Excellent tour. We saw lots and learned things about Atlanta we didn’t know even though we are locals.

This is a must to truly see almost every thing and get the most of ATL. Shelly was incredible and if you can get this lady who is full of history and trivia knowledge. She made this an incredible trip that impressed my family and myself. Make sure you wear good walking shoes, even though you do ride a lot but love that you go and get to the Market, The Jimmy Carter center which is huge , The Governor's mansion and the ladies there just as friendly. Thank you Shelly and can't wait to come back.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Peachy Keen Tourism! Our tour guide, Shelly, was truly amazing and made the entire experience so memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, engaging, and so much fun to be around. She shared a wealth of information about Atlanta’s history while keeping the tour interesting and entertaining from beginning to end. Thanks to Shelly, we were able to see and learn about so many historical parts of Atlanta that we probably would have missed on our own. What really made the tour special was Shelly herself. Her personality, enthusiasm, and knowledge brought the history of Atlanta to life, and you could tell she genuinely wanted everyone to have a wonderful experience. If you’re visiting Atlanta and want to really discover the city, I highly recommend Peachy Keen Tourism, and if you’re lucky enough to have Shelly as your guide, you’re in for an incredible time. She was absolutely fantastic! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great experience overall . We felt like we saw everything there was to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Would recommend.
Trip never happened for me. Booked on Thursday, confirmed on Friday, showed up Sunday to nothing. The valet at the hotel meeting point was able to call the guide and she was unaware I booked. Idk where the disconnect is so I'm out $
Although our group was smaller than usual we were placed in the back most seat of a mini-van. The views being described were barely visible and getting in and out of the mini van was extremely uncomfortable.
This trip was truly remarkable. Shelly was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history of the locations we visited, and we were equally impressed by her deep understanding of Atlanta itself. She was engaging and entertaining, and she made us feel like she was part of our group rather than just our guide. Shelly shared additional sites to explore, outstanding dining recommendations, and insightful perspectives on Atlanta’s history, how it compares to other major cities, and its role on a global scale. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide.
While this was like the description, I was hoping for more information about the city. The first 1.5-2 hours was touring a residential area like we were with a real estate agent. The last hour to 1.5 hours was at Ponce City Mraket which we could do on our own. That leaves 1.5-2 hours to learn about the city. We were expecting a bus to be able to see more but were in a private vehicle which at times made it hard to see items. When the tour guide arrived, we were the only family with the host. This made it a little more personal.
Great experience The guide was kind and efficient !
Our guide Sheila was fabulous, great sense of humor, knowledgeable, funny, excellent driver, and a great personality!!!! Loved her! From: Valerie and Maria
Shelly was a wonderful tour guide. She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the areas. I would definitely tour with her again.
Our Tour Guide, Shelly, was excellent and vibrant! She knows this town backwards and forwards and had a great time sharing it with us! I would highly recommend this tour and if you’re lucky you’ll get Shelly to be your guide.
Well worth it! Best way to get to know Atlanta city in a short time. We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was friendly and passionate about her hometown
This is our first visit to the City and one to cherish. We’re overwhelmingly amazed to learn its rich history and Shirley was a great tour guide filling us up on its past. Although I was a bit disappointed not to explore The Jimmy Carter Library and Museum since its closed but was glad to set foot on its grounds.
Learnt a great deal about the history of Atlanta. The guide was very knowledagable about the city and various places.
As a small group of five we drove through many of Atlanta’s residential neighborhoods in a large SUV; lunch stop at Ponce Market and passed by major city sights. The primary reason to select this tour was to visit the Jimmy Carter Library & MLK visitors center, both unfortunately closed because of the government shutdown. So disappointing!
We had such a wonderful experience on this Atlanta tour! Ms. Shelley was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city, and she gave us insight into neighborhoods we would not have thought to explore on our own. It was the perfect way to see different sides of Atlanta in just a few hours. Highlights of the day included visiting the MLK National Park, the Jimmy Carter Library, and strolling through Ponce City Market. Each stop offered something unique, and Ms. Shelley made it all come alive with her stories and background knowledge. The five hours went by so quickly—it never felt long or rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic day that gave us a deeper appreciation of Atlanta. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!
This tour was Very informative. We were able to see quite a bit of Atlanta from Buckhead to new Atlanta.
Our guide was extremely pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. She was knowledgeable, open for questions. It was a personal private enjoyable tour.
Tour guide was not knowledge and complained the entire time. We only stopped at mlk monument and presidential library.
Our guide, Shelly, was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to! Enjoyed the tour and highly recommend this tour for anyone who hasn’t been to Atlanta!
Shelley our tour guide/driver was a delight! Informative, charming and caring! We really enjoyed all the various areas of Atlanta that she drove us through as she related their individual idiosyncrasies. Our fellow guests were wonderful too! For first timers like us please don’t miss this lovely tour! The ending at Ponce Street Market was icing on the cake!
Great host, very knowledgable and passionate about Atlanta shares both the new and the old areas of the city
Shelly was a great tour guide - were informative and passionate about Atlanta. We were able to see some lovely homes, spent some time at the MLK sites and the Jimmy Carter center.
