Enjoyable tour with knowledgeable and friendly guides! The equipment added drama and made the experience more interesting, but didn’t necessarily make the paranormal claims more convincing. I would have appreciated more historical facts and documented evidence rather than personal experiences.

Overall a good experience! However, guides talk waaay too much making the time standing around extend without much, if anything of value added. The history stories often had the themes being repeated and not adding anything. The actual experience and use of the communication devices was great! Though, there could have had more focus and sharing of what was actually going on and what people had heard shared. Also, the guide smoking when we walked up was a turn off. Thanks for the worthwhile and enlightening experience!

Mike and Ty are very educational. They are very knowledgeable about Savannah and really care about what they do. We really enjoyed hearing the stories about the ghosts of Savannah and being able to use props was extra fun. My 10 year old enjoyed it as well and knowing the names of the ghosts made it that much better for him. Very family friendly and an all around great experience.

Absolutely recommend this tour! Mike and Spooky were amazing. My partner and I loved how intimate and interactive this tour was. At the end of the tour Mike & Spooky invited you to stay after the tour to help guide you on how you can use the instruments on your own outside of the tour, which we took advantage of and had an amazing experience! This is the best "ghost tour" I've ever been on. I love how Savannah's real history is incorporated into the tour. The guides were so kind and respectful of the spirits we encountered. They are very knowledgeable too. I will absolutely book this tour again when I'm back in town.

Very respectful to the spirits. They open and closed the mini investigations. They story telling was great too. You could tell they really love and respect what they were doing.

My husband and I did a Monterey square tour last night with Mike and Ty, they are super kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I booked this tour because I liked the fact that they only do one tour a night, and they do not rush you along and even after the tour would speak with you and continue to let you use their equipment. The tour was an unbelievable experience, and definitely lots of activity going on. I highly recommend this tour!

This tour was the most personable interactive tour I've done. Learned alot about detecting and communicating with supernatural. Great for all ages.

This was a unique experience. It wasn't just walking to locations and telling stories. Mike and Ty handed out equipment so everyone could participate in experiencing the presence of spirits. The group is kept small for a more personal touch. The tour exceeded 2.5 hours; it was never rushed. And afterward, they stayed later with some participates and helped them try to contact deceased relatives. There are many options in Savannah for ghost tours. This one is different. We are still talking about it.

We enjoyed the Interactive Paranormal Ghost Walking Tour. It was nice to have guest limit. Makes your experience more enjoyable and easier to hear and participate. We received EMF readers and rods which enhanced our experience. My 14 yo grand-daughter loved it. We went for her birthday and Mike and Ty were very friendly and made her feel like her celebration was special. Another girl on our tour graduated from high school and she was also made special for her celebration. Highly recommend. It was also nice to get a potty/drink break. We liked our blessings at the end. Thank you again!

This was the most interactive paranormal tour I’ve ever been on and it was fun, thrilling but not scary. I was happy we could use dousing rods as I’m not very tech-y and they sure get results. Absolutely mind-blowing. We will definitely do this again!

This is the first ghost tour I've taken that included using equipment to interact with the spirit world. I was very impressed with the care the tour guides took to insure the safety of all involved. I appreciated the respectful approach, and the effort to include each member of the group. The guides were well-versed in Savannah history, as well as open to questions about all things Savannah, both past and present. I highly recommend this tour to believer and skeptics. You'll definitely learn something new.

The best tour in Savanah. The guide Mike and his wife are extremely knowledgeable. This is the first tour that was very interactive and the small group allowed everyone to participate.

All I have to say is wow! Talk about an amazing couple and an incredible experience. I went in open minded and was blown away! I can't recommend a tour with Spirit Xperience high enough! We saw other groups just walking around and talking while we were holding energy devices, had dowsing rods, and had other cool ways of interacting with the spirits! And they showed up! I have to hand it to Mike and Ty. They were an absolute delight and very intentional and respectful about interacting with spirits...which I really appreciated understanding how energy works. I'm so grateful this was the tour I booked.

The guides, owners, were super nice and passionate about the paranormal . It did rain on us pretty hard but we all trooped through and finished the tour past the time it should have over !! Nothing super scary but still a Fun experience !!!

What an awesome ghost tour!! The history was great as well as the lovely spirits. The interactive aspect was a lot of fun and amenable to all ages. We even took the pups, and the spirits loved it :) I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Savannah. We always try a different tour when we come down and we will definitely be booking this tour again! As advertised, you get to use paranormal equipment and there is a lot of walking. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! We learned a lot of interesting facts about Savannah.

It was fun overall, worth the price of admission. The stories were interesting and the equipment was fun to use. It was not a "scary" ghost tour. Instead, you listen a little bit about Savannah's history at various locations and you get to use the equipment to try and talk to spirits. The distance walked was not a lot.

I have done countless ghost tours and never experienced one like this. Top notch and very personalized tour. Just the 5 of us will great interaction with Mike and Ty the leaders. Hands on experience with EMF's and Divining rods were especially fun. This is really a hands on experience with you a part of it.

We had so much fun ghost hunting while hearing about some of Savannah’s Haunted History. Mike and Tia were excellent and entertaining guides. This is not just a walking tour—it is immersive and interactive. Highlights were our use of divining rods, EMF detectors, and a spirit box. Were we joined by some spirits? If you actually like to be involved with the ghosts and get to know them personally instead of just hearing a spooky story then this is the tour for you. The tour was amazing. The guides treat you as friends. Both guides are very knowledgeable about the history of Old Savannah. It is an interactive tour. You actually get to see some of the paranormal tools and use them during the tour. This tour gave you goosebumps.
