Private Departure Transfer To Atlanta Airport (Atl)

Very convenient service, picked us up exactly on time. Nice young man, good driver, safe and used turn signals (rarity now!)

DONT HIRE THEM. AVOID I hired this service to pick up 11 people in three cars, Customs took a little longer and they just left. When we called them they said they only have one car for 6 people and told us to take an uber. The dispatcher and the driver started yelling at me and hung up. This is the worst car service I have ever seen.

Freddy was wonderful! Very professional and friendly. His car was immaculate also which is rare these days. I will definitely use the service again.

I forget our drivers name, but he was excellent, had the right size vehicle to transport us and our luggage, car was clean and presentable. He was friendly and engaging. Good driver, timely. We enjoyed him and his service and would recommend him any day.

Some poor person missed their departure because the company kept texting/ calling me instead of the right person. Even after I told them that I am not the person they are trying to get a hold of. Then I get this last text to rate them!!! Unbelievable……well here it is! Lol

I never received an email saying I had to call in to confirm a reservation AFTER I reserved with an agent online I lost $80 and had no ride to the airport. 0/10

I slept through my alarm, so I was late for my 5am pickup. The driver called my hotel room, then waited for me. When I arrived he was so courteous and ensured me it was no problem. He was extremely professional and got me to the airport on time anyway.

Driver was rude and drove unsafe. Was upset we called to see where he was. Nothing else to say but the experience was bad.

Our flight was at 12:22 pm Sunday. At 10:20 am at the hotel, and we still had not heard from the driver (which is rare since they’re usually early). I called and the girl said I was to be picked up until 12:22. I told her no I had indicated on the form when securing the car service that we were to be picked up at 10:30 am at Omni CNN Center. She send me to the dispatch, and he said there was no pickup time. He also said the next car would be available at 11:00 (which is 30 minutes from the time I spoke to him). Had we waited until 11 to be picked up, we would have missed our flight. So, I told him to cancel the private car and asked for a refund. He said I needed to contact Viator for such. I feel bad since Viator itself was not at fault.

Wonderful experience. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and was comfortable throughout my trip.

First time using your service and will book with you each time when I'm traveling to your location. Would also like to have the same driver. Very friendly and new lots about the City.

Our driver was the best driver ever. Professional, personal, caring, helpful, respectful. The low price was amazing for our less than thirty minute trip from the Atlanta Airport to the Sheraton. We definitely recommend this.

Drive from airport to hotel was great. I booked a ride yesterday to go from hotel back to airport and I texted the tour operator to find out when driver picking me up and no one texted back. Driver finally called me at 1145 and my plane was leaving at 1230. Had to take a Lyft

What a surprise PLUS! 7 family members were expecting 2 cars to take us to ATL, then an amazing limo pulled up with a charming driver to deliver us there in style! Our Thanksgiving in Atlanta ended with a bang! What class!

This was my Second to third time using the service. It was a bad experience beginning to end even when i called on October the 4th to confirm my pick up time going to the airport. The customer service rep stated she only saw a one trip for when I had reserved a round trip. I am still not happy with the service at all. No one has reached about my concerns only stating that I may get a refund 7-10 days. I am disappointed

Made a reservation for transportation from Chateau Elan back to Atlanta Airport. Supposedly, the original charge was incorrect, but not because of me. I was specific in my request and received a quote; I accepted, but the day before, they were to pick me up, I received an email that the given was wrong; it was actually $100.00 more. I canceled transportation! Very disappointed and had to scramble to find transportation

Our driver picked us up right on time and got us to our flight with no problems. He was very friendly and pleasant. We would forward to riding with him again.

<p>The agent called me near the agreed time of meeting that the original driver had issues and therefore could not do the transfer. The replacement driver arrived about an hour later than the agreed time. Thankfully, I was wise enough to give ample time - Otherwise I could have missed my flight. I gave a two-star rating, because it was nevertheless a comfortable ride.</p>

<p>Would never arrange travel with these people again. As i was coming from overseas via LA to Altanta and they had the ticket info they went to the wrong arrivals section. Took me ages to get in contact with them as i had no way of phoning. <br/> After sorting things out driver still went to wrong area.</p>

<p>The drivers were very professional and on time and gave excellent directions as to where they were located which I appreciated since they had to pick me up at the airport and midtown Atlanta where it was obvious parking was at a premium and since I had never been to Atlanta before, I really appreciated their timely communication.</p>

<p>This is very poor service that I do not recommend at all. The driver was supposed to pick up at 6:30 AM but called to say he was late. Again he called to say he was running late but meanwhile it was pouring rain and there was terrible traffic getting to the airport from my hotel in Alpharetta. There was no way I could get to my flight on time if I didn't leave right then. I could not wait any longer and got alternate transportation and just made the flight.</p>

<p>The driver was nearly an hour late and turned up without shoes on, just socks! Because of him being late we were completely rushed at the airport.</p>

<p>To begin we did not get the minivan we paid for. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get into a car. The driver was suppose to be at the airport waiting for us at baggage-was not. When I called we were told he was running late to go downstairs to the street and he would pick us up. Thank goodness for an airport wheelchair assistant who was willing to continue to push me and understood where we were to wait. A towncar is NOT a minivan.</p>

He was friendly share information about Atlanta.<br/> We werw quoted one price and had to pay an additional $35.25 to be picked and taken to the airport on July 21, 2013. I had arlready $132.73 before leaving Detroit. I was told that I would not have to add any more fees that night before departed Detroit.</p>