Great way to see Atlanta if you only have a few days in the city. Our guide, Shelley, was amazing. Definitely made our time fun, I would recommend this tour.
Ms Shelly is awesome and has a lot of knowledge to share. She also had a smaller vehicle a Suburban to transport us since it was only my wife and I
The tour lady was very knowledgeable extremely talkative but nice and friendly so overall it was a good experience and also the only thing I would say we didn’t get to do was Jimmy Carter Center which I wanted so bad to go to and tour but aside from that everything else was just awesome.
Ms Shelly was great with the tour. She was funny, insightful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She also shares great stories. Recommend you give Ms Shelly a try.
Excellent tour of the city. Would definitely recommend to learn and see it all. No one else registered to be on this tour, so it was basically a private tour!
Shelly was very informative and friendly. I thought it was a good tour. I learned a lot about the history of Atlanta and enjoyed touring the beautiful city.
It turned out that out of a tour that could include up to 12 people including only my husband and I—so we enjoyed a private tour with our capable guide Shelly. We were shown some of the beautiful neighborhoods (that house some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the nation), posh areas developed since the Olympics came to Atlanta, the bustling and expanding business districts of the city, stops at the MLK memorial site and the Ponce City Market. The tour definitely expanded my knowledge of the city and our guide answered all our questions. I really recommend this tour for anyone with just a short time in the city, as it covers a lot of ground in just 4-5 hours.
First time visiting here and we find the tour guide was friendly and adjusted the tour to meet our request.
Excellent Excellent driver agent. Govenor mansion best. Could have left expensive mansion off list. Enjoyed lunch stop at Market.
Very good overview of the city. Shelly was very knowledgeable about Atlanta & we enjoyed her history of the town. I would recommend it for the first day in the city.
Very interesting & Informative Unfortunately because it was New Years Day most places were closed . Ms Shelley was excellent !
Shelly picked us up promptly at the meeting spot and whilst driving , shared her extensive knowledge of Atlanta. All kinds of information, dating from Civil War to present day. She really knows her history and was able to share and educate us . Thanks so much for a lovely visit.
We expected a van or bus rather than SUV. It wasn’t comfortable. The pickup location didn’t match address. The driver was knowledgeable but too focused on her disapproval of revitalization. Stops (MLK Jr. center, J. Carter center, Ponce Market) were good.
Was cancelled 5 minutes before the tour. Leave us with nothing to do because can’t book any tour at the last minute.
Very knowledgeable and sweet. Told Us a lot of thing about Atlanta Georgia all most didn’t see something’s and she pointed it out Great driver
Shelly was very i formative and entertaining. Enjoyed the entire day with her. She was very well versed in Atlanta history
The tour was ok, but not overly informative. While the guide was very friendly she was not overly informative.
This was a great tour led by a great tour guide. Turned out there was only two of us on this tour so we rode around in a big SUV. Nice and cool in the hot weather. We saw many historic sites and wonderful homes. The visit to the Martin Luther King Center was very moving and thought provoking. We then visited the Jimmy Carter Presidential Museum learning things that made me more appreciative of the man before, during, and after his Presidency. We were taken to Ponce Market to do a little shopping and eat lunch.
This was a very nice tour. I learned a lot. I saw a lot, and Shelley was great and very informative and professional.
Really comprehensive and enjoyable tour. Shelly was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny too. It was a really great way to cover a lot of territory since Atlanta is a big, spread out city.
We booked expecting 5 stops; We stopped at 2. I should have been informed (I would have cancelled). The van was comfortable and clean, the tour guide was friendly and a good driver with lively conversation. It lacked any history of Atlanta and was heavy on driving around neighborhoods and lamenting on growth since the Olympics. The guide came 18 minutes late without any communication. Fortunately the staff at the Westin was helpful or we would have left after 15 minutes. I would not recommend this tour. I would recommend new visitors spend time at MLK historical site and visit Ponce Market (it was interesting and great food options). When I come back to Atlanta, I’ll go to Jimmy Carter Center on my own.
Tour guide was 45 minutes late, traffic in Atlanta was bad but we were meeting a friend afterwards so we had to bail at Pounce Street Market which was a shame. The Governors House was amazing but that’s not a reflection on this tour as we could’ve booked separately. Not too much information on the founding of Atlanta, its indigenous people, or Martin Luther King Jnr. We did however learn where the free parking was in Atlanta and that the first Chick Fil a was there… bus was comfortable and our fellow attendees were lovely, we covered a lot of ground and so saw a lot of the city but I wouldn’t recommend.
Touring the city of Atlanta was great. Shelley was very informative and knowledgeable. We learned and experienced a lot on 5 hours
Shelly was a great tour guide. Very informative and personable. This tour is great to see what Atlanta has to offer and plan where you would like to visit. Perfect for people with mobility issues as the majority of the tour takes place in the van and there is minimal walking
We didn't know Atlanta had so much to offer until we took this tour. Shelly was so knowledgeable and personable it was a real pleasure.
This Tour is highly recommended because it will give you a detailed orientation on Atlanta. It is very educational since the City is rich in Historical events and notable people. Shelly our Tour Guide made it extra enjoyable showing us around the different areas and attractions. It’s truly value for money and time spent well!
