (they also provide one if needed). Sunglasses were nice to have on hand.

This tour was such a fun and unique experience! Our guide was incredibly funny and knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories and history throughout the ride. Before we started, they took the time to teach everyone how to safely ride the Segways, which made even first-timers feel comfortable and confident. They also made sure we stayed hydrated by providing water, and we had two nice breaks during the tour where we could relax and take in the beautiful views of the lake. It was the perfect balance of learning, exploring, and enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different and memorable!

Great tour guide and great way to view the cemetery. Would have given 5 stars but the tour guide was 45 minutes late without any advance warning. I had to call the office and they informed me they were running late. Description in Viatar said they provided transportation from downtown Savannah but they don’t so had to arrange our own transportation.

Tour guide, Neal, was very knowledgeable about the cemetery and had us up and running on the Segway within minutes. We had a great tour and would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Savannah.

An absolutely beautiful cemetery. So much history. Architecturally inspired, beautiful structures and sculpture. There's no better way to see this but on a Segway.

Segway was fun and not too difficult to ride. Had never ridden a Segway before. I enjoy hearing the life stories of the people who once lived in Savannah. Savannah has such a rich history with fascinating characters.

This was the best tour we did in Savannah! Our tour guide, Neil, was very knowledgeable and personable. We had never been on segways before but we watched the Segway safety video prior to coming and it only took us about 2 minutes to learn how to use them. We saw so much of the cemetery and learned a ton of history and interesting stories in only about an hour. I highly recommend this tour and hope you get Neil as your guide!

It was the first time I had ever been on a Segway and Neil was very patient and supportive. Our adventure was fun, educational and memorable! Not only did we have a great time riding through the beautiful cemetery, but Neil was full of knowledge. I have to say this was the first time I have ever laughed that hard in a cemetery. Very excellent tour. The guide was a lifetime local with many interesting and colorful stories. Discussions of symbolism made the tour very interesting. Instructions for driving the segue were simple and felt very safe. If it is going to be cold take a coat hat and gloves!!!

The company is incredible as well. We had an emergency the morning of our tour that prevented us from being there. Amy was so kind and helped us to still experience our tour later that same day! Our 90 minute historical tour with Jason was great. Riding the Segway was fun and we were able to get outside the tourist area and see beautiful neighborhoods and learn about Savannah history. Highly recommended!

Writing Segways with Carolyn as our guide, was a fun fascinating way to see the stately cemetery!! She was great & knew all the symbolism of the gravestones and history of family plots. I think we covered more of the Cemetary than a walking tour.

This is a great way to get around and see Bonaventure Cemetery. The cemetery is huge and walking it in the heat is not fun. The segways are a great solution to that. Our tour guide was excellent! He gave great instructions and made sure we were comfortable on the segways before starting.

My husband and I took the 90 minute Segway Tour in Bonaventure Cemetery. Neil was our tour guide and he was excellent. I loved hearing about the history of the cemetery and former plantation. Neil was very well informed as to the meanings and rich symbolism associated with the various statues at the grave sites. If you are interested in history and learning about the former lives of Savannahians don't skip this tour. The grounds of Bonaventure are beautiful and I was suprised to see many people walking the property. Bonaventure is very peaceful and serene with a haunting beauty.

What a fabulous tour especially considering that I didn’t think I would find it all that fascinating. Carolyn is an unbelievable guide who is not only unbelievably full of knowledge but funny, engaging and clearly committed to making sure we enjoyed ourselves and walked away with an appreciation of what we had experienced. Carolyn was an excellent guide! She gave us training on the segways, which were a lot easier to use than I expected, and she is very knowledgeable about the cemetery. She even took some photos of us! The Segway tour is a great compromise when traveling with teens who aren’t interested in the cemetery, but love segways.
