The Georgian Terrace Hotel

The Georgian Terrace Hotel is sheer elegance in the heart of the city! The location is fantastic, and the hotel is impressive, luxurious, and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with a touch of sophistication, this is your place! The staff was great, and being able to arrange early check-in or late checkout through the app is quite genius if you ask me. Such a convenient touch! I’ll definitely be back!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Title: Absolute top-notch stay in Midtown! The Georgian Terrace Hotel is easily one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The moment you walk in, the grand, historic architecture and stunning interior design take your breath away—some of the most beautiful scenery you'll ever see inside a hotel lobby. The rooms are wonderful, top-notch, and exceptionally clean from top to bottom. Above all, the customer service was absolutely on point. You truly couldn't ask for better hospitality—every staff member was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. If you're visiting Midtown Atlanta, this place is unbeatable. 10/10 recommendation!

⭐ 1 STAR — Absolutely Outrageous Parking Prices. Avoid at All Costs. The Georgian Terrace should be genuinely embarrassed by what they are charging for what can only be described as one of the most disgusting, poorly maintained parking decks in Atlanta. We paid an absolutely ABSURD $52 for LESS THAN TWO HOURS of SELF-PARKING. Yes, you read that correctly. FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS to park our own vehicle in a filthy, horrendously unkempt garage that REEKED of marijuana. Apparently, luxury pricing no longer requires even the slightest resemblance to a luxury experience. What makes this even more insulting? Parking is advertised online for $12, the posted rate in person is $40, and somehow we walked away paying $52. Make that make sense. And the absolute audacity of this hotel to charge $50 for VALET PARKING is almost comical. You can park at the actual St. Regis Atlanta for a fraction of that price. The difference? The St. Regis offers an actual luxury experience, rather than charging luxury prices for a parking facility that looks and smells like it has been completely forgotten by management. There is a difference between premium pricing and shameless price gouging, and this experience felt like the latter. $52. Less than two hours. SELF-PARKING. In a garage that smells like weed. The Georgian Terrace needs a serious reality check. Until management addresses the condition of this facility, the wildly inconsistent advertised rates, and the outrageous parking charges, I would strongly recommend parking literally ANYWHERE ELSE. One star only because zero isn’t an option.

Amazing hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. This does not deserve a 4-star rating. I’d say it should be at least 4.8 stars. Amazing rooms. It is a GIANT hotel with easy access to MARTA. From North Avenue station, trains can take you to Lindbergh Center, Doraville, North Springs, Five Points, and even the airport! Excellent, I’d recommend this place. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They did not clean our room at all like we asked them to.
