She was able to give us so much history and a great feel for the city in such a short period of time. A leisurely stroll through Savannah's history by way of its shady squares. Bonny is an engaging guide who makes history come alive in the way she tells the stories of the past. There are plenty of benches to sit on along the way while enjoying her narrative.

My husband and I booked a 3-hour walking tour of the Historic District in Savannah with Bonnie Blue Tours. Bonnie was delightful, informative and steeped in Savannah history! She began by asking what we were most interested in seeing and tailored our tour accordingly. She even incorporated a wonderful little coffee house break into the tour. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of this tour!

Great historical perspective. Three hours but she does stops, and park benches. Colonial era, revolutionary, civil war era to modern times.

This tour was an in-depth 3 hour city tour of Savannah. Lots of history of the founding and development of the city, architecture and the way the city was developed around its squares. Although open to questions, it would have been helpful to have more of those openings. She had a specific ‘thing’ to say and didn’t seem open to interruptions! About halfway through the tour, we had an opportunity to stop at a café and get something to drink and rest for a few minutes. We enjoyed that.

Bonnie was the perfect guide, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and humorous. We learned so much about the history and architecture of Savannah. The tour was nicely paced and was 6 hours. She pointed out house tours, museums, cafes, sweet shops, and restaurants that she recommended for our exploration on our own.

Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable. She obviously is passionate about her city. She also mixed in some good tourist information (dining and shopping locations). Overall, even though it was a three-hour tour, it passed very quickly. I highly recommend it.
