This is a charming historic building. We had three rooms for our family and stayed three nights. Loved the giant southern veranda. The first day we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on it! We had our little dogs with us too and they loved sitting out with us all on the veranda. The food was very good. We walked to Incendio to eat one evening. Nice scenic walk to an old historic fire dept with great food. Rooftop bar has beautiful views. The staff were super nice. The only thing is with how old the building is it needs some major work on the foundation. Our floors were very crooked and our balcony slanted downward. The bed was very comfy and we didn’t notice much noise.

It was quirky and fun, much better than a boring chain hotel. The servers in the bar and all the restaurants were great and the rooftop bar had great views. Plus there was an extensive selection in the lobby area convenience shop. They offer a convenient shuttle service to the riverfront area, which we didn't use this time, but probably will in the future. We really enjoyed our stay and we plan to return someday soon.
I had a great time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly our room was jaw dropping and accomondating. The front desk was there to answer questions and aid us in any way possible. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant and just the relaxing atmosphere. Mr. Harvey, Ms. Elizabeth, Jack and many others all made our stay worth wild. This is by far one of the best hotels in this area and I look forward to coming back!
The hotel is a nice older hotel. Kind of noisy, as you would expect. But the AC ran all night and never cooled the room off. Bathroom is spacious, but it is poorly layed out and difficult to use. The restaurants were disappointing. Dinner food was OK, but not equal to the description. The breakfast was disappointing. Wait staff seemed to be inexperienced, at best. Hotel is in a neighborhood that has nothing else within walking distance. Bell staff and valet staff were excellent.
Once again, you have done an outstanding job! This was my 6th visit, and I am so thankful for the consistency. We come with a large group and The Partridge Inn has managed to make it look so easy. I understand it is an older hotel and that presents a challenge, but the hotel management and hotel staff can truly make this a one of a kind experience. Holly and Elizabeth work with our coordinator to ensure we have the rooms we need and everything works smoothly. It's a very peaceful place to stay. Where else can you just sit on the veranda in a rocking chair with a sweet tea or coffee and let the world pass by for a little bit? I understand if you are looking for the Waldorf Astoria or a Ritz Carlton you might not like this place, but if you will just take the time to slow down and let the staff take care of you, you will find genuine people who love to serve. People like Harvey, Terri, Ted, Jack, Nikki, Kayla, Pop, the blonde lady who works the bar (I never can catch her name because she is constantly moving and checking on people). The gentlemen handling the valet and luggage. The housekeepers who add the little touches like those towels they turn into masterpieces. The maintenance staff that keep the hotel going. I wish I knew all of your names but nonetheless I say thank you. This hotel is a real gem hidden in Augusta, and the only place I choose to stay while there - like family away from family.
