Great tour, very interesting and engaging! Cool to learn about Savannah in this context

Best ghost tour we've been on in Savannah! The tour was based on history instead of sensationalized stories, and Ryan had first-hand evidence to share from their visits of many of the locations on the tour. We're going to get some of Ryan's books next! It was a little rainy, but that just enhanced the mood - we had umbrellas and could stand under roofs along the way, and we had a refreshment stop along the way. It was a very interesting and eerie part of a really fun evening. Glad we did it!

The young lady guide was so informative, very nice and did a really great job on walking us through the different spot, but it was not scary at all for us. Some my be but not us. Again the guide was amazing

I booked this tour for my husband and young adult daughter and they LOVED it. We’ve traveled all over the world and my daughter said it’s one of the best tours she’s ever joined. They are still talking about it so we agreed to take another tour with them when we are here next.

First off, LOVED that our tour was a small group of 5! I actually selected this tour after purchasing and reading one of the Afterlife books from a local bookstore, just the night before. Our guide was pleasant and personable, but a few of the "facts" stated differed from what was published in the book. Guide also had a bit of trouble answering some of the questions the group had. Not a huge deal, as we were able to google the answers. I really liked that each of our stops included visual and/or audible paranormal evidence. Overall, I would recommend this tour and I would book with this company again.

If you want some actual history with your haunted tour, this is a great one! Good pace with lots of cool historical facts..

Ryan was very personable and easy to talk to. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city history. His stories were fun and little frightening. We all loved him and thought he was a great guide. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Girl talked too much about the company, other tours that weren't worthwhile, ghost stories that weren't true ect. Very disappointing. Walked more than saw anything worthwhile. Though it was in a cemetery. Tour description very misleading.

Great ghost tour, not too scary and is kid friendly. Loved the EVPs shared and great historical context. Be ready to walk though ;) Tour was engaging and entertaining!

Brock was an engaging tour guide. He showed photos & actual footage from parnormal sitings as well as recordings. Highly recommend this tour👍🏻

This tour did not meet our expectations after reading the book on haunted locations in Savannah. The Videos did not seem real. In fact, it was so bad we left.

I don’t write reviews. But my wife and I just had the pleasure of touring the haunts of Savannah with our guide Brock. And I must say, it was the highlight of our 4 days in this spooky city. Brock, armed with information gathered by his employers Kim and Ryan of the Savannah Ghost Research Society, turned a skeptic into a not-so-much-of-a-skeptic. I actually had chills at one point. We went on a goofy ghost bus tour a few days ago, and this was soooo much better. The other one was so scripted. Brock was legit. My only complaint is that it only lasted 1-1/2 hours. I could have walked around Savannah with this guy all night!

Tour was very informative and our guide seemed to enjoy his job which made the experience more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time during the tour. Excellent guide took us into the square district of Savannah and gave us many good stories.

As usual, this tour was fun and informative. Grayson was an amazing guide. If you have never taken this tour I highly suggest taking any of the tours they offer. And if you are in St. Augustine or Charleston, check those out too.

Took the tour with Brock and learnt more about Savannah than we have learnt from several previous other tours - brought the history and locations to life. The evidence presented was very compelling as well, especially the video.

Outstanding Tour. Brock was a tremendous guide giving historical accounts of the famous ghost stories everyone tells in Savannah. Highly recommend this tour. My daughter (16) loved it.

Brock was a delight. Funny, authentic, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Walking distance was on par with other ghost tours we’ve been on. Fun evening!

It was our first visit to Savannah and we were spoiled for choice with all the ghost tours offered. We chose this one because it seemed more authentic. Lots of history content as well as EVP recordings. The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting but scruffy in appearance. I would have liked a costume. I was disappointed to walk straight past the Sorrel-Weed house which I had expected to be included on the tour.

Brach was a great guide. Took time to explain the history of Savanna along with the ghost stories. Small group, wasn't rushed.

This tour was extremely informative and awesome. Completely worth the time and money. Brock is an excellent story teller and is wonderful with an age gap crowd.

Grayson was our guide and she was awesome. We were the only ones in this tour, rain had been forecast. She was personable, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Will definitely being looking for other tours in the future.

Fascinating ghost tour with EVPs and videos captured at each site. We heard the story of the ghost boy in Colonial Cemetery ( and saw the unexplainable video). As I was looking into the cemetery from outside the iron fence, I snapped a picture of a grave. when I looked at it later, It was clear there was a blue-green light on the grave, seemingly from between the bricks on the mausoleum.

