★★★★★ After spending the weekend at The St. Regis Atlanta, I can confidently say this is one of the finest hotels I’ve experienced in the United States. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what separates a truly great luxury hotel from simply an expensive one is the service—and the service here was impeccable. From the moment we arrived at the front desk to breakfast each morning and even the service poolside, everyone we encountered was professional, gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our stay included breakfast each morning, and it was fabulous. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and service made breakfast feel like part of the experience rather than simply another hotel amenity. It was a wonderful way to begin each day. The pool area was another highlight and a perfect place to relax during the weekend. Throughout the property, everything felt beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, with the attention to detail you expect from the St. Regis name. What impressed me most was the consistency. Luxury is easy to create with beautiful rooms and impressive surroundings. Delivering exceptional hospitality at the front desk, in the dining room, and poolside requires an outstanding team—and The St. Regis Atlanta clearly has one. Five stars without hesitation. This isn’t simply one of Atlanta’s best hotels; in my experience, it belongs among the best luxury hotels in the United States. An exceptional weekend, and a property I would gladly return to.

Always a great experience here. Staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating of all needs. Jeffrey Daluz provides incredible customer service with quick check-ins and greeting guests with a smile. I am always looking forward to my stays here.
My wife and I recently did a “stay-cation” to celebrate my birthday. We’ve stayed here before, and it has always been first class. A few highlights from our stay were getting a room upgrade, being selected do the ceremonial saber champagne opening, and the phenomenal service. Isiah at the front desk and Michael at the pool were both excellent and should be commended for their service. We will definitely be back because this hotel can’t be beat in Atlanta.
Our private aviation business takes us all over the globe. We are lifers with the Marriott Brand name. But when we are here in Atlanta, it is a must stay for some R and R at the St Regis Hotel. It's very nice and rewarding to be upgraded to a beautiful suite, 1042, plenty of room, comfy bed, spacious living room, nice dining area and one and a half bathrooms. The master bathroom is so roomy with multiple shower heads, three to be exact, best showers they have to offer. There is so much room in there, my wife did her 90 minute long Tai Chi aerobics!!! The staff from the valet parking, the bellmen, front desk, and our butlers were all gracious and top notch!!! We've witness the 6:00pm Traditional Champagne Sabrage ceremony in the main lobby and Happy Birthday John Jacob Astor!!! Something to hear and see at that hour at all of the St Regis' hotels. We also ventured to the main hotel bar where Christopher makes an awesome Cosmo!!! Overall, elegant, beautiful hotel, superb service by all. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks Mr. Gorina!!!
Currently, I’m just reviewing Astor Court at the St. Regis. I do love the hotel! My experiences at Astor Court have always been wonderful. I had breakfast there in May 2009 just after the St. Regis had opened in April. The menu then had Nutella churro waffles with berries & crème and applewood smoked bacon. We also had an omelette, fresh squeezed orange juice, and French pressed coffee. I had the waffles on my second visit. By my third visit, they had been taken off the menu. Even so, the chef made them for me anyway. And each time I've been back over the years, I've ordered them. At some point after my first few visits, the new hotel owner changed the color palette for Astor Court and the hotel overall from a light aqua to a persimmon orange. I was not a fan of the color scheme at the time. It has continued to change over the years. The ambiance was nice and calming back in the day. It shifted to more stiff and not as comfortable with the orange hues. Now the colors are fuchsia and gold. Just too much in my opinion. I love the service. I love the breakfast. Never had the afternoon tea. Usually spend my afternoons at the pool deck. It’s incredible. And I miss the Astor Ice Rink over the pool during Christmas.
