So fun, will definitely do again. I wish they offered more around MLK park. Beautiful day, cheap parking near by.

Loved the tour and experience to see Atlanta downtown. The ride was great and the tour guide was very friendly and supportive throughout the experience.
This was very well run, and we felt safe & comfortable on the segways - even on sometimes bumpy & crowded sidewalks - based on the training, experience, & attentiveness of the guide (John). We had 6 in our group: 5 who had various levels of experience on a Segway and 1 who did not. Everyone did great. It is a fun way to see some Atlanta neighborhoods (we covered a bit over 8 miles) and learn a bit of Atlanta history. Notes/Tips: I would characterize this as the fun of riding a Segway through various neighborhoods along with an introduction to bits of Atlanta history in selecting this as an activity - but not as a way of getting an in depth history tour if that is the priority. We were responsible for providing our own hydration (water & Gatorade were available for purchase at a reasonable price in the meeting location).
John was amazing. We went about 8 miles. I had never been on a Segway but it was fun and easy. The trip is highly recommended. I would do it again. A+++++ rated. We are from Atlanta and learned thing we did not know. Great outing for a group.
This was by far the best and most intimate way to see downtown Atlanta. It was the absolutely a wonderful outing.
This was our first time on a Segway (we are in our 70s). Easy to ride and lots of fun. My wife and myself were the only two in the tour so we had a private tour with John. John was extremely helpful to our needs and knew the area like the back of his hand. Would definitely do a tour again the next time we are in Atlanta.
It takes a little while to feel comfortable using the segway but John was very patient and an excellent teacher. Zooming around the city was fun and I enjoyed the tour.
So much fun! There were a few people in our group who were nervous about the Segway and traffic. It was wasted energy. The staff made us comfortable on the Segway with thorough hands on training before we hit the road. The tour was informative and fun. The guide was outgoing and accommodating. Top notch experience.
Fun way to explore Atlanta, beautiful areas. Would recommend this adventure. We stayed downtown and it was nice to see the surrounding area and learn a little history as well.
Great tour guide. He made sure we could safely cross city streets on the Midtown tour. Very nice guide. Excellent locations visited: Georgia Tech, Ansley Park, Olympic Park, etc.
Great way to see the sights in and around Atlanta! The initial hands on tutorial was great to find my proverbial feet! Guide was very attentive to point out any bumps and signal directions. Would recommend to anyone new to Atlanta or segways!
Unique, Fun Way to See a Lot. Has pouch to store belongings. Entrance is next to the convenience store. Our guide, John, was great!
The segway tour of midtown Atlanta was a lot of fun and enjoyable. Our tour guide, John, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the safety instructions and made sure that everyone was comfortable on riding the segway. It was the best segway tour we have experienced so far!
It was awesome. Great way to see Atlanta and get around in a fun way! Great training from Jett, fun!
My family and I had Lots of fun! Jett was a cool guide! He made us feel very confident learning to ride. We’d definitely do it again.
We had a great time. Jet was a great guide and very helpful with safety on the Segways. I recommend this tour for sure.
Lots of fun!!! The company took the time to show us how to safely use the Segways. Our tour guide - JOHN - was great!!! He was very thorough and was a wonderful guide in telling us little bits of history of what we saw as we stopped to see certain sites. He really took his time. Overall, a must do when visiting Atlanta!
First off all, I have been wanting to do this tour for many years. My nephew was visiting from Houston. Therefore we decided to jump on it. We had a great tour guild. Jett gave about a 30 minute training session on how to ride the Segway. It seemed to be a little intimidating at first but after our training the group was very confident. We were off to sightseeing. We rode through The World of Coke, the Georgia Aquarium and then many attractions in Midtown. Our guide, Jett, was very knowledgeable about the history of Atlanta. It was a super fun day! I highly recommend it.
The tour was a great experience from start to finish. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride fun and engaging. We covered a lot of ground and got to see several key sights around the city while learning interesting pieces of Atlanta’s history along the way. The Segways were easy to use and added a fun twist to sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Atlanta in a unique and enjoyable way!
I would’ve given this tour 5 stars except my morning tour was canceled due to rain and I was asked if I could do the 2pm tour. The afternoon tour is the midtown tour and the morning one was the historical tour. I wasn’t told it was a different tour and when I asked about rescheduling I was told by the gal at the desk that I already changed it and I could’ve gone in the rain that morning, so I couldn’t get a refund. I went on this tour with Dave and he actually made it worth it. I so thankful he gave a good lesson at the beginning because it’s nothing like riding a bike! Got the hang of it and it was a fun way to see the town! We rode almost 8 miles, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes because your feet get tired using all the muscles in them to stand and balance, etc.
Thank you, guide Bob, you were great and very informative. Love Atlanta. Best way to see the city!!!
This was a fun and informative experience. Our guide Mr. Jett was a wealth of knowledge about our city(Atlanta, Georgia) He taught the inexperienced drivers well and was very respectful yet personable with the entire group. I will definitely do another tour him.
This was amazing! Jett was very informative and patient. He was safe end ensured we knew what to expect and how to maneuver around the busy city and all of the possible dangers. He definitely enjoyed his job as all of us did. This is definitely a an amazing experience.
After much cajoling, got my best friend to agree to segue tour. Jett was super patient with us as he got the group acclimated to the segue (about 45 minutes of safety and practice) and off we went. Very engaging and informative. Your feet will be screaming at the end but well worth the experience.
Jett, Kells, Sammy, and Jamal were all great. It was our first time and we really had a great time. Jett was a great instructor and his experience showed throughout the tour! Will definitely come back.
