Very informative. Rebecca was a great narrator. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as it's 90% walking and standing. Take lots of pics.

Tour guide never showed up! We arrived early AND stayed 30 minutes after the start time and NO ONE showed up.
My tour was cancelled without time to book another and it was our last night so not very happy with this. Now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund.
Unfortunately, no one ever showed up for the tour. We are working on setting up a new date and getting a refund but haven’t been able to confirm that yet.
No one showed up for the tour, not even the tour guide. When I finally got a hold of him he said they didn’t realize anyone had signed up.
Our guide was very informative about the history of Savannah and paranormal activities. The tour was really enjoyed by everyone in our group!
The guide didn't show up. Cancelled at the last minute as he had the flu. Too bad Savannah Walks didn't let us know sooner. Now, they refuse to give us a refund. Petty and unprofessional.
None. The Tour guide didn’t show up. Very Disappointing as we had booked this tour a month in advance.
Payton was our guide tonight and she was amazing! She was incredibly informative and answered every question we had. It was nice that it was just my husband and I in her tour, it made it more personable. A definite must do if you're into the paranormal plus history! I took a couple picture of the inside of a vacant historical home, when reviewing the photos later on I noticed a girl standing to my left in one photo, she has shoulder length hair and sucken gray eyes. Then in the next picture, she's gone! See for yourself!
Our tour was cancelled the day of and we were leaving the next day so we missed out on going. We were offered tickets for next time and then said we would be refunded in a few days so we’ll see………I wouldn’t NOT recommend them based on our experience cause I’m sure if we were able to go, it would have been just great.
This tour was canceled by the operator the day of. It's now two weeks later and I have still not received a refund.
This was a great tour, our guide was SO knowledgeable and shared great stories about the city. I have been on a few ghost tours in Savannah and this has been the best. I learned some new stories about the city . It was a great time
We booked ,we paid, they canceled ( due to weather) and we are still fighting for our refund... it all started around March17th, here we are at April 2nd... we had to go with the refund, even though we were on our way.. due to my fiance being an over the road truck driver...
Extremely knowledgeable and provided visual examples to support theories/stories. Upon waiting, a rep from a competing tour noted that this tour isn’t reputable (assuming because they don’t stand in the square for hours in costume). After passing the other tours many times and overhearing some of their content vs our tour, I highly recommend The Savannah Paranormal Ghost Tour if your looking to learn!
Our tour was canceled due to the illness of your staff. I understand this happens, but this left us scrambling to find another tour.
Tour was not very good. Tour guide was soft spoken and hard to hear, didn't communicate the details about each location very well and didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge on the subjects. Would not recommend this tour.
The locations were interesting and the length of the tour was nice but the tour guide was not professional. There was confusion as to what tour we had booked since the name of it he didn't even fully know. If you lead a group you should know the full name of the tour advertised and announce that so your participants have confidence they are with the right group. He was about 5 mins late so all of the participants were wondering if we were at the right spot. He was easy going and made good eye contact & conversation but he needs more confident delivery and professionalism.
Got to share experience with some really cool people! Tour guide was great and had a little story to tell about each stop. He made it fun!! Would recommend!!
I have read others’ reviews and it seems if you did have a bad experience you are attacked online and scolded into thinking you actually had fun. Our tour guide was obviously high on something. That observation was made by another gentleman on the tour we did not know. The guide never introduced himself and seemed to fumble for thoughts and words. He gave VERY LITTLE insight into hauntings or paranormal experiences. He seriously was not THERE. He was distracted easily and often commented on dogs, traffic, and the railroad tracks. He was by no means rude or offensive, just disengaged and uninformative. There were two other couples on the tour and when the guide left each was speaking about his being “on something.” One couple tried to leave early but gave up when the guide said there was only one more stop. Will not recommend this specific tour to anyone even if you bully my review online. Terrible tour according to two member of our group who have done this tour in Savannah before, one actually lives here and told me I should demand my money back. I will not do that. Instead, use those funds for proper guide training. So very disappointed.
What should have been a fun experience, was unimaginably boring. The guide may have been knowledgeable about history, but was reciting a script that he wasn’t into. I hope he was new to this work, and will learn how to engage his audience in the future.
Fun guide, crowded route. Enjoyed the stories and seeing the haunted homes at night. The parks are really cool in the evening but the downside is there were heavy crowds. Consider Halloween time to be peak season for this type of tour.
Our guide was very knowledgeable! He was just a sweetheart! He really engaged with us and asked about our trip and where we were from!
We’ve been in many ghost tours in a lot of cities and this one was disappointing. The guide showed up late, which wasn’t a big deal by itself - things happen. One of the guides from another tour said he was usually late though, which seemed like a red flag. Then we stood in that square for 20 minutes while the guide talked about all the waiters and bartenders he knew who had seen ghosts before. He didn’t tell stories about the ghosts themselves, just how he had buddies who didn’t like to close or who had seen doors close mysteriously. It’s one thing to learn about the ghosts and then hear about the experiences of people who had seen them, but this wasn’t it. The guide also wasn’t as engaging as he could have been. He spoke very softly, constantly said “you know” or “um” and generally just didn’t seem very enthusiastic. We did hear some interesting stories and learn some interesting history, so it wasn’t all bad and might have been really good with a different guide. It just wasn’t a good fit for us. The worst part, though, was after the tour. My wife booked the tour through Viator, and afterwards they asked for a review. We gave an honest but critical review. We didn’t ask for a refund or throw a fit or anything, we just said we didn’t have the best experience. In response, my wife got a text, on a Sunday night, from the owner saying that they were concerned because everyone else on the tour had a great time. My wife replied, listing our issues and saying that while we were glad that other people had a good experience, it wasn’t for us. Then they replied saying that “some people are incapable of having a good time.” Like I said, we’ve been on many ghost tours in many cities and we’ve loved almost all of them. This one was an exception, and no amount of unprofessional texts is going to change that.
