Itinerary
In this ultimate Atlanta food experience, you’ll enjoy a historic market food tour with delicious tastings from four vendors plus learn how to make the perfect Southern biscuit in a hands-on class. (And, yes, we do all of this in just two hours!) There is a large parking lot attached to the back side of the market, and plenty of metered street parking nearby. Please also note that due to the hyperlocal nature of the market and that we purchase from small businesses, daily tastings are subject to change without notice. If you have any dietary restrictions we ask that you allow 24 hours minimum in order to make any amendments.

We had a great time.and loved the new experiences. The biscuit making piece was fun and not intimidating at all. Mila was a fantastic guide - friendly, informative and engaging!
What surprised me most about this tour was the interesting market and food histories shared by our fun and energetic tour guide Jessica. The foods that we sampled were super tasty and represented the diversity and evolution of traditional southern dishes. The biscuit making was a lot of fun and we made biscuits that would've made our grandmothers proud. I'd highly recommend this tour.
It provides a great history lesson on bread and how it has transitioned from hundreds of year ago to today. Also that if you have certain dietary restrictions don’t let that stop you from participating because they will work with you to accommodate to a certain degree so you don’t have to miss out on the fun!

Our tour guide Jessica was informative and quite animated! Loved her presentation style! She kept us engaged and interested! Awesome Job!!! Great history lesson on the origin and journey of bread and other items. Also, I very much appreciated that they accommodated me being gluten free. I enjoyed this tour!

This tour was short and sweet. The time flew by and the tasty bites we tried were delicious. It was a place we would never have visited if it hadn't been for this tour, but happy to give it a try. Learning how to make biscuits at the end was a great experience.

This was a very fun experience and we loved Kristin!!
Jessica was wonderful!! Will definitely recommend to friends.
We had such a great time on this food market tour! Kristin was our tour guide, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both fun and interesting. We especially enjoyed learning about the history of Atlanta’s Curb Market and how it has evolved over the years. It was a great combination of Atlanta history, local food, and culture rather than just a typical food tour. One of the highlights was getting to make biscuits ourselves! It added a fun, hands-on experience to the tour and made it even more memorable. Kristin did a wonderful job bringing the history of the market to life while introducing us to the food and people that make it special. Definitely a fun experience for anyone visiting Atlanta, especially if you enjoy food and learning about the local culture!
Very informative and Jessica was a great tour guide. The food we were offered to taste was excellent. I loved the ability to taste foods that I would otherwise probably never try.
Jessica was an amazing tour guide and it was a pleasure learning the history from her. Highly recommend this.

Excellent tour, it was a gift,~2hours. Great tour guide. I am old and don’t remember her name. Specifically the tour was at 11 a.m. 8/31/26.
Great guide, interesting history, yummy biscuits!
kristen was awesome guide really fun food was great
Walking into this market is an experience that is a hit to all your senses. Arielle was our host/tour guide and knowledge extraordinaire. Her love and knowledge of not only the market history but Atlanta and food was palpable. Our group learned so many things about history of where and how foods, grains etc came to America but how it differs from one culture to another. The tasting tour was amazing, being able to experience different cultures not localized to Atlanta. The restaurants inside the market are diverse and are very good. Each tasting tour restaurant stop, knowledge about not just what was being served but the history of how those foods came to be. Arielles enthusiasm is contagious. The hands on biscuit class was fun and the results were delicious. Arielle walked us through each step and explained why each step was important to the process for the best results. While our biscuits cooked we had the opportunity to walk around the market, check out each vendor, the restaurants and the market options for fresh produce, vegetables, pork and so many other options. This tour and class can be enjoyed alone or with friends as our tour group were all cheering each other on and celebrated the results of our biscuits.
We loved, loved , loved the tour and experience! Mila was exceptional! The education on the history of the market was informative and not sugar coated. The food selections were phenomenal. The baking experience was second to none and we learned a lot. Would definitely recommend it !
