3 Hour Savannah Theatre Paranormal Investigation

No doubt that the Savannah Theater is buzzing with energy. Lots of fun using the equipment, enjoyed the independence while investigating, and Micah and Courtney were VERY knowledgeable. Definitely book it!

It was amazing!! The history that was given was authentic in delivery, not scripted. Micah and Courtney were fantastic. There was a lot of activity we experienced. Loved the freedom we had to investigate on our own and yet so appreciated the opportunity to have exposure to new equipment. 1000% recommend! Would do again next time we find ourselves in Savannah.

Fun, informative. My two 13yo boys loved it!! One of us felt like something touched our back and I had an experience in one of the bathrooms. Goosebumps down one leg and the energy reader was going off.

Overall we a great time and if the opportunity arises I would do this investigation again. We were able to see a figure on the SLS and heard several names on command on many of the spirit boxes. Often the occulus matched the conversation, but sometimes made no sense at all. We got several names of individuals who weren’t mentioned in the historical session before the investigation began. Particularly the name Dan which was heard more than once and may have been German and was there by “hidden papers”. Where could improvement be made: In our opinion this investigation could be improved upon by separating groups into specific active areas and then rotating the groups out into the other active areas. There were many times when we felt like communication was happening, but then when other people entered the area it changed the energy of the room and spirits went silent.

Y'all - seriously, you have to do this! We have participated in this investigation more times than I can count and it is something different and amazing each time! Courtney and Micah are are legends at what they do. The spirits respect them and sometimes even ask for them by name. You will have clear instruction on how to use the plethora of investigational tools they provide. You will be given the REAL history of the theatre before you even get started investigating. This knowledge really helps in you make th most of your investigation. Do not miss this opporunity. You will fall in love with the theatre, the Ghost Coast Paranormal owners and the friendly spirits that you are likely to encounter during your 3 hour time there!

We had the best experience on the Savannah Theatre Paranormal Investigation!! Courtney and Micah are very professional and knowledgeable guides! Before the investigation they tell you the history and a few stories behind the Savannah Theatre. They explain all the different types of equipment they have available for you to use and then give you free roam of the theater for a few hours. This was one of the most authentic paranormal investigations we have been on, and we have been on at least 15 different ones throughout the country. The wide range of equipment they allow you to use is fantastic and high quality! We highly recommend this investigation to anyone wanting an authentic experience, whether it's your 1st or 10th, you will not regret it!!

This is absolutely the best ghost tour that I have ever been on in Savannah, Georgia, and I’ve been on a lot of ghost tours. The guides are outstanding, the history is remarkable and I guarantee you will be talking about this tour the following day. I highly recommend and I’ve already provided information for two different groups of people to go to this tour. It’s a must.

We went and had a blast because we got a lot of activity with a bunch of the ghosts Because there is a room called the mirror room which has at least two ghosts in it one is Billy and the other is Bob but bob had a lot of energy so we had a lot of action in the mirror room but Courtney and Micah were great guides they are very nice and very friendly and fun

First and foremost, we enjoy talking and meeting with Micah! It was wonderful meeting Courtney. The paranormal investigation was perfect. I enjoyed being able to explore and understand the most honest historical recount of the theater. I truly respect the fact that Ghost Coats Paranormal ultimate goal is to provide an honest and personable paranormal experience in a relaxed atmosphere with new friends. I can’t wait to come back the end of the year. Truly wonderful five star experience for novice to professional ghost hunters. 😁

Awesome place...the guides are so cool... and one of them is writing a book...

This was such a fun experience. We were fortunate in that we had a very small group. This allowed for much less interference from others when hunting. It also allowed for much more time with the professionals. Micah and Courtney are a blast. They provide more equipment than I could have imagined, even bringing out some new things they just started using. What I loved was how they took the time to explain each piece of equipment, then equipped you, gave you a historical tour of the theatre and then let you go investigate on your own. They were readily available if you needed new batteries, wanted to try something different and to come in and get things going for you. They even spent an extra 45 minutes with us, as things really started to kick-off. Highlight of the night was the REM pod going off when we promised a dance party of it did. Needless to say, we all started dancing. I cannot wait to return to Savannah and meet up with Micah and Courtney again. Highly recommend.

This was incredible!! 3 hours went by way too fast!! The knowledge of the two that led the hunt was beyond impressive! They provided us with all the tools and explained how to use them all. The activity in the theater was off the charts for us!! It was by far the best ghost tour out of all the ones we have done! We can’t wait to come back and do it again!

