First time staying here in Atlanta. My stay and room was nice. My only issue was not receiving any cleaning services whatsoever. I did inform the front desk about not receiving any cleaning during my stay. Clerk offered; however at that point it was too late. My stay was from October 9-12th. Also, whomever cleaned prior to my stay didn't take the trash out from the kitchen. Overall, I did enjoy my room and view.

Good overall...nice location and room. The staff was great and always helpful. But some things need improvement. It is a full kitchen, with full size appliances. However, dishes, utensils (1 fork!) and supplies (there wasn't even salt) were in very short supply. If you plan to do much cooking, be sure to bring everything you need to do that. There was 4 sets of plates, bowls, glasses. Also the shower door is weird where you can't turn on/adjust the faucet without getting all wet, and there's only one towel bar and not a single hook. The pull out sofa bed was really uncomfortable for adults. The pool area was nice except the cabana areas were dirty and had trash left in them. If those small things could be done better, it would be excellent.
MOLD!!!!! I’ve stayed here for many many years during Dragon Con. Every year, they have room problems. The rooms look great. But… Don’t hold your breath getting the room you booked. It’s unlikely. And it doesn’t matter if you booked the most expensive room. We tried. Still got shafted. Now we have no a/c. And worst of all, the hot, 80 degree, and humid room is filled with mold in the ducts bc of poor maintenance. Now I can’t sleep bc my sinuses are crying and I’m sweating. I’ve strayed in a Motel 6 with better air quality. But they were “nice enough” to provide old fans.., This is bs. Don’t book this hotel. Ever!
We came to Atlanta for the 2026 World Cup. Stayed here for two nights! When we arrived the guy in the parking garage was nice, gave us cart, told us to leave it outside are room when we’re done which was nice however there was lots of miscommunication at check in about valet, parking, etc. When we went to the front desk to get are room keys and wristbands for the pool before heading up to the room the African American lady Jasmine was super rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The front desk lady Jasmine gave us two room keys, we asked for more room keys and wristbands, she tells us to come back later which was very strange. We go up to are room to get are stuff situated, chill for a bit, go to the Coca-Cola museum, and get dinner. When we got back from the Coca-Cola museum and dinner we go back to the front desk and ask the same lady for wristbands and more room keys, she gives us more wristbands for the pool but then says “only two keys per room” which was definitely suspicious to me. We only asked for more room keys because we have mostly teenagers in are family who like to go their separate direction. I never experienced anything like that at any Marriott hotels. The room was nice, modern, and everything but there was no hand soap in the bathroom at all, they told us to use the shower gel in the shower which was on the opposite side of the bathroom. Never experienced anything like this at any other Marriott hotel. There wasn’t any towels for the shower in the bathroom either so we had to call down to get more towels. Fun fact we pulled out the pull out bed for me and my brother to sleep on, there was no bedding anywhere in the room for it. My dad called for someone to bring up bedding for the pull out bed, nobody ever came, my dad had to go down and get it himself in the middle of the night which was very frustrating. The city views of Atlanta from the pool and balcony were wonderful. The pool and pool deck was very large, spacious, and inviting. Hotel was a bit of walk from all the tourist attractions. Stay here at your own risk! I recommend saving your money and staying at any other Marriott except for this one if you don’t want to deal with the same stuff like me and my family did.
By far the worst hotel I've ever been, everywhere smells marihuanas, the room is got smells cigarettes. when I arrived to the lobby the receptionist was eating on the desk in front of the computer and checking me in at the same time, she gave me zero instructions about anything, I had to ask all the questions regarding my reservation to understand how the hotel works. The TV was on when we arrived to the room and the remote was not working so we couldn't turn it off and the answer from the front desk was to wait until the next day for the engineer, and they said they have not idea of how I was going to turn it off without a remote. People smoking into the elevators. Valet parking staff left my car opened with the keys inside the car. What else could be wrong?