I loved this tour! I’m a skeptic myself yet this tour was fun and entertaining and not too cheesy for my tastes. Highly recommend! It also didn’t feel like too much walking, and the bathroom break in the middle was very appreciated.

Tour was a great experience. Gracen was very knowledgeable with her ghost stories and made sure everyone saw or heard the audio clip to go with the ghost story. It was a larger group but she made sure we all had a great experience. Look forward to doing another tour in the future!

Grayson was a great guide. She was personable and well-spoken. I appreciated her description of how many companies focus on myths, as opposed to hauntings that cant be disproven. It made us more willing to believe her scary stories on the tour. It was a good mix of history and ghosts. The visual and auditory "proof" equipment was definitely eyebrow-raising. I honestly didn't want the tour to be over, I was so intrigued. Even my husband was jumpy on the walk home and he's a super-skeptic. It was a great experience.

This was different from other ghost tours in that it had audio examples of ghostly happenings, which added another element to the spookiness! Our guide was great and loves what she does. The cemetery story was especially creepy!

This tour was surprisingly refreshing. It was myself and my boyfriend. We were able to talk with the tour guide in a more relaxed intimate environment. The guide definitely showed his experience, it was humorous and kept us excited for the next story at the next stop. Would definitely recommend if you like legit tours 5/5!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and friendly. My Girl Scouts enjoyed tour. One thing I would recommend is not to have such a very large group! There were 27 people in our group, which made it a little difficult and not as informative when you have a small group. My girls had several questions but we didn't want to tie up the group along our tour route.

This tour was focused on “real” ghost stories instead of local legend ghost stories. This turns out to be a bit boring. Our guide was nice and well spoken, but the overall content was just not very engaging.

Interesting facts and was definitely different from other ghost tours we’ve done. Having videos and voice recordings was pretty cool.

Fun and interesting walking tour. Guide shared stories, audio and video segments that added to the experience. Not scary/ghost tour we were hoping for, but we enjoyed learning more of the history of the city. Probably too much walking for an older person. We were fine with it, but an older/retired lady was in our group and she struggled to keep up.

Our guide was great! She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of it with us. The 2 stops were good just the right amount of time spent at each one. I did not feel like it was rushed at all.

In addition to interesting history facts on each location, they show their own evidence they’ve found in their investigations. We found that super cool and unique compared to other ghost tours we’ve been on. Highly recommend!

My friend and I were visiting from out of town. I was a bit nervous about making sure we met up with the tour group on time given we didn’t know the area. The tour group gave us easy and perfect directions. It was a seamless meet up. We so enjoyed our tour! I had been on one ghost tour with another company before but I loved being on a tour that was not all hype or fake stories. I read one of the AfterLife books and appreciate the authentic research. The recordings of the ghost disturbances were very interesting. The tour was nicely paced and it was fabulous having a quick restroom and drink break in the middle. We thought our tour guide was interesting and friendly. I recommend this tour. Bring bug spray, water and little fans to keep you comfortable. I plan on attending the other tour that this group does at 10pm too.

There is a break half way through for a quick bite or drink so don’t have to worry and frequent breaks

The tour guide was great! He was funny and knowledgeable about the history of the area. We learned not only ghost stories but some interesting stories about early Savannah. He showed photos of the people and places, which was a cool addition. After the stories he shared some of the team’s personal EVP’s which were spooky. O_o

Great overview, great story teller, I don’t think I brought any ghosts home. Beautiful walk through the city as well.

The tour was amazing! Not only was the tour guide kind, engaging, and entertaining, the stories were super spooky and seemed unique to this specific tour. I would definitely recommend this tour over others since this comes straight out of a paranormal investigation company rather than a tour company or museum. I was definitely spooked!

Great tour! Ryan was our guide and he was wonderfully thorough and verifiably accurate with all he imparted to us. He even shared personal investigational evidence that was pretty chilling. Was so good we also did the 10 o’clock tour right after!

The tour was a lot of fun and the videos and audio really enhanced the experience. We got a pretty good dose of Savannah history along the way as well.

This tour was wonderful and Ryan was such a great guide! Our group ended up being a smaller group….only 7 people…which we loved! He had video and audio footage to show from most of the spots that we stopped at and it added so much to the experience! Great tour! Highly recommend!!