The guide showed up 10 minutes late. Other guides there said he was always late. He didn’t seemed enthused or very engaging. There was some interesting history included, but I would pick a different group next time.
Awesome tour! Loved the one on one interaction with our tour guide and the mix of historical facts and paranormal stories to go along with them. Highly recommend! My six year old daughter also had a blast!
We arrived on time but the others in our group did not, the tour guide waited about 30 minutes before we started, it seemed like a lot of what the guide was sharing was in the fly and elaborated for the tour for just us. Also almost got into an altercation with a motorist in the street, not professional. Overall disappointing, some info was interesting
Our guide was very knowledgeable, when a car would approach as he speaking he would either stop speaking or raise his voice in order for everyone to be able to hear what he was saying… We learned many fascinating facts about Savannah!
This was an awesome experience!! Learned a lot of interesting historical information! If you're into the halloweny theatrical stuff this isn't for you. But if you're a history buff like me and love learning historical facts that, in this case, are linked to tragedy that has left its mark then this is right up your alley!! The fact it was dark added to the mystery of the stories!! The tour guide was knowledgeable and interactive. Highly recommend!!
Guide was late to arrive, seemed to know very little. While waiting for late guide we listened to other tour guides. This guy was completely un trained and uninformed. Just awful, will not recommend. For $100, you all have to do WAY better than this.
The guide was very knowledgeable and told the stories well. All of the locations were very interesting and we were very excited to learn and see all that we did. All the spooky details were great. The walk was easy and leisurely. We would highly recommend this tour to our friends and family. Thank you for the awesome experience!!!
Nice tour. Entertained teens - hard to do. Guide was a long term local w/ several interesting tales.
The guide had very interesting stories. I enjoyed the tour, but the tour guide was about 20 minutes late.
We are only saying this to help with others experiences. Our guides was a few minutes late/ or arrived at 7:30 depending on whose time was looked at. He did not have a badge or anything to identify himself. He was quiet spoken, hard to hear and understand. At times he seemed he could not remember what to say. The tour was boring! We took a tour here many years ago and the tour guide was exciting and it made it fun. We waited for a group that did not not show so we started 15 minutes late, and finished 15 minutes early. He was not enthusiastic.
Allison was our guide and she did a fantastic job! We loved the tour and all the history. Allison is very passionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
The tour was a big disappointment. Our tour guide was over 10 minutes late and still ended the tour in about an hour. Historical details were vague and seemed like most narrative was ad lib.
If were not one one of a very small number, I would have bailed out of this tour with the lackluster guide who really had little to tell us and provided very few details that would have brought the stories to life. We got this tour through the Savannah Tour Pass, and I will contact them about dropping this tour. A real disappointment and waste of time. Try whoever your hotel recommends, not this outfit.
Our guide, while a nice person, really needs to work on his presentation and story telling skills. Also, very limited information on the subject.
Skippy is the best tour guide. The experience was fantastic. We loved learning the history of savanna
Our tour guide was ok. For our first ever visit and ghost tour of savannah my teenager and I were very disappointed
This was an extremely unprofessional tour. Very disappointed I spent money for this. I saw so many other tours that looked so much better while I was on this tour.
Host was quite knowledgeable in Savannah history and paranormal. He had many stories that were from present time. It's a great tour for the whole family. We had our grandchildren with us, and they were not scared.
The tour guide was very polite but i kind of felt ripped off. He went on his phone a couple of times and didn’t seem to know 100% of what he was talking about, he was a cool guy but wasn’t the best experience.
I was apprehensive at first, seeing as it's really easy to fall into the old tourist trap of a corny haunting tour with "spooky" stories that are exaggerated to the point of being stupid. Our tour guide was able to retell stories of Savannah's sordid past while still being grounded in reality. It was less Ghost Adventures and more of a historical tour with some creepiness thrown in.
Our tour guide was great!!!! We had a great time listening to him tell us about many different hauntings throughout the Savanna’s past.
We didn’t get to go. It was pouring and when we got there the tour wasn’t there. We arrived early. We messaged the guide and they gave us generic non helpful responses.
TOUR GUIDE WAS GREAT!!! He was very lowkey but if you pay attention, he had some really cool facts!!
Very knowledgeable and tried his best in a difficult group of customers. Very nice and engaging. Thumbs up!
Our tour guide, Elanna, was fantastic. We were fairly big skeptics going in, but her tour guide made us more of a believer. Very cool tour if not for the paranormal side, you get to see the inside of the home that is extremely well maintained.
The guide wasn’t good at all. Guides make the trip and he talked so quiet, showed up a little late. We have done numerous tours here in Savannah, GA and were excited for this, but after 20 minutes we left the tour.
Our guide Lawless was great. This was a laid back, enjoyable after-dinner plan. Learned lots of cool facts and history about buildings around the city we wouldn’t have otherwise known.
