The luncheon was excellent but the cruise was boring. If you wanted to sit next to a windows you had to pay $25 more per person! All you saw was trees and shipyard. Couldn't hear the narrative cause they turned the air conditioning up so high everyone was freezing. Definitely not worth what we paid to only have a good lunch! Plus finding parking to get on the boat was another story.

The food was disgusting. The macaroni wasn’t cooked, the chicken seemed safe enough, just cold in the middle. Mashed potatoes were great though. All of the alcohol was watered down. Do not waste your money on the luncheon portion. They do have concessions on another deck. I wish I had known. The narrator caption was pretty informative.
The event was very good overall. It was great learning about the past but I missed the current usage of things on the riverfront. Better plan for leaving the boat when it is raining.
Beautiful boat with a wonderful meal and educational narration. Loved the personal touch of the named table cards
Fun activity. Enjoyed the food as well. You could stay indoors on the boat or go out on one of the decks.
The food was phenomenal and plenty of it. The staff was prompt, courteous and very kind. Very family friendly. The cruise was great! Time and money well spent.
Cruise was cancelled due to technical issues after eating lunch. The lunch was awesome!!
It was my 1st time and the experience was truly a once in a life time. Thank You for the joyable experience.
I totally enjoyed the trip. The food was amazing and the information about the city was interesting. I love it.
Lunch was delicious - lots of choices. The sweet potato casserole was outstanding!!! The peach cobbler and banana pudding were also delicious!!!
The day was beautiful - the food delicious
This was a great cruise on the river. The narrator was very knowledgeable about the area, and we loved the history. The food was fantastic! Best fried chicken I’ve ever ate. Better than any restaurant I’ve been to. The side dishes were great too! Southern collards, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese were all fantastic!
Very enjoyable, good pace and atmosphere. The company was enjoyable, and the narration of local history very informative. Would highly
It was amazing, we boarded an hour early and were welcomed with reserved seats, AC, and a buffet line ready to be consumed! Definitely worth it!
The cruise was very nice. The buffet was excellent! The service was too excellent. I would definitely recommend the lunch cruise
The food was fabulous. Three different meats. Tons of vegetables, mixed fruit had two different melons, grapes, strawberries, and blackberries. Two different deserts.
Excellent Narrator, food was delicious . The waitress was amazing. The overall experience was wonderful
Tour and food were excellent !
Svannah Georgia Lunch cruise It was a relaxing journey down the Savannah River and back. The food was tasteful and my family enjoyed this excursion. The ice cream on Deck 3 were delicious.
It was hard to make out what narrator was saying. But great food and atmosphere. The server was awesome also.
Do not waste time. Buffet was underwhelming, couldn’t hear narration inside. I would just do the sightseeing part and save your money on the lunch.
Food, service and narration was excellent. Great choice for food, it was delicious! Loved it! It was 100 degrees which was hot ! Better to go in the Fall but was still a nice get away. Will be coming back!
It was a nice experience. Everyone was polite. Clean restrooms. Fast boarding. The weather also made the day.
Very efficient and timely. Staff was great. Buffet was delicious. Our waiter was funny and polite. Only issue was with the tour speaker recording and sound.
The food was not done. We paid all that money for uncooked and cold food. The staff however was wonderful!
The buffet lunch was delicious (one of our favorites during this trip) and our server was friendly and attentive. The narration was informative, engaging and witty. The only negative was that the women's restroom was very warm, but the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would recommend the Savannah Riverboat Narrated Harbor Luncheon Cruise during your visit!
I love that you can go to different levels on the boat and you’re not confined to one area! The narration was great and included a lot of fun facts with a splash of comedy. The food was delicious!
The experience was beyond amazing. It was a very informative boat cruise. Richard and Co pilot did an excellent job. Amaya my server was super friendly. The only thing I did not like was the food. Other than that I would and I will be back.
The food was great! Dessert not so much. Banana pudding was runny and the peach cobbler was super sweet and looked like apples. My only negative is having to find a parking spot and pay for it. Staff was very nice and pleasant.
Super fun and unique experience! Was not expecting it to be as fun but it was totally worth it! Must do for Savannah!
The atmosphere and food was great. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely do it again and tell people about it.
This excursion is very well organized and executed. We enjoyed all aspects including the food, service, and the narrated river cruise. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested.
The lunch was very good. The only thing was wrong with it, southern food without cornbread.. I enjoyed the history of Savannah on the river. It was a peaceful ride.
Very good tour. The food was very good and service was great. The tour narrator was very informative. This tour was worth the money.
Not much has changed over the years in a paddleboat luncheon. It's a nice venue to see the sites from the river view. There'san opportunity for a professional phot as you board. The narrator was informative and fun. The speaker inside needed to be turned up and add speakers at the front of the boat. The paddle wheel didn't turn, FYI. The food could use some improvement (runny mashed potatoes, cold greens, greasy mac & cheese, sickening-sweet cobbler. The stars were the shrimp & grits and fried chicken.) Our server Deasia, was very good. Alcohol was available for purchase. I didn't see an elevator. AC inside was great. Restrooms were clean. It was a fun experience.
We enjoyed the whole experience from the beginning the dinning room was set out lovely the food was excellent the waitress friendly then sitting on the veranda as we cruised the river just relaxing
The cruise lunch was Wonderful! The Savannah Sunset beverage was delicious! The only issue was that it was hard to hear narrator due to his microphone Volume was really low!
It was lovely to be out on the water and the tour guide Richard was excellent. The food was adequate, don’t expect a culinary experience, staff were friendly and welcoming and the boat seems in god condition. Overall a good experience
Very informative. And who knew that Cheese Grits, and also Mashed Potatoes, could be so good!!! But, BEWARE if you do not like or cannot tolerate Spicy Food, then just book the cruise with no lunch included and eat somewhere else either before or after your cruise!!! The Fried Chicken and the Green Beans and something else that I forgot, were Extremely Spicy - I could not eat them!!! But Cheese Grits and Shrimp were Fabulous!!! So Cruise and Dine if you love Shrimp and Grits - can't go wrong!
I have a great time thank you so much I love this time. Thank you so much and I’m way back again thank you thank you thank you
It was wonderful as always I love the food it's always wonderful the staff the captain very nice taking my third trip this month for my birthday it's a great experience
Best to uber due to lack of Parking. We nearly missed the cruise and we got there at 12 noon as recommended and still had trouble parking
We had the luncheon on the first floor, the buffet was a wonderful mix of southern food, the staff was great and the experience was overall relaxing and enjoyable.
We went on the luncheon cruise on the Savannah river. The food was good. The narrator was entertaining . A great piece of history. Thx for an enjoyable afternoon 😊
Really fun and just the right amount of time. We loved the food, it was really tasty and well executed - not your average buffet. Loved being able go up to the top deck for killer views. We would absolutely do it again.
This was a great experience. The narrator was very interesting and fun to listen to. Waitress was very attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious.
Very good tour of the port, captain provided great information about the port and surrounding area. Meal was good southern style
Very layed back, personal, beautiful just all around perfect, buffet was elegant, dining room spectacular, service with a smile and kindness
We had a nice time on the boat, all of the staff were the best. The food was ok, not bad or not great…the fried chicken and desserts were excellent. Our only complaint is that the window we sat by was extremely hazed, which made it difficult to see through. There are a few windows that desperately need to be replaced. We still recommend the ride to all who visit Savannah.
The house was exactly what was expected, very clean and spacious. Great location and the host was amazing, answered text messages quickly and was very helpful.
