Great location and very clean rooms. But the reception staff took unfriendliness to a level I've rarely seen in the US. Asking for simple help got us rude comments and the feeling they just wanted to get rid of us as fast as possible. We also didn't use their parking garage, yet they tried twice to add huge parking fees to our bill, even after we told them again and again that we hadn't parked there.

My goodness what a frantic night after a cancelled flight. We were offered a room here at this hotel. What a gorgeous place to stay. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. Slept really well considering my crazy night at the airport. But the best part was the adorable gal checking me in Latasha. What a sweetheart. She had a busy night with all of the flight cancellations and she was so cool and calm. Then the next morning I was greeted by the amazing Alicia! She was so helpful and got me coffee before my Uber arrived. She totally went out of her way to assist me. She was wonderful!! Love these two gals!! Made my night and morning so much smoother!
The pool looks nothing like advertised. The cloth lounge chairs all have huge holes making them useless. The pool is dirty and looks like still water. I didn’t even see the jets on. The building blocks most of the daytime sunlight. The room reflects the price, beds and a tv. The shower does get hot. I would try and request a baloney room to make it worth it. Easy walk across the street to Lenox mall. Breakfast food in restaurant was okay but service provided by waiters didn’t make me feel good about paying Wyndham prices.
Pros: - convenient location - comfortable bed - good water pressure - quiet Cons: - You have to pay for parking...$55/night for valet or $45/night for self parking BUT if you self park and then leave the property you have to pay again to repark your car. Which is NOT advertised. - Building is clearly old and not well maintained. Lots of wear and tear on the wood furnace, floors, etc. - AC in the room was not keeping up - No washcloths, just hand towels - Holes in the curtains - Wires sticking out of the walls - Shower floor was worn and stained - Freying carpet Long story short, they bill this place as a "nice" hotel, it's meant to feel grand and luxurious but it was very much a let down. It was comfortable and didn't feel gross but not worth the cost.
A very solid three-star hotel, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, easy to find, and a good location if you are attending a conference. The service was nice, and the restaurant was surprisingly good with reasonable prices. Nothing bad to say. All the necessities are there, the rooms are properly stocked, and it is a very solid, basic travel hotel.