We recently did the paranormal investigation at the Savannah Theatre and it ended up being one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Investigating inside a theater that dates back to the early 1800s, after hours with the lights down, creates an atmosphere you simply can’t replicate anywhere else. Micah and Courtney were outstanding guides. They clearly know the theater and its stories inside and out, and they did a great job explaining the equipment and letting everyone actually participate instead of just watching. It never felt like a scripted ghost tour — they made it feel like a genuine investigation. What really stood out though was the atmosphere they created. Instead of feeling like a group of strangers on a tour, the whole experience felt more like spending the evening with friends who were excited to share a place they truly love. That kind of energy makes the entire night more immersive and memorable. There were definitely a few moments during the investigation that made everyone stop and glance at each other — the kind of moments where the room suddenly gets very quiet and you’re not quite sure what just happened. Let’s just say by the end of the night some of us were no longer skeptics. If you’re visiting Savannah and want something genuinely unique, this is absolutely worth doing. This was a great tour. Even if you’re a skeptic, having the theater to yourself at night to tour alone is worth the money. The hosts are awesome. They do a great job at explaining all the equipment and history before turning you free. They are also there to help you if you have questions. We definitely had some weird things happening on our tour. We would definitely do this again.

Definitely a must do experience in Savannah! Micah is great, this is the third tour I’ve done with him and it’s always a great time. They give you everything you need and teach you how to use it.

Incredible experience. The hosts knowledge of the The Savanah Theatre itself was worth the price alone . The Theatre and its reputation, is what it is, for very good reason. The tragedy and resurrection multiple times over in this location has left very strong energies and spirits making this a must do for any paranormal enthusiasts. There are no guarantees of paranormal experience anywhere, but the Savanah Theatre is as close as you can get. Amazing.

Micah and Courtney were amazing. My husband and I had toured the theater a few years ago and we loved hearing more of the history and seeing the new equipment. It’s clear they love what they do! They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They recommended other things to do in the city for the rest of our stay, and made sure every one in our larger group got any questions they may have had answered. We will definitely be back! We definitely had some interaction in Ben’s stairwell and different areas seemed to have activity throughout the night. As they say they can’t promise activity, which is appreciated, but in the times we have been here if you check out a couple of the areas you are likely to find something! I can not recommend them enough!

Definitely worth the money! We had a lot of activity and the equipment they gave us was clean, up-to-date, and exciting to use. This was a lifelong dream come true for my husband and I. Micah and Cortney were absolutely AMAZING people. We had the best time honestly, we were given a rundown of the equipment and then we were able to go off on our own to investigate. We had some really cool things to happen while we were there, I wish I had recorded more with my cell phone. By the end of the night we felt like we had for sure made friends for life with Micah and Courtney. We talked about them visiting where we live in North Ga and taking them around to see our haunted areas here. I cannot wait!

Micah and Courtney are the real deal. What a neat experience we had getting to play with their equipment and do a real life investigation. If you are even just remotely interested in anything paranormal, this is the tour for you!

The people running the event have a ton of equipment for you to use, are very helpful, and really want you to have the best experience possible. My son and I have done several investigations in different states, and this was the best run one hands down! We will be back.

We had a great time with Micah and Courtney. My son was initially terrified but once he met Ben his night turned around. He is now looking forward to coming back and spending more time with Ben - he’s also planned to bring some toys for Ben to play with.

My family loved this experience (even if I wussed out quickly after beginning). They let you roam the theatre freely and they have all the gear you can think of. I sat out and talked to Micah and Courtney while my family continued their investigation, they were friendly and told me some cool stories. Overall, very pleased, I would attempt to do it again and would highly recommend going with them. Micah and Courtney were wonderful.

My son loves ghost hunting and for his 14th birthday he wanted to have a paranormal investigator experience rather then just a tour with ghost stories. He had a blast! He loved using the equipment and going off exploring in his own the history behind the building was so interesting. Would definitely recommend!

One of the absolute highlights of our trip was our visit to the Savannah Theatre with Courtney and Micah from GPC on May 17, 2025. These two were not only incredibly kind, but also deeply knowledgeable about the theater’s rich and haunted history. After sharing some spine-tingling stories, they handed us the ghost-hunting equipment and set us free to explore—while always being nearby to guide and assist whenever we needed. We had an absolute blast and can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. So much so, we’re already planning another trip back later this year to learn even more—and, of course, reconnect with Courtney and Micah. We had the whole theater to ourselves. The private tour and history, background surrounding the theater was thoroughly reviewed by Micah and Courtney. They were thorough on everything ranging from equipment usage to "hot spots" and recent activities. They also explained the "myths" that shrouded the theater as well as their respective discoveries and those found by guests that came before us. Very unbiased and straight coming. They were helpful throughout and participated actively. Their enthusiasion positively fed the entire experience. I enjoyed the guided tour and complimentary extensions that were extended to us.