Such a good experience!! My family and I were all a bit nervous having no previous Segway experience, but with good instruction were able to pick it up rather quickly. Safety demonstrations were a bit extensive but I guess better safe than sorry. Our instructor Jett was super friendly, patient, and accommodating of the many pictures we wanted to take. Could have more history/stops included, but overall, we liked the duration of the trip and the included bathroom break. Great and fun family outing for those with teenagers and young adults.
Our tour guide Jet was perfect! We did the eastside tour and our tour guide was fun, intuitive to who was struggling a bit on their Segway and kept a fun demeanor through the tour!
Fun, fun, fun! Felt like a kid again. Tour Guide Dave (Air Force service alum) was cheerful, careful with safety and comfort level on Segway, and informative. He can also be seen at comedy & trivia venues around town; ask. Recommended!
It’s always nice to ride segways, we did it in many cities. On this one I would suggest to add an eir piece to have commentaries during the ride. Too much concentration on safety here on Sunday with not much traffic. Would like to have more picture stops as we had only one
Even though I am a native of Atlanta, I learned things from the guide, Jett, I had not known before. That alone was worth the experience but getting to ride on Segways….bonus!! Jett was a great guide very upbeat, engaging and informative.
Dunno..Could never take this tour as we were struggling to find a parking spot closer to the meeting location & had informed ATL Cruzers of the delay. We checked with ATL Cruzers to see if they could wait for us but they suggested that it wasn’t possible for the group to wait but they could hopefully reschedule our booking to a different day. I followed up multiple times with various customer care executives from both Viator & ATL Cruzers to help with the rescheduling or process a refund with no luck. (Neither ATL Cruzers nor Viator were co-operative in rescheduling the tour to a different date or processing our refund of 138$ requested.) We’ve used multiple third party travel websites / tour aggregators in the past & folks have always been very accomodating and flexible with the rescheduling option or at the very least processing a refund for a tour not taken. Alas! We could never experience this with ATL Cruzers or Viator alike. I’m really disappointed & taken aback by this experience. I’m afraid to recommend this tour to others new to this city! You are better off exploring Atlanta on your own :)
The Dr. Martin Luther King park. The historical context that was provided. Our guide, Paul, was awesome ☺️.
It was ok but our guide, Jett, didn't elaborate on Atlanta history. I feel like he knew very little about Atlanta. The Segways were fun but I'd recommend a different guide.
Our trip was for my sister’s birthday. John was our tour guide. He was the best. Our trip was about 8 miles. We were new to riding a Segway but caught on very quickly with the help of our guide.
We had a blast. The time flew by. John was very patient getting us comfortable with our segways before heading on the tour. Highly recommend!!
This is the first time my family and I had ever been on a segway tour and we had a blast... Loved that the Instructor was very patient with us and made sure we were properly trained before we hit our tour... The instructor not only was funny but he did well on giving us the background of the places we visited... the world of coca cola, the Mercedes Benz stadium, the centinnel park and other there were other places... We did the 1.5 tour and it was so worth it he also took the time to take pictures of my family at the places we visited . Would highly recommend so much fun you feel free when ur on one of them
Such a fun time! We received really good instructions and Jett our guide was so informative and fun! .ake sure you schedule when he is working!
It was an incredible experience to have John as our guided tour and teach us in a very professional and comfortable matter how to use the Segway and our tour become the best tour I have ever done in a city
A fun way to see Atlanta. Jeremy was a fantastic tour guide! We toured the MLK memorial, Inman Park and Krog Market.
Jet was a great tour guide and fun to be with. He was very knowledgeable of the area and a great tutor when we were learning how to use the Segway. It was easier than we thought.🤗
Even with the weather being a cold drizzling rain to start our segway tour, we all would rate it a 10/10!! Jett, our very cool tour guide, helped an overly zealous wife, very reluctant husband, and super anxious teen feel confident during our pre-tour lesson. The tour itself didn’t have a ton of stops, but the few stops had interesting facts & stories! Most of all it was nice to cover so much ground of the city without putting more miles on our feet. We now want every tour in every city to be on segways!
Fun , immersive and interesting way to experience Atlanta. Shane was knowledgeable and friendly. Way more fun than a bus ride!
Just learning how to ride a Segway was just so fun. Then just riding around and seeing all the random sculptures and art was amazing
Getting to ride around and see the city and some of it’s most historic monuments was amazing, my friends and I truly enjoyed it
Our tour was amazing and our guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He gave us a lot of history that we did not know about Atlanta. He was great and made the tour more fun.
Shane was a great guide, we had a lot of fun once we learned how to balance on the Segway. We visited few spots in midtown in a day with nice weather!
Shane was so informative on our midtown Segway tour. He was also very accommodating and fun to cruise around Atlanta.
Shawn was very knowledgeable and keeled us entertained . Nice riding around Atlanta. Learning things that I didn’t know. The Segway ride was fantastic, very enjoyable.
The tour cancelled my tour the morning of my scheduled time because their guide was sick. They only provide a partial refund for 100% their issue. They still charged me 55.90 however. Reached out to the company a few times to find out why they still charged me and they are not returning my calls or emails. This has been the case for a few weeks.. Customer service training needed for sure. Where’s my full refund??
The tour was a good length covering 8 miles around the city. Jet the tour guide did a great job and I swear he pointed out every pothole, crack in the pavement and Segway obstacle to make sure we were all kept safe. With a permanent smile he was a perfect guide.
